“Cal has always taken amazing care of my cat for me while I’ve been away and treats him like his own! He’s clean, tidy and respectful, always friendly and 100% reliable :)”

Julia E.
“Julia is my daughter so you might think I'm biased and you would probably be right! But it is totally true that she is very kind and caring, loves animals and has taken great care of her own dog and mine. She is also very organised, reliable and trustworthy.”

Beth D.
“Beth is super with dogs! My little one is a bit of a handful and there is very few people I trust with her! She is very familiar with all sorts of breeds from small to large and my little one always comes back happy and content!”

Rachel W.
“Rachel grew up in a family of dog-lovers and they've long been a part of her life. Since before she could have a dog of her own, she would look after them for friends and family whenever the opportunity arose. I only have my dog, Alf, (of 10 years now) because she'd been trying to re-home him after his owner decided to move to the USA and was going to leave him behind. I trust her implicitly with my dog, knowing that he'll be safe, secure and will get walked come rain or shine. Rachel's dog, Pud, passed quite recently due to neurological complications, aged just three. In the run up to this, the lengths she was willing to go to to keep him happy and comfortable were genuinely commendable; from paying whatever financial cost there might be, to feeding him by hand, modifying her house or holding him up so he could go to the toilet. In his prime, Pud was always well groomed, had lovely clean teeth and was a really happy and contented little chap. As soon as she told me she wanted to do this, it made total sense. I really can't think of anyone that would be more suited to it!”

About: I’ve always lived in a pet oriented household and I also have experience looking after a number of peoples pets while they are away. I am more then happy to provide the perfect care for your pets and to keep you updated with how it’s going. I currently work part time and my hours are usually set but I have plenty of free time to work around and fit most time/day slots that you require. As I look after your pet in your home I am more than happy to come for a visit before doing the dates that you require, to meet the pet and yourself. Tell me how you want your pet to be looked after and what you wish me to do.

About: I’ve been a guide dog fosterer for around 3 years, I will be happy to care for any other dogs that might need it as well I’m currently a student that lives on the uni campus so I am only available for the weekends that I come home, being a student I need money. I have a grass back garden with fences, but there is a motorway behind it which could be unsettling for some dogs, I would need a crate/bed supplied

Rebecca C.

I know she's spent all her life with dogs of various breeds and sizes and she is someone with integrity and honesty. Recommend Rebecca very highly.”

Rochelle C.
“I have known Rochelle for the last couple of years having met her when she moved back to the UK with her dogs. I can say with absolute confidence that Rochelle is a genius when it comes to dogs. During her time living in Asia she was involved in animal rescue, where she regularly provided care for Indonesia’s abandoned street dogs and cats. She rescued a breed dog who was living in terrible conditions and a Bali Dog, who was living alone in the jungle and clearly in need of help. Due to their traumatic past experiences, both these dogs had many behavioural problems that were rooted in lack of trust, fear and extreme anxiety. One of her dogs had extreme fear of humans and the other extreme fear of both humans, bicycles and sticks and occasionally other dogs. For most people, taking on two dogs with such difficult needs would be challenge but Rochelle not only brought these dogs home with her to England, she also put the time and effort into socialising both dogs and slowly but surely putting in the mechanisms needed to help them overcome their fears. All of her training and behavioural modification has been fundamentally rooted in love and positive reinforcement. When talking to Rochelle, she clearly knows her stuff and is up to date with the latest scientific studies on dog behaviour and training methods. She works with the dog not against it and always understands the importance of respecting their boundaries. She allows the dog a chance to make its decision and come to her and works individually with the dog’s particular needs. There is never any trigger stacking and when out with her dogs, Rochelle is very attentive and responsible and encourages others to do the same. Her two dogs have made incredible progress in the time she has had them and this is testimony to Rochelle’s hard work, dedication and knowledge and experience. Moreover, she is also now experienced with primitive dog behaviour. Rochelle is extremely friendly and sociable. She is very easy to get along with and instantly puts you at ease with anything that might concern you. She owns her own business and thus is extremely experienced in dealing with clients, managing a busy schedule and holds excellent customer service. Rochelle holds a strong moral compass to care for others and this shows in her dedication to always putting her client’s needs first. She has a flexible working schedule and two dogs who are absolute sweethearts. One of which is extremel sociable and can bring even the most shy of dogs out of its shell. The other absolutely loves people and very well behaved off lead. With Rochelle, you it all and I can say with my hand on my heart that she would be a great help to anyone in need of a person to help care for their dog, particularly if it is anxious or fearful.”

With over a decade working with animals from farms to vets to Dogstrust, I have my fair share of experince. I specialise in canine behaviour, working with a positive reinforcement technique. I offer walks, sit ins, feeds (including medication), training sessions, group walks, house/pet sitting. All services include updates and lots of pictures of your lovely one on our adventures. I am currently working part time at a local vets a pharmacist and receptionist. Which means I can be quite flexible with my time! I can also drive and have a dog friendly vehicle which means more fun places to explore. I have worked in the area for a while now and know of many different walks that will be specially picked for you pet depending on their needs. For example a doggy that loves water but may be conscious of other doggies? A quite beach and forest walk in forbmy would fit us perfect ! I am also currently using a private fenced of field for group walks, reactive dogs and specific training sessions.
