“Lots of updates, pics & videos. Kwan & her family were so welcoming to Mimi from the moment I dropped her off. Mimi looked like she had a great time during her stay, will definetly be booking again!”

“This is the second time that Richard has looked after Florence, our Bearded collie, and on both occasions Richard has been superb. From dropping off to the updates and picking up, it is seamless-Florence seems to enjoy her stays with Richard and his family, including his 2 dogs. I couldn’t recommend Richard highly enough!”

“Cooper absolutely loved his stay with Remy and Alan, and was treated like part of the family whilst he was there. I wouldn’t hesitate in leaving him with them again when we go on holiday, thank you for taking such good care of him and providing us with lots of updates and photos!”

“Bruna looked after our puppy Luna for 11 nights. We did an initial meet and greet and straight away knew Luna would be well cared for with Bruna and her family. We received daily updates and photos whilst we were away and felt very reassured. Luna is only a young puppy and high energy but Bruna continued with our routine and training methods whilst we were away. I would definitely use Bruna again to look after our dog and would recommend her to any dog owners. X”

“Absolutely awesome from start to finish. 🥰 Angela is the perfect choice to look after your furry friends. Communication was outstanding and the fab pictures were a treat for us, clearly showing what an amazing time our Nige was having without us. I just hope Angela’s diary is free for the next time we need someone to love our Nige as much as us. 🤞😎”

“Ruby had another wonderful stay with Karen and Trevor, she ran in as if it was her own home and was very settled when we collected her. I'm not sure she actually wanted you leave! We're so happy to have found Karen and Trevor who we know lavish so much love and care on Ruby when she stays...thankyou so much x”

About: I have been a dog lover all my life and started dog boarding 6 years ago. I don't currently have any pets myself but have previously had everything from a Heinz 57 through to elite blood line Bulldogs which I bred. When dogs come to stay they are treated like one of the family and can free roam. I also have a large secure garden and plenty of places on the doorstep for walkies. Some of the breeds I have boarded include Rottweiler, Jack Russell, French and English Bulldogs, Husky and Springer Spaniel, ranging from puppies to seniors. I am available for dog boarding 7 days a week. Happy to board as only dog. I also live with my teenage daughter who is a huge animal lover. I have a large secure garden and allow dogs free roam of the house. I have a baby gate at the bottom of the stairs if any owners prefer dogs not to climb the stairs.

“This is the first time we have left our dog so we were anxious about it but Mike was very welcoming and reassuring. He sent us daily updates with photos, our dog Hudson went on lots of long walks. We will definitely rebook.”

“I left Fudge with Jade and her lovely family for 5 nights. Had a meet and greet beforehand and Fudge and family were very happy with each other. I received messages and photos from Jade everyday and fudge looked very settled and happy. Fudge is a rescue dog so I was apprehensive about leaving him to go on holiday but I needn’t have been because I could see they he was having a ball with them. Picked him up yesterday and he was happy to see us and I could see that he was very settled in. Would have no hesitation in leaving Fudge with Jade and family and will definitely be booking him in for any other trips/holidays. Thank you so much for taking such good care of him and I will let you know when I need you again ☺️☺️☺️”

“Karolina looked after my very nervous cat and naughty chihuahua when I was moving house. I was quite apprehensive but Karolina immediately put me at ease when I dropped them off and she welcomed the pets. She knew exactly what to do to calm them down and I left feeling reassured they were in good hands. She sent me some cute photos of them during the day and they looked perfectly comfortable. I would definitely go back to her and would recommend her.”

