1. Hana D.

“My dog Leo is a very nervous boy with the new people but he seems to have taken well to Hana. She is always on time for his walks and she gives lovely updates and pictures of their adventures.”

2. John T.

“Couldn’t recommend John enough! He’s great with my young German shepherd, sends regular photos and updates and goes above and beyond to make sure Ricky has a great walk 🐾”

3. Alice J.
“Alice has looked after our two prima donna miniature dachshunds. She has ensured their needs were met, including feeding and meds as required. They don't take to everyone but Alice has won them over. She is sensitive to their little ways and gives cuddles and discipline to keep them safe and feeling secure. We are always happy and confident to let Alice look after our two little dogs.”

4. Vikki P.

“Vikki is a fantastic dog sitter - she is very reliable and flexible which is a huge help for me with my job. Most importantly my dog chapi loves her - thank you Vikki for all your support we both really appreciate it! 😊”

5. Ylenia C.

“Ylenia. She is wonderful. Ziggy adored her from day 1. She gets excited as soon as she sees her. Ylenia is a natural with dogs and great at getting the best from them. Ziggy is timid with new people but she loved Ylenia from first second. She behaves better for Ylenia than me so it is a bonus.”

6. Scarlett B.
“I’m so grateful to have found Scarlett to care for my senior Greyhound, Luna. Luna is calm and loves her naps, but she also requires extra care due to her age. Scarlett was incredibly attentive to her needs, making sure she had a comfortable resting spot, went for gentle walks, and received her medication on time. She also took the time to sit with Luna and keep her company, which meant so much to me. I came home to a content, well-cared-for dog who had clearly enjoyed her time with Scarlett. If you have an older dog who needs special attention, I highly recommend Scarlett – she’s kind, responsible, and compassionate."”

7. Janet W.
“Janet is a true animal lover and is absolutely fantastic with dogs. She’s kind and patient with them, even the most exasperating ones! Even though she’s a qualified dog trainer I have never felt judged when she’s taken my spaniel for a walk, even though he’s not perfect and can really pull when he’s excited. She’s patient with him and lets him stop to sniff, and he doesn’t seem to pull on the lead anywhere near as much with her. He loves it when she arrives to play with him or take him for a walk. I’d recommend her to anyone who really cares about their pet”

8. Richard W.
“Richard is a very good dog lover he has two of his own plus looked after mine at Christmas. Loves dogs I would recommend him to do dog sitting and walking. He is A one with animals”

9. Hira N.
“I can’t think of anyone better than Hira to take care of a pet! She’s one of the most loving and responsible people I know, and she has such a natural way with animals. I’ve seen first-hand how gentle and patient she is. She is very attentive and thoughtful, she gives good advices and has so much experience with pets. She is an animal magnet too, my Coco loves her too bits and would follow her around when they are together. She truly treats every pet as if they were her own. I know any pet parent would feel completely at ease leaving their furry friend in her care. If you’re looking for someone who’s reliable, kind, and genuinely loves animals, Hira is the perfect choice!”

10. Louise Y.
“Louise is a fantastic and caring pet professional who spends time to think about the pet in her care. As a fully qualified dog groomer she knows how to handle pets properly and understands the signals given out to keep them happy and interested when they are with her. She even offered advice with puppy training which was really useful with our active Springer. Really happy with here service. :-)”

About: Since I was a child, I’ve always been surrounded by animals. From our home full of cats to my granny’s beloved dog, animals have been a big part of my life. I’ve cared for guinea pigs, cats, and dogs, and they’ve all held a special place in my heart. I truly adore both cats and dogs for their unique personalities and the joy they bring. Growing up, our home was always lively with our many cats, and I had a special bond with my granny’s dog, who I loved dearly. When he passed, it broke my heart so much that my family decided not to get another dog, but our home was still full of love with our cats. Now, even though I can’t have a dog at home (due to my boyfriend’s allergy), I still jump at every chance to be around them. I care for my boyfriend’s parents’ dog whenever we visit, taking her on long hikes and giving her all the affection she deserves. For me, Rover is the perfect way to combine my passion for animals and help others by providing loving care for both cats and dogs. I’ve got a flexible schedule because I’m a photographer, so I can be there when you need me, even if it’s last-minute. I’ll be happy to walk your dog, but unfortunately, crazy early mornings like 6AM are a bit too early for me. When caring for your pets in your home, safety and comfort are my top priorities. I follow your routines and guidelines to ensure your furry friend feels secure and at ease. I make sure to create a calm and familiar environment, keeping everything consistent with how you normally care for them. You can trust that I will provide regular updates so you can relax while you’re away, knowing your pet is receiving all the love and attention they deserve. Your pet will feel like part of my family during their time with me!

13. Courtney W.
“This is courtneys Nana, I do not have my own email so I have to use hers I am sat next to her right now, I must say Courtney is an excellent dog sitter form what I have seen. When my husband and I go on weekends away she is always the first we ask to watch the dogs as she is truth worthy and very reliable! She puts the animals needs in front of her own. She once had £5 and chose to spend it on her dog to get him dog food instead of herself which I think is absolutely so grown up of her at only being 18! She makes fast choices and understands how animals work. She has always been a sucker for animals all shapes and sizes no matter the breed Jo matter the fur Courtney will always be the one you can rely on!”

18. Joanne F.
About: I live 1mile from the west pennine moors so there’s no shortage of beautiful countryside to walk your dogs. I have had my own dog for 9 years. I have worked in doggy day care for 2 years which included walks and general care. I am a friendly, trustworthy and reliable person who will treat your dog like my own. Due to my open schedule, I can be very flexible to meet the needs of you and your dogs and make them my top priorities. I am a very active person who always enjoys going on long walks so it would be great to have a companion to enjoy them with. Due to the years of experience in doggy day care I feel as though this has enabled me to be able to recognise and cater to the needs and wants of all different types of dogs/pups. If I could bring anything with me to support your dog, I would be happy to - treats, toys, anything to make them more comfortable around me. It would also be helpful to know whether your dogs had any allergies and if their outdoor area at home is secure so that I can ensure their safety at all times. Additionally to this, let me know if your dog(s) have any triggers when they’re walking - e.g. birds, bikes, other dogs, etc and I will make sure I am ready for that behaviour so I can keep them safe. I am readily available most days for pet drop ins, sitting and walking. With notice I can work around your schedule and meet your needs. I would love and care for your pet as if it was my own. My preference would be to look after your pet in its own environment.

19. Natasha W.
About: I have grown up with dogs from the day I was born. I’ve lived with a mix of breeds from little to big, quiet to running around like a lunatic and I wouldn’t change any of them for the world. I’ve cared for friends and families pets during holidays and events and also had a dog that I took in for a while for a family member and trained up, working on leash training and reactivity and basic household tasks like potty training and simple commands of sit, paw and drop. I am currently not working so I have all the time in the world for your little furry friends! I am more than happy to do house visits and stay indoors with your pet or I am also more than happy to put to take them out for walks and also give them a clean after the walks. I am also happy to help those who just need the extra support with caring for their pets! I do not offer services in my own home currently due to lack of size but when caring for your pets, I will be more than happy to feed, wash and tend to your pet for any hygiene needs they may have. I will ensure that if they are outside that they are on a leash unless in a secure garden where I will watch them at all times to ensure their safety.
