“Marjorie and her husband were amazing and accommodating from the beginning. We were let down last minute to look after our boy and she took him on. With updates and pictures every day and spoiling Winston and including him in every day life. A great bond was formed between them. Since we have been home, we have had one sulking boy for the first day or two back as he thoroughly enjoyed his time there that much. A nice big house, back field and near by woodland that he enjoyed daily to tire him out. Two lovely people with an evident love of animals and dogs. Rest assured, your dog will be looked after and loved as if one of their pets. We could not recommend highly enough and will always look to have Winston stay there when we are away in future. Thank you both so much”

“Want to say a massive thankyou. My young dog bella was very happy here. She usually doesnt like being with strangers but she seemed to settle really quick. I could see this with all the pictures i was sent while she was there. Thankyou Baz. I will book bella in again.”

“Duncan was absolutely amazing with our family’s cockapoo. He offered a meet and greet session and we took our dog for a walk. Duncan was brilliant putting our dog at ease straight away with his calm manner. Duncan was very happy to fit in with our dog’s routine and was very good at keeping us regularly updated with videos and photos of his progress. We are very grateful for the individual care and attention he gave our dog. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for dog care”

“Rafael looked after our two dogs just for one night initially. She was great with them, sent through regular updates with photographs and was flexible. Would definitely recommend and will use her again.”

“Mark and Pheobe were great to deal with from initial enquiry through to taking care of Mabel, kept me updated with messages, photos and videos. Mabel has come home happy and very tired 😂 would certainly recommend and use them again”

“Holly is an absolute star, this was my first time leaving reggie with anybody and she really put my mind at ease. Holly's apartment is lovely and I got regular picture updates and little videos to! Reggie loved playing with Alfie and he really enjoyed his stay! (Lots of treats and play time) Will definitely use Holly again in the future x”