“Our dog Betty has just had 2 weeks with Karl & his family, and she has been so well looked after. I didn’t have to worry once while we were away, she was enjoying walks and lots of cuddles, and made a friend for life in their dog Kev! She had the best time and it was like home from home for her! Thank you so much 💕”

“This is my second booking with Wai Han and another brilliant experience! I was sent regular updates, photos & videos of Porridge clearly having a brilliant time with her and I was completely relaxed on my holiday knowing he was in such good hands. She really pays attention to your pet’s needs and treats them like a part of the family. We’re both so happy to have found her and I 100% recommend! 🩷”

“Jenson has a great time with Nicola, Rebecca and Teddy. We get regular updates and photos and he has a better social life than me! I feel really comfortable leaving Jenson in that I know he will be safe in their care and that he gets the exercise and attention that he needs. I would highly recommend.”

“As a dog owner who's never used a boarder before, Amy was an absolute dream to have come across. She was great communicating and my dog absolutely loved her. He had the best time and I felt so confident leaving him with her. Thank you and will absolutely be back in touch when I next need to 😊”

“Lauren and Jordan took such great care of Aileen during her stay with them. They had no problem giving her medication and it’s clear from the photos Aileen was treated like one of their own. I wouldn’t hesitate to leave Aileen with them again. Thank you both!”

“We dropped Ellie off for an overnight stay with Anna and her partner, it was a last minute request from us and she was extremely accommodating. When we picked Ellie up it was clear that she had an amazing time with her new Aunty Anna! We received photo updates while Ellie was in her care. The care Ellie received was incredible and I would recommend Anna as a dog sitter to anyone! We have a well cared for, well exercised and happy pooch due to the great time she had! We will 1000% be using Anna again in the future, thank you so much again!”

“Alice and Matt were fantastic looking after Beans. They took the time to understand her routine, sent regular updates throughout her stay, and it was clear she was in great hands. They’re genuine dog lovers who really care about the dogs they look after. I’d be more than happy for Beans to stay with them again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.”

“I have had Louise look after my cat Seb on many occasions now and will continue to book in future! Louise is an absolute star - she keeps Seb well fed, watered and definitely entertained! He is super playful and I know that when Louise visits him, he will definitely get his playtime. I always feel reassured with her updates which is a big relief when away. Thanks Louise! 🥰 x”

“Vickie did an amazing job at making Snowflake feel comfortable with her at our initial meeting. Vickie sent me some updates while I was away which helped with my anxiety about leaving her. When I returned home I found a very content cat so I felt very happy about the experience. ”

About: I've recently lost my gorgeous little Boston, winston and am missing him so much, so thought it would be an amazing opportunity to take care of and cuddle lots of other doggies until I am ready to get another. I had winston for 12 years and loved him like my child. I trained him from a puppy and then took care of him and gave him his medication and lots of care in his senior years. I was always brought up around dogs and genuinely love them more than most people. You can be guaranteed your fur babies will get a lot of love and care with me. I'm a teacher so am available at weekends or during school holidays for boarding. I can do drop ins and walks in the evenings on top of this. I dont have any children or other pets so your doggy will get my undivided attention. I treat them like children so they are very welcome on the couch and on the bed with me etc. I live near big playing fields and also have a garden.

“We had a family emergency, and Patricia graciously welcomed my anxious and shy cat, Ava, into her home on very short notice. Ava settled in wonderfully, and Patricia's regular text and photo updates provided incredible peace of mind. It was clear Ava was happy and well-cared for. I wholeheartedly recommend Patricia and would happily send Ava to stay with her again!”

“Hana has been amazing as always! We love getting the updates each day that always make us laugh whilst on holiday. Know our little fur baby is always well looked after gives us peace of mind. We will forever use Hana. Thank you again ❤️”

“I highly recommend Alex. She looked after my two indoor cats really well and they were very content when I got home. She brought extra toys and treats to play with them and even left them some toys as gifts. Alex gave regular updates and photos and left the flat spotless.”

