About: I’ve been caring for others cats and dogs for a few years now but started walking and sitting over the last two years. Louis was also flexible and was happy to do an extra visit when we were worried that Pumpkin was not eating enough. Furthermore, when Pumpkin made a mess, Louis took the initiative to clean it up as well. Louis arrived on time and notified us of any delays promptly. Louis fed and played with Pumpkin and also cleaned his litter well. We also felt that Louis was very comfortable and affectionate towards Pumpkin and it seems Pumpkin also took a liking to him! About: i’ve had a range of different pets since i was 6, mostly cats. however i have experience pet sitting dogs, cats, hamsters, birds, for family members and friends of my family. caring for animals is a form of self care for me too so i always make sure to take pride and joy in animals in my care. i’m currently a student studying 5 days a week, however my university days only consist of a couple hours at a time, so aswell as being completely free on weekends i’m often free during the weekdays too. i live in a pet friendly apartment complex with a huge courtyard that dogs are able to run around. i have dog food and water bowls, and dog toys. the balcony door isn’t easily opened, and will be locked when pets are here so it can’t accidentally be opened by a cat or a dog

I would highly recommend Serena. I have had her cat sitter service for a week for the first time and i have come home to a happy pussycat. I received daily pics and updates which enabled me to enjoy my holiday knowing that Frazzle was okay. I do worry when away and Serena made my holiday so much better as i knew Frazz was being cared for. I will definitely be using Serena's services again
