“Aaliyah is an angel! She’s been seeing Buddy since April now and he loves when she visits. She always has time for him without fail and is so good with him. She’s been a god send for the past three months especially with Buddy hurting his leg and having to swap walks for drop ins. She always shows concern for Buddy, checking in during and after his surgery to make sure he’s okay! Aaliyah looks after him with so much love and care whilst he’s currently a little hop along 🐶 thank you so much Aaliyah, buddy can’t wait to see you again after a small break 💗”

“Ellie was absolutely amazing with Miller who is still recovering from a broken leg. She came and did a meet and greet with us both at a time that suited me and really spent the time to get as much information about Miller as possible to make the walks the most enjoyable for him! Miller absolutely loved his time with Ellie and is excited for more walks. Ellie sent pictures of a happy looking Miller who looked like he didn’t want to come home he enjoyed it so much! “Hi, I'm more than happy to write a few words about Kayleigh as she is a very lovely human being! She has a very caring nature and loves pets - she is adored by us all. She's regularly looked after my own pets and so I'm not surprised she has sought out this type of support for people and their pets. About: I have had dogs my whole life. My last dog was a nervous, anxious rescue - He needed lots of extra care and attention, extra space on walks etc - So I understand that not all dogs are the same! I currently have a 1 year old cocker spaniel who is my world. Being a Rover user myself - I know how nerve wracking it can be to leave your dog with a stranger. Rest assured you will receive lots of updates and pictures and I’m always on the other end of the phone to reassure. I adore all dogs, nothing is too much trouble for me. Your dog will receive the same love and attention as my own dog. I am home throughout the week and I’m available on weekends also. I have lots of spare time to give your dog the attention it deserves. I love being outdoors, so your dog will receive lots of exercise. I live in a house and have a high fenced, secure garden, meaning your dog has lots of outdoor space to enjoy. I am not precious about dogs being on the sofa etc - I don’t mind as long as they are happy and comfortable!

14. Sophia D.
“Sophia is wonderful with all animals - she is always kind and very capable, which can be seen with her own pets. Having been around her with cats and dogs, she responsible and attentive. You can guarantee your pets will be well looked after.”

About: My partner and I have both had dogs all our lives! And both had dogs previously. My current family dogs range from 12 years old to 4 years old so I’m used to old boys and lively pups! While we don’t have our own at the moment we would love to help other busy families out while spending time with doggos at the same time! I am a personal trainer at the gym around the corner so I tend to work AM and PM and have time free during the day. My partner works from home most days. Your dog would be my priority over anything else, we have a fenced and gated garden. We are happy to let your dogs get comfortable on our furniture and have full access to the house if that’s what they are used to at home. I would encourage a list of ‘rules’ so we can make sure whatever are the rules at home are the rules with us.

20. Katie B.
About: It’s always been my long term goal to work with animals. From visiting various farms and animal shelters over the years to regularly researching potential means of volunteering overseas at animal sanctities; animal care has been my passion since a young age. I found it difficult just choosing one section I wanted to work in until I got a job working for a local dog walking/boarding company. I felt there was nothing better than spending all my time with our favourite four legged friends and since then I’ve never looked back! I’ve decided to take a big leap and do it myself (a bit closer to home this time), however with that all still being finalised, I don’t currently get to be with the pooches as much as I’d like to be. I found this app and thought it’d be a great way to continue doing what I love with the spare time I have! I have experience of owning pets throughout my life aswell as 3 years professional experience house sitting and walking with dogs of all ages and sizes! All owner requirements never fail to be met and are handled with professionalism and care.