“Beth has been absolutely wonderful with our ragdoll Percy while we were away over Christmas! I think he misses her already! She kept us up to date with detailed descriptions of what they got up to every day as well as sent us lots of lovely pictures. She also watered our plants and brought some parcels in. When we got home, we were met with a whole bag full of cat gifts - it was so sweet! We will definitely ask her to come back the next time we're away. We (and Percy) couldn't be happier. Thank you, Beth! xx”

About: Hi, my name is Molly. I’m an administrative officer in the civil service, working three days from home and two days in the office. In my spare time, I love crocheting and knitting — I always have a project on the go! I’d describe myself as more introverted than extroverted, which might be why I connect so well with cats, since many of them seem to be little introverts too. Although I’ve never owned a cat myself — my mum is allergic — I’ve always had cats around me throughout my life. My grandma’s house was always full of them, whether they were her own or strays that wandered in. She cared for every single one, and growing up in that environment made me appreciate how different and special each cat can be. I’ve also had my own small pets in the past, including a hamster and a budgie, which has given me experience for how to care for these animals like cleaning their cages etc.

About: I have 3 cats of my own (my babies I love them), some fish and over the years my experience includes looking after friends/families pets. Most recently my boyfriend’s elderly grumpy cat with thyroid medication but he has warmed up to me now. I’m truly a cat lover as I have grown up with them so I am used to their behaviour. I will give them the patience, attention and playtime they need, as I’d want other sitters to treat my pets with the same care.

Perfect for high energy dogs - Bolton
Prices are estimates per day for 1 dog. Pricing may vary based on your search and includes a booking fee of 11%.
About: I have both had dogs since our childhood, and currently have two friendly cocker spaniels. All my dog experience has been from pups, I even acted as midwife for my next door neighbours bitch giving birth 3 years ago! My location has a large country park at the end of the street, and woodland behind me which I manage as a volunteer warden. I have a dog friendly rear garden and my cockers love drinking from the barrel water feature. I have very tolerant pets and they happily engage with other visiting dogs, and a previous neighbours cat. I have an engaging daily routine for them, so much so I'm convinced my dogs can tell the time, when their next activity is due. I am a stay at home foster-dad, and my wife works, sometimes from home. I volunteer in my local community woodlands, and other institutions throughout the day but I estimate our dogs are not at home for more than 3 hours alone. Apart from a clean and secure rear garden, my home is partitioned in such a way that a scared visitor could have seclusion if required. I do have a crate in the kitchen, and my dogs use it for privacy/ sleep ( door open). If your dog would be anxious at night, then I can keep my dogs upstairs with me or they can remain in the kitchen to keep their visitor company. Whichever works.
“Karen and Denzil are just the best !!! Dolly has visited for day stays and and over night stays, Karen is aways quick to answer any messages (which instantly puts my mind at rest, especially on Dolly's first visit ) And always sends update photos and small videos Denzil is just the sweetest most patient doggy companion (as dolly can be a bit giddy) and I love that Karen walks the dogs in Queen’s Park .Dolly is aways happy to see Karen So YES I highly recommend Karen and Denzil”

“Angela is amazing, she's kind caring, and nothing was too much trouble for my puppie. I will 100% be using Angela again 100% trustworthy The updates were amazing Diesel has the best time I can honestly say I know I will never need to worry about my puppie being with Angela Thank you and we will be seeing you very soon xx”

“Rolo had such a lovely stay, Pat was so welcoming to us and Rolo, she took Rolo for a nice walk and she was sleeping contentedly when we picked her up. Right from the outset has been so communicative and helpful. Can’t speak highly enough and hope Rolo will be back again soon!”

“Lovely people, looked after my Evie well and she had a doggie friend to play with all day too which made it easier knowing she was distracted whilst I was at work. Received some lovely pictures of her. Thank you for looking after her well.”

“Vikki was very good and caring with Mollie.Mollie was calm and happy. This her first time in daycare and it couldn't have gone better. Have no worries about using her services again. Denis”

“Lovely people, lovely environment. So friendly from first contact and so welcoming the moment the front door opened. Rolo clearly felt very at ease and ‘at home’ and enjoyed the drive out and walk. Very kind and caring.”

