For walks, I stick to safe, familiar routes and avoid situations that could cause stress or overwhelm. For drop-in visits, I ensure your dog is settled, comfortable, and cared for exactly as requested.

A typical day
I love giving dogs more than just a walk. Every visit or walk is designed to be enriching, fun, and tailored to their energy and personality. A typical walk might include: Sniffy adventures in exciting areas, letting your pup explore and follow natural scents Training and mental stimulation. Plenty of playtime. Regular rest breaks and water. For drop-in visits, I focus on following your dog’s routine closely, providing treats, play, and comfort, and giving updates so you can relax knowing they’re happy and cared for. Every dog in my care gets a calm, confident, and enjoyable experience; whether it’s a high-energy husky or a laid-back lapdog. Your dog will be treated like my own and I will provide pictures of your dog having the time of their life!

Pet care experience
I’ve grown up with dogs my entire life and now own a very mischievous husky who can be a bit of a handful! I love dogs of all shapes and sizes and have a vast range of experience with big and strong dogs. I’ve dealt with a range of undesirable behaviours such as resource guarding, pulling, reactivity and over excitement. I have also had experience in taking part in Kennel Club dog training classes. I’m super interested in dog training and as well as exercising your pup, I love keeping their brains engaged with a bit of training too!

Leah has been so good with both our boys Scooby and Henry. They’re both strong and very boisterous, but it was no problem for Leah and I know they’re in the best hands when they’re with her. The boys love her!
Leah has been wonderful with Scooby. I could tell when they initially met that she is a real dog person who will always put a dogs best interest first, and Scooby absolutely loved her so that was a great sign 😊 Thanks for taking such good care of him
