2. Bethany J.
“I left my 2 dogs in Bethany's care for a week. They were so well cared for they didn't want to come home! I got regular updates on what they were up to and how well they had settled in. They are looking forward to their next holiday. Bethany also has been helping to train my rescue puppy. He was wild! He now walks so much better and his behaviour is improving everyday. I would definitely recommend Bethany caring for your dog as she understands their needs and behaviours.”

3. Jordan W.
About: I have got two female Cockapoo’s and a boy who are all nearly 2, they are friendly loving doggies and I would have more if my partner would let me. I was brought up with boarder collies and have a natural love for animals. I work from home during the week so I will make sure your dog is not left unattended during its stay, unless discussed with you. I usualy get my three out on a morning walk as well as an evening walk (if additional is needed please let me know) I also tend to rent enclosed fields out regular so the dogs can have a proper play in a safe environment. I am able to work with you on the needs of your dog and what works best. Due to me already having three dogs, I will ensure your dog is fed separate to mine so there is no chance of resource guarding etc and additionally any bones etc will not be given during your dogs stay for the same reason. additionally my partner comes on walks with me to offer extra safety for your dog.

4. Cathy D.
“Cathy is one of the few dog walkers/sitters on Rover I have absolute trust in to look after my golden. She is incredibly reliable and whilst I'm away she'll send me photos of them out and about so I know Holly's having a great time. I couldn't recommend someone more highly for the job due to her kind and caring nature that naturally makes her a fantastic person to look after animals.”

About: I've grown up around dogs and cats and I am passionate about animal care. I can ensure your pet will be looked after to very high standards and they will get plenty of play time! I am currently at Vet school and house sit and dog walk in my spare time! I also work at a kennels and doggy day care. I like to be with the pet at all times when they are in my care, if they like attention they will certainly be getting a lot of it! If you have a garden that is safely fenced off I will regularly let them use it if they need to go out, and also take them on a couple/ few walks dependant on the dogs needs! With my experience from vet school and doggy day care I can assure you I am more than competent!

7. Jazmine G.
“I have known Jazmine for over three years and consider her a great friend and someone I can trust given any circumstance. I consider her to be trustworthy, honest and very loving, and without any hesitation I recommend her to take care of your fur babies. In the past I have trusted her with my precious Rossy, who could not get enough of Jazmines love, attention and great walks. She is always stepping up to help others, or to donate her time to care for animals, even studying animal behaviour at University level. I could not recommend Jazmine enough.”

She also has a spaniel who is easy going non-confrontational with all dogs. She is based is a lovely area with fantastic walks and she always puts her dogs first. Rose is knowledgeable about keeping dogs healthy and happy. She is even great with dogs that have issues and has has looked after a nervous dog with the same care and calmness that she shows to all dogs. I would recommend Rose to anyone who wants someone they can trust to walk or look after their dog as well as they do it themselves.”

13. Emma B.
About: For many years, I have regularly helped family and friends with house and pet-sitting, whether they were away on short or long breaks and this is something I have a huge passion for. I have also helped local neighbours with their pets and maintenance of their plants/gardens. We have always had cats, dogs, hamsters, fish etc in the family. 3 years ago, I rescued my 5 year old Jack-Chi (Jack Russell cross Chihuahua) pup who was malnourished, had no training including toileting and is still a little anxious in some public places but working with her and giving her the extra love has been an absolute pleasure. She is now living her best life, is loved and spoiled and has made lots of new doggie friends! I am currently on a 12 month sabbatical from work and have time in between travelling to help with pet care, walking, feeding and bathing where required. I have been pet-sitting and dog walking much more over the past 12 months as I've been travelling and seeing the world. I have 10 x 5 star reviews on another app and can provide references. I am confident in my abilities to take care of your pets in the best way possible, keeping them happy, loved and treated with kindness. Their safety is always my priority.

15. Leah O.
“Leah and her boyfriend Fletcher regularly dogsit at our family farm. She has been an employee of mine for years now but our relationship extends way beyond the workplace environment. We regularly see them on a social level, we don’t just solely expect them to look after our farm. Despite there being 30 years between us in age, I consider Leah and Fletcher best friends of ours and I wouldn’t leave the safety and care of all my animals in the hands of anyone else. Our dogs in particular don’t take instantly to anyone and bark regularly at any guests visiting, even my sisters and sons, but with Leah it’s a different story. They don’t bark or hide and they even fight to sit on her lap the second she sits down which is totally unheard of. My husband and I were rightfully taken aback the first time this happened and from that point I just knew the subconscious bond she has with animals. If you have any questions or want more information I am happy to discuss this recommendation over the phone too.”

16. Imogen E.
About: I have had both dogs and cats ever since I was a baby which means I have valuable experience of pet sitting. I have experience with many types of animals and there is no breed I dislike. I work full time currently, however my shifts are different each day so I always either have a full morning or all afternoon free with two full days off. Weekends the latest I finish is 3 so I always have time. I have a fenced garden and cctv. I have two dogs already who are great around other pets and I have a crate should it ever be needed.

17. Natalie H.
About: I've taken care of pets since I was little. Whether that be our family dog, grandparents dogs, family friends when they went away for the weekend! I have volunteered in a kennels so I have experience when it comes to bathing your four-legged friends and so much more!! I currently work 4 days a week, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Leaving me with plenty of spare time to care and cuddle with your precious pets. I live in the country side so plenty of long, beautiful walks just around the corner! I have plenty of space in my flat if the pet needs to be crated, I can accommodate.

18. Ellis H.
“After knowing Ellis for many years, I am sure that your pets couldn't be left in more caring hands. He has so much experience with not only his family pets, but also with animals across the world. Ellis is a proud animal lover, in which he has volunteered and house sat for pets in many different countries. He is the most patient, loving person and animals always seem to be drawn to him. As much as he likes to chill and hang out with animals, he also loves hiking, so I'm sure whatever your pets need, he's the perfect guy for you.”