“Lukasz & Paula are such lovely people and Lulu had a brilliant day with them. She can sometimes be wary of men at first but went straight over to Lukasz looking for cuddles, which says a lot. They were both so kind and attentive, took her on loads of walks, and she was so happy and relaxed when I picked her up. She even fell asleep while we were chatting and clearly was in no hurry to leave. I would happily leave Lulu with Lukasz & Paula again and would definitely recommend them.”

About: I’ve had dogs since I was a teen ager. I have house trained several along the way, and have experience with older dogs as well. I am retired after 52 years in financial services. About: I adopted my first dog at 14. He's now living the life with my mom abroad, but caring for him for so many years gave me invaluable experience and a deep connection with animals. I've also had the joy of dog sitting for friends and family, always ensuring their pets felt loved, safe, and happy. While I can’t have a pet in my current living space, being a pet sitter allows me to share my love for animals by providing top-quality care for your furry family members. I work full time as a people and wellbeing advisor so I am mainly available in the mornings or afternoons. I am always free on weekends. I work from home 4 days a week so I would be free for check in visits during the day. I am currently unable to dog sit at home due to request from my landlord. Hoping I can relocate soon so that I can look after pets at home too
About: About 20 years ago, our family got two miniature Schnauzers and I've been a dog lover ever since! Now that I've moved out and now live with my fiancee (Raissa, pictured) we miss having the company of dogs and before we get one of our own would like to trial having them in our lives on a more short term basis. We both work from home, so can have someone at home at all hours of the day. We have no children in the house and a secure garden. We have recent experience of looking after dogs for weeks at a time and know lots of good walks near our home too! Ideally looking for smaller hypoallergenic dogs, but would be open to other breeds. We both work full time for the same company with one office day required per week which we do on Weds and Thursday - so someone is always at home every week day. Generally we'd be able to take the dog out in the morning before work, at lunch, after work and evening if required. We have a back garden which is fenced and leads onto a quiet avenue. Generally keep dogs on lead until I can build up trust that it will come back on command. Will be cautious around other dogs without avoiding them and allowing social time when we've built up confidence. Love cuddles and playing in the house but won't allow dogs on the bed or the sofa without covers.

About: Pets have always been a part of my life - I have owned various different breeds, meaning I have a good understanding of the differences in their temperaments and needs. I am attentive, ensuring that I take the time to understand your pet and make sure they feel comfortable and safe in my home. I ensure I keep to your routines and feeding schedules and do not deviate from this without your consent. I am diligent with photos and communications - so you can rest assured that your pet is well. I welcome any and all communications and video calls for that extra bit of reassurance if needed. I have thorough experience with French Bulldogs, Including their health and fitness, training and their bubbly boisterous natures! My home is Frenchie proof (this applies to other sensitive breeds aswell) - including ramps to prevent jumping, a paddling pool, cooling mats and fans for the warmer weather to prevent heatstroke. We have a large and secure back garden that is clean and hazard free. I am approximately 8 minutes away from vets now in Bury in the event of any emergency, and I drive. I also have a local vet less than 5 minutes away. I make sure your pet comes home happy, healthy, and excited to see you! My boy Biggie is now 6 years old, he has a heart condition that requires daily medication and monitoring. He is fully vaccinated and up to date on worming and flea treatments-he is friendly and loves nothing more than to play with a friend. In terms of health, I am keenly aware of the pets wellbeing and would rather err on the side of caution than take any risk. I can promise a safe, loving stay with lots of updates. I have chosen to only accept smaller dogs for the time being as I have an 11 month old daughter who is very active and curious and also loves doggies! Please feel free to ask any and all questions - I understand that our pets are truly as precious to us as our own children. I stay home all day every day with my daughter and Biggie - we are up for 7 am every day and I fit walks and pet care in and around her schedule. I have an extra secure fenced garden, ramps to our beds and the sofa to prevent jumping, cameras in the garden for extra security, I clean dog bowls every evening and provide fresh water regularly.
“Richard was an absolutely fantastic dog sitter, and I couldn’t recommend him more highly. From the moment we met him, it was clear how genuine his love for dogs is, and that really showed in the way he cared for mine. He was incredibly attentive, making sure my dog was comfortable, well exercised, and happy at all times. I really appreciated the regular updates and photos, which gave me complete peace of mind while I was away. It was obvious that my dog felt relaxed and safe in his care. Richard went above and beyond to stick to my dog’s routine and needs, and his reliability and professionalism made the whole experience stress free. I would not hesitate to use him again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring dog sitter.”

