About: I am a training veterinary student with a lifelong passion for dogs and hands-on experience caring for them in a variety of settings. Growing up with dogs has given me a strong understanding of their behaviour, daily care needs, and the importance of patience and consistency when handling animals. Over the years, neighbours and family friends have regularly relied on me to visit, walk, feed, and care for their dogs while they were away, which has helped me develop responsibility, trustworthiness, and confidence working independently with animals. I have also cared for young puppies, including feeding, socialising, cleaning, and monitoring their wellbeing, which has strengthened my understanding of early development and animal welfare. Through both my personal experience and veterinary training, I have developed skills in animal handling, communication, observation, recognising signs of stress or illness, and providing attentive, compassionate care.

About: I have owned animals since I was a child from guinea pigs to cats to dogs. I currently have 2 dogs and 1 cat and a rabbit. My dog is a husky so I am used to getting out walking daily. I am available all day for drop ins and walks. I own a husky who is very kind and gentle, she gets along with other dogs but can be left at home if it is an issue. I love long walks as well as short ones and plenty of play time. I have a very big secure back garden which is great for the dogs running around or relaxing in. I have a very small for her age husky who gets along with other dogs with no issues.

About: Ive aided in assistance dog training for 2 years, have a level 3 animal care diploma within that was taught canine first aid, I currently do go to uni doing veterinary bioscience and hopefully want to go onto doing veterinary medicine. I have a passion for taking care of animals and providing the best possible enrichment :) Right now at the moment since I’m back home I don’t really have much going on so it fits in perfectly with my schedule giving me something to do. Within homes I often do basic supervision such as sending text updates on what is happening and fun photos of your pets so you know they are always safe and sound :)

About: I have had cats since I was little, adopting them from friends, the RSPCA or relatives. I have also owned rabbits, and dogs, in the past as an adult. My dog experience includes an excitable Border Collie, a happy-go-lucky mixed breed and a fun-loving German Shepherd. I do miss dog walks and dog cuddles, but currently one of my adopted senior cats isn't keen on dogs so I am currently a dog free house! I have looked after pets since I was about 5 or 6 so have nearly 50 years experience with animals.I work from home so if you have wifi and need a sitter in your home, I can be in most of the day with your pet. I love walking dogs on or off lead and I am happy to go with the personality of your pet, whether that's a cat that likes their own space, or a dog who wants cuddles and long outdoor walks. As for my cats, they have my Mum to look after them when I am away, so I can do overnight or longer stays. I work in education, have a car, flexibility on dates/times and I will look after your pet as if they are my own, sending lots of photos and updates. I work Monday-Friday in term-time, and work from home, with occasional meetings outside my home, depending on schedule. I usually get up, feed my cats, have breakfast, start work at 8 and if I'm in a Teams meeting online, try to keep my cats from coming into shot or stepping all over my keyboard! Sometimes I might need to do an external visit or meeting, but if so then I am back home within 1-2hrs. At tea time the cats get fed again. At the weekends my cats have to wait a little longer for breakfast if I have a lie-in. At home I have a fenced-in garden, a cat flap and litter trays. I also have a small park 5 mins walk away where I used to walk my dogs, and a larger one 10 mins drive away. I live in a very quiet cul de sac.

About: I have had my own dog for over 17 years so i understand what it’s like to take care of a dog. I am such a caring person, who loves walking and miss walking a dog. It would bring me so much joy again. I currently work a full time job, Monday-Thursday, when I finish work of an everning. I love to be able to walk dogs and on my days off also as this. I will always make sure that I am consistent when being around the dogs. At the moment I will not be offering over night stays at my home due to having no garden which is not ideal for a dog to be staying.

About: I absolutely love dogs (all animals really) and have had dogs in my life since being young. I currently have a Yorkshire Terrier - I have experience with dogs in heat. I also have two cats, they spend the day outside so will be no issue. Since I have had dogs from a young age I have experience with a range of different breeds so I am very used to all the different personalities dogs can have. I am super flexible due to working from home and am therefore available at short notice. I have the most experience with these breed of dogs: Basset Hounds, Yorkshire Terriers, Labradors, Border Collies, Jack Russels, West Highland Terriers and Pugs. About: I have had pets most of my life and enjoy the time with them. I'm retired so have the time to spoil your pet while you enjoy knowing they are well looked after. Im retired and have quite a bit of spare time on my hands. I love having a chat with a dog while walking, its wonderful. My own cats are indoors only as I prefer the safety of this. I cannot have pets boarding at my home due to my own fur babies x
