About: Having always been around Dogs, Cats and Aquatics, I have a long history of pet care. Additionally, I have experience with pets with complex medical needs, along with pets of all ages - from over-eager babies to over-opinionated elders. Every circumstance is different, so I try my best to curate my services and tailor them to your needs specifically. I have also had the joy of working with many different breeds and mixes over the years, including all sizes. I currently House and Pet sit full-time. I am open to short or long-term bookings, and am happy to travel if needed, even outside of the distance marked on Rover. Safety is my first priority, and I'd much prefer to be safe than sorry. Any approved off-lead walking is off the table until not only I trust the dog, but the dog trusts me. If I'm not confident in a dogs socialising, or their reactiveness, I will keep to quieter walks or presence in the home. Equally, I will not force a pet to interact with me, a stranger; I'll encourage cuddles, play and routine to maintain a sense of stability for your pets, but please don't worry at the idea of me getting offended if they stick their noses up at me - I'm not their human! Any relationship takes time, and I hope to build trust and respect not only between humans, but between any animals and I as well. I endeavour to be as respectful to your home as possible, while being as practical as possible.

About: Home-from-home dog care in Preston with plenty of company, individual attention and your dog’s normal routine kept familiar. I work from home, so dogs are rarely left alone, with walks, feeding, play and rest all tailored around what they’re used to. I work a rotating shift pattern which gives me plenty of free time and several full days off at a time. I can plan my availability well in advance and fit walks, feeding, drop-in visits and pet sitting around your pet’s normal routine. I’m happy to follow established feeding, walking and medication schedules and will always discuss your pet’s routine with you beforehand. Your pet’s safety and comfort come first. I follow the owner’s instructions carefully, keep doors and gates secure, use leads as requested and pay attention to anything that could cause a problem during walks or visits. When caring for a pet in their own home, I treat the property respectfully, keep everything secure and leave it as I found it. I’ll also keep you updated so you know how your pet is getting on.

About: taken care of four dogs of different ages, many shelter cats and a lil pup. it’s time to bring my voluntary work to rover! I am currently fully flexible. I work as a freelance artist so my availability changes with each contract I work, as well as in between contracts. I pay great attention to detail so I will heed your every instruction. I also love animals so you can be sure your pets will be in very loving hands!

About: I have several years of experience when it comes to dogs. Not only did I work in a dog groomers for several years being around all types of dogs and dealing with different types of behaviours, I also worked at a dog daycare where again there were all types of breeds that require different types of care. I have also had pet dogs my whole life. I would be able to meet any need your dog would require whether that be some training practice for puppies, lead training or special care for older dogs or those who struggle with certain things. Whatever you require. I will be there for you. I currently work Mondays 1-8:30, Tuesdays are generally flexible, Wednesday 2-9:30pm, Thursdays are generally flexible, Fridays 1-8:30 and I am available all day most Saturdays. This may differ during school holidays however contact me and I will try my hardest to accommodate you :) I will respect your house and treat it as if it is my own if there are any special requirements I will make sure I meet them and will listen carefully to any instructions given. I am very trustworthy so that need not be a worry and I am also reliable.

About: I have been a huge animal and pet lover since a very young age and regularly take care of friends and family members pets whenever they are away or just need a helping hand. I’ve had all sorts of pets (Dogs, Cats, Hamsters, Rabbits, Fish etc) throughout my life and now find myself with some free time to help out others and I'm looking forward to getting to meet lots of new furry friends! My job allows me to work from home a lot during the week and have time to share some of it with your lovely pets as well as having lots of time on the weekends and evenings. I have a little boy who also often comes along on my pet care bookings, he loves animals too and is very much loved by them! I am both reliable and professional and completely understand how precious your pets are to you from my own experience so will always ensure your pets are safe in my care. I own my own home with a fully fenced garden and have my own car to get to and from appointments. Your pets will be treated as if they were my own or as you require and kept safe at all times.

About: I've had dogs, cats and other small fury animals ever since I've been little. I've also had friends and family members with pets that I have loved to be around and take care of. I am super passionate about animals and have looked after many neighbours dogs over the years too, either in my own home, or at theirs. I'm also vegan because I am so passionate about the welfare of all animals. I don't currently have any responsibilities such as children or a partner and I work for myself so I'm flexible and have the freedom to travel. My best friend is also a dog trainer, so I'm always picking up tips and helpful information about dogs. I currently have a chihuahua who is 7 years old who I adore. She lives with my mum and I, so she isn't my sole responsibility. I'm a very calm and grounded person and I often find that dogs and cats naturally gravitate towards my energy and loving nature. I work for myself, so my schedule is super flexible and I can work from anywhere in the world. Whether this is weekdays or weekends, I'm open to all. I'm able to follow the instructions to how you would like your pet to be cared for, whether this I can be to give you reassurance and peace of mind. I can also send daily updates if needed/preferred.

Whether your dog loves long, energetic walks or just wants to snuggle on the couch, I can tailor my care to their exact needs. In my spare time I enjoy hiking, running, and I work as a dental therapist and am also studying alongside at university to become a dentist! I am currently studying dentistry at university and have differing timetables most weeks, so I am available on my days off from uni as well as during holidays inbetween term time to look after or walk your pets! I will be available most hours to ensure they need everything they require. I love all animas as if they are my own. I have a courtyard while at university and while at my home I have a big garden for your pets to enjoy. I will be able to feed them whenever and they will always have fresh water available. Because I’m currently learning to become a qualified professional trainer, every walk is also a chance for your dog to build better behaviour, manners, and confidence at no extra cost. It’s a win-win: your dog gets exercise and gentle training, and I gain the hands-on experience I need to start up my own professional dog training business. My routine is flexible as I currently work 2–3 days a week, so my availability can vary. I offer most mid-week walks and am also available for weekend walks and pet care.