I'm lucky to live close to plenty of lovely walking routes, green spaces and adventure spots, perfect for keeping dogs active and engaged. Whether your pet enjoys long walks, gentle strolls or simply relaxing at home, I'll tailor their care to suit their needs. I also share my home with one friendly indoor cat (Koby the Bengal), so it's important that visiting pets are comfortable around cats. We are open to separating them for some shorter stays. There are no breed or size preferences, but for the safety and wellbeing of everyone, I can only accept pets that are non-aggressive and well behaved in the home environment. Most importantly, your pet will receive lots of affection, attention and companionship throughout their stay, day or night, cuddles are always included!
“My dog Leo is a very nervous boy with the new people but he seems to have taken well to Hana. She is always on time for his walks and she gives lovely updates and pictures of their adventures.”

Most recently my boyfriend’s elderly cat with thyroid medication and a friend’s dog with a strict diet. I’m used to cats behaviour and will give them the patience, attention and playtime they need, as I’d want other sitters to treat my pets with the same care. As an animal lover I am open to looking after other animals, I also love dogs, rabbits and guinea pigs! I know how important it is to trust someone with your pets, and I promise they’ll be cared for as if they were my own 😊🩷 Im currently in between jobs so I have full availability and can be flexible to fit around your pets routine. I also have a driving license so travelling won’t be a problem. During visits I will do the basics (cleaning litter, feeding your pet, dog walking, sweeping/cleaning the room), provide medication if needed, lots of cuddles, play and will send updates of course!

About: I have taken care of dogs and cats since I was a young child, I have had dogs all my life and started looking after other peoples pets at around 16, I have two of my own large rescue dogs that come with their own issues so I am well experienced with animals with nerves. I understand pets that are shy as I have looked after my aunties pets that struggle with anxiety and we have built a bond overtime. I have experience with slightly larger breeds such as male staffies and pit bulls as I have grown up with them since I was 7, I have also looked after puppies before (less than 1 years old, not less than a month old etc.) I am willing and capable to care of a young pup. I have looked after many cats and understand some are not as sociable, I am patient. I am no stranger to being nibbled by puppies and giving them extra play time / longer walks to tire them out, I also understand older dogs need a more relaxed approach. I have recently finished college and I have much more spare time, as such an animal enthusiast I figured this would be the perfect opportunity. I wake up early and complete daily chores around the house and feeding / walking my own pets. I also sell online so I will often be posting parcels, I am 18 with a full driving licence and my own vehicle so transport is no issue! I am available all throughout the day. I have been trusted multiple times with peoples house keys and being able to let myself in / lock up their homes to watch over their pets. Our garden is fenced off and pretty decent space wise, we also have toys at home that have never been touched as our dog is not interested, we have a large crate if necessary and other dog beds, we have a guest room that can be used for your pet. We always have treats and multiple water bowls available. The back garden is safe and we do not take the dogs on the front garden unless they are on a lead.
“Angela is just the perfect companion for our Nige. He is so happy when he has the chance to go on a lovely nice long walk, and always comes back with the biggest grin. Cannot recommend enough. Thanks Angela, he is already looking forward to the next time. 🥰”

About: I’ve had dogs since I was a teen ager. I have house trained several along the way, and have experience with older dogs as well. I am retired after 52 years in financial services. My day is comprised of trips to the gym and the markets as I am the chef of the house. Until recently this included looking after Alice, our beloved Boston Terrier who passed away a few months ago at 15. I enjoy all aspects of dog care, and have had several dogs over the years including a Chow and a Shepard/Husky cross you I’m quite comfortable with any size dog. I live in a large house with a fenced back yard. I’m a short walk from several prime dog walking areas here in Bolton, and I also drive if a chosen location for your dog is required.

