I have always had a love for animals and would be excited to have the opportunity to provide your animals with the care they deserve. I am a reliable and kind person. I understand the importance of treating every animals with kindness. At the moment I am available full time, so am available at any time to check in and play with your pets. About: Having always been around Dogs, Cats and Aquatics, I have a long history of pet care. Additionally, I have experience with pets with complex medical needs, along with pets of all ages - from over-eager babies to over-opinionated elders. Every circumstance is different, so I try my best to curate my services and tailor them to your needs specifically. I have also had the joy of working with many different breeds and mixes over the years, including all sizes. I currently House and Pet sit full-time. I am open to short or long-term bookings, and am happy to travel if needed, even outside of the distance marked on Rover. Safety is my first priority, and I'd much prefer to be safe than sorry. Any approved off-lead walking is off the table until not only I trust the dog, but the dog trusts me. If I'm not confident in a dogs socialising, or their reactiveness, I will keep to quieter walks or presence in the home. Equally, I will not force a pet to interact with me, a stranger; I'll encourage cuddles, play and routine to maintain a sense of stability for your pets, but please don't worry at the idea of me getting offended if they stick their noses up at me - I'm not their human! Any relationship takes time, and I hope to build trust and respect not only between humans, but between any animals and I as well. I endeavour to be as respectful to your home as possible, while being as practical as possible.
About: I have been around Dogs all my life , I live on a working sheep and beef farm so we have Border Collies and Jack Russell’s . I also have experience with Terriers , Newfoundland and Maremma’s as my family have owned and rescued these dogs. I regularly look after our dogs as my parents are busy on the farm. I’m currently not working as just left college so I am available anytime of the week and I do not have any holidays booked . About: I used to be scared of dogs when I was younger, we only had cats, then my mum married a man with 3 retired greyhounds! Because of their calm temperament, I learnt to love not only them, but all dogs. I have had a handful of different dogs in my life, from Greyhounds to Collies, to Staffies to Cavapoos. Each of them filled my life with joy and purpose, I really feel so much happier and at peace around animals. Since moving to the city, I can't keep pets at my flat so i am actively searching for a way to get my fix! I can promise you if you let me look after your companion in any way, they will be shown nothing but love and care. I've also owned cats since the day I was born, there's pictures of me asleep with cats in my cot. I find cats so relaxing to be around, I love hearing the sound of them purring and I find it hilarious when they get a sudden burst of energy or start shouting at you. I would be honoured if you would consider me for any tasks you require for your furry member of the family! It would be a privilege and an honour! I work in a coffee shop in Preston so usually I'm out of the house by 7:40. Then, it's a few hours of chatting with customers and occasionally actually doing my job. But when we get pets in I'm even less inclined to make coffee... I'm usually home by 15:30-16:00 and I spend the rest of my evening working on my radio bulletins for a local station. It's important to note that if you need me for the whole or a specific day it's very easy to schedule time off at the last minute as the rota isn't released until Sunday, so just let me know! At my home, my dogs rarely go a minute without me trying to play with them or show them affection, unless they've made it clear they aren't interested!I wont be able to care for your pets at my flat as it's too small an environment for them, however if you trust me enough to look after them in your/their safe space, I will ensure that no boundaries are crossed for you or your fur baby. In previous dog sitting arrangements, I've either stayed in the spare room so i'm with them 24/7 or driven there to spend an hour or two with them a few times throughout the day, Whatever you think is best.
About: I have owned animals since I was a child from guinea pigs to cats to dogs. I currently have 2 dogs and 1 cat and a rabbit. My dog is a husky so I am used to getting out walking daily. I am available all day for drop ins and walks. I own a husky who is very kind and gentle, she gets along with other dogs but can be left at home if it is an issue. I love long walks as well as short ones and plenty of play time. I have a very big secure back garden which is great for the dogs running around or relaxing in. I have a very small for her age husky who gets along with other dogs with no issues.
About: A lot of my background is in health care, from the elderly, to young children. But helping people feel relaxed when leaving there pets makes me happy 😃 to make new furry friends and to help paw-rents feel comfortable when leaving family, as we know it can be a very stressful time. About: I have taken care of dogs cats and other pets from a young age. I have walked, cleaned up mess, picked up poo and played with pets many times. I am confident that I can look after any pet. I don’t currently work so I have lots of free time to look after your pet. I’m free most days apart from a few hours between 11-3 on Wednesday. I am very flexible and happy to change my schedule at short notice. I live on the first floor and I have a shared garden with a fence. My flat is fairly spacious for its size.