About: I am looking for a job over summer, and this would be perfect for me since I have always loved dogs and enjoy spending time with them. While I haven’t owned a dog myself I have taken many of my family and friends’ dogs on walks. I’m keen to build experience as a dog walker to prepare for later in life when I hopefully have a dog of my own. I am trustworthy and reliable, and I hope to give a friendly service and fun exercise-filled walks for your dog. I’m home for the summer from university so will have lots of free time to walk your dogs, there should not be many days I am not free. When I have taken friends and family’s dogs on walks I have been careful to make sure the dog does not over heat and has water and is safe.

About: I've taken care of cats and dogs of different breeds and other animals since a young age. Neighbours, friends and close family have all asked me to take care of, feed and give attention to their animals to which I performed precisely. I am currently caring for my partner as she is heavily pregnant and am not currently working a 9-5 due to the care that she requires and as the pregnancy has caused a lot of unexpected difficulties it is safer for me to remain closer to home. I house 3 in door cats, their needs and requirements are met on a daily basis, playtime divided evenly between the 3, constant cuddles and comfort from myself and partner, constant litter tray supervision, regular biscuit bowl, water and wet food throughout the day.

About: I am fully devoted to animal care as i want to become a vet in the future so this is a stepping stone to my hopeful future success. I am currently working Monday-Friday however my shifts leave a lot of spare time for me to spend time with your lovely animals. I work: Monday 5am-2pm Tuesday 2pm-10pm Wednesday off some weeks or 10am-6pm Thursday 5am-2pm Friday 1pm-9pm I know these times won’t fit for everyone but i am happy to help where i can! I am responsible for feeding the cat and dogs and i also walk the dogs daily. I also enjoy going out with my boyfriends dog as she can walk a lot further than my dogs so we get a lovely hike out of the walks with her.
“Elle is a bubbly, friendly young woman who treats every dog as her own. Harry adores her and can't wait for their walks together. Elle has also taken her time to try and get Harry better on the lead with lots of treat training. I would recommend her to anybody.”

Thank you so much 💕”

“Alex is absolutely fab! My little doggie Sam loved his stay and has come home clean, tired and had a wonderful time at Alex’s house. Alex provided regular pupdates and he instantly put my mind at ease as it was the first time leaving my doggie, as he’s a puppy. Will definitely be booking with Alex again 💜”

About: My mum has always had an irrational fear of dogs so have never had the honour to own one myself until I moved away from home. Growing up I have often dog sat for my godparents who have 2 beautiful miniature schnauzers and my neighbours Jack Russell. Since I was 19, I was using borrow my doggy to get experience with different dog breeds and learn the needs of each pup. I work full time primarily working from home with the odd day on site. I love spending time outdoors especially now with my cocker spaniel pup! I have a 3 bed house with a wrap around fenced garden for your pup to roam around in. I don’t allow any pets upstairs so should your pup stay overnight, they need to be okay sleeping downstairs. As I have a dog of my own, I do not take on non-neutered male dogs and they must get along well with other dogs.
“Anthony was brilliant with my cockapoo Daisy. Anthony shared regular updates with videos and photos. Daisy had a fantastic stay and was very happy. Highly recommend as it is clear how much of a dog lover Anthony is and cares for the dogs like his own. I will definitely be looking to use Anthony again in the future!”

“Another great stay with Michelle and family. Dipa is excited when we arrive and always looks like he's enjoying himself in the pictures Michelle sends. It gives me great comfort knowing he's so well looked after.”