About: Hi, I’m Gabby! I’m 30 years old and a lifelong dog lover. I’ve grown up around dogs and I’m now the proud owner of my own cockapoo, Marley, who is 14 months old. Dogs are a huge part of my everyday life, and when I say my life revolves around them, it genuinely does! I love giving dogs the care, attention, exercise and affection they need to feel happy, relaxed and loved. Alongside caring for Marley, I regularly look after my dad’s two cockapoos (aged 14 months and 2 years old) when he’s working or away, as well as occasionally helping with my sister’s dog. I’m very comfortable caring for multiple dogs at once and understanding that every dog has their own personality, routine and individual needs. Marley is a very friendly, playful and sociable dog who loves meeting and spending time with other dogs. He is used to being around different breeds and personalities, which means any dog staying with us will have a friendly companion to enjoy walks, playtime and relaxation with (where appropriate). My dogs are walked several times a day, with at least four walks daily, alongside plenty of playtime, enrichment and outdoor adventures. I love being outdoors and spend a lot of my free time exploring the countryside, walking in the Lakes and going on hikes, so your dog will have plenty of opportunities for fun adventures and stimulating walks. I understand that dogs need more than just exercise — they need companionship, patience, mental stimulation and lots of affection. I’m comfortable caring for dogs of different temperaments and energy levels, from energetic dogs who love exploring, to those who prefer a calmer environment with lots of reassurance and cuddles. I work from home full time, which means I can offer lots of company, attention and flexibility throughout the day. Your dog will be welcomed into a caring environment where they can feel safe, comfortable and part of the family, with very little time spent alone. I know how much trust is involved when leaving your dog with someone, so I’ll always treat your pet as if they were my own. I’ll make sure they are happy, settled and well cared for, and I’ll keep you updated with photos and messages so you have peace of mind while you’re away. I’d love the opportunity to meet you and your dog and provide them with a fun, safe and loving experience! **A typical day with me** Your dog can expect a fun, relaxed and loving home\-from\-home experience that fits around their usual routine. I do understand every dog is different, so I’ll always take the time to learn their personality, habits, exercise needs and any little quirks! My day with Marley usually involves plenty of outdoor time, with walks in the morning, afternoon, evening and a final walk later in the evening. Walks are typically around 30–40 minutes and include plenty of opportunities for sniffing, exploring, play and enrichment. Where appropriate and with your permission, I’m also happy to include safe off lead time in suitable areas. I have a large fenced garden which gives dogs plenty of space to relax, play and enjoy some fresh air throughout the day. As I work from home full time, your dog will have lots of company, attention and regular interaction rather than being left alone for long periods. I love being outdoors and spend a lot of my free time walking, hiking and exploring the countryside, so dogs who enjoy adventures will have lots of fun! Marley is also very friendly and sociable and loves having other dogs around, so your dog can enjoy the company of a canine friend if they are comfortable with that! Throughout the day there will be a balance of walks, playtime, enrichment, cuddles and relaxing. I will keep the routine as normal as possible to the home life so they feel safe, happy and settled while they’re with me. I understand that leaving your dog with someone is a big decision, and I know how important it is to feel confident that they are in safe and caring hands. Having grown up around dogs and being a dog owner myself, I understand that every dog is unique and has their own personality, routine and individual needs. I always take the time to get to know each dog and make sure they feel comfortable, settled and cared for. Your dog will be joining a calm, dog-friendly home where Marley is the only dog living here. He is a very happy and friendly dog who enjoys having canine company. We also have a large, fully fenced garden that dogs can enjoy safely, and there are no children in the home. Your dog’s safety and wellbeing will always be my priority. I’ll follow your instructions carefully, including feeding routines, exercise preferences and any specific requirements that help your dog feel happy and secure. I know how much dogs mean to their owners, so I’ll treat every dog with the same love, patience and attention that I would want for my own. I’ll keep you updated with regular messages and photos, giving you peace of mind that your dog is enjoying their time with me and receiving the best possible care.
“Elena is absolutely fantastic. I'm so glad that we have found her. Elena walked Bucky for the first time a few weeks ago for them to meet, and from the moment we met her we were at ease with his stay over. Elena kept us up to date with pictures and videos throughout the day. They didn't just go on basic walks Elena took Bucky to some beautiful places for a swim and a woods walk. We can't recommend Elena enough. The experience and skills Elena has with dogs is clear to see, and made us feel so confident with her caring for our boy! Elena even taught him "Out" for him to drop his ball! Something we have been trying for years! We highly recommend her and cannot thank her enough.”

“We’ve had a Stanley stay with Rachel a couple of times now and he’s loved staying with her and her family. They really fuss over and pamper him and send us regular pics and updates which is lovely. We can highly recommend Rachel and will definitely be using her again!”

“From our first meeting with Kirsty and Darryl (and their dog Wicket and cats), I just knew I had found a great family to take the best care of my dog. She has just had her first stay, boarding for 14 nights, and I can’t thank them all enough for their care, attention and patience with her. I was able to relax and enjoy my holiday knowing how well she was being cared for. I received regular messages and photos, updating me on how she was going on, and could see that she too was having a great holiday with them. I highly recommend Kirsty and Darryl to anyone looking for boarding in a caring home environment. Thank you so much 😊”

About: I’ve been caring for others cats and dogs for a few years now but started walking and sitting over the last two years. Many in my village have trusted me to care for both their cats and dogs including household with both. I love animals and have been known to take great care of the animals in the owners absence. I’m currently a full time uni student with time to spare especially at weekends. However I have free time during the week to take your pet out for walks or toilet breaks. In owners homes I have put the pet in a crate over night and managed the areas the pet is allowed to go well. I take great care of your furry family members as well as the home. I’ve administered eye drops and medications along with food and breaks outside for your pets.

About: To introduce myself, my name is John, and I am a retired civil servant with 32 years of service. I am still not yet at State Pension age, having taken early retirement because I am financially secure now. I have no children. I am a non-smoker. I am in good health, but now prefer the quieter side of life and enjoy activities at a slower, more relaxed pace. I like to think of myself as a calm, neat, and tidy person. I am friendly, easygoing, with a good sense of humour. I am confident and able to handle situations and any complications that may unexpectedly arise. I have a deep love for animals and a passion for travel. Now that I am retired, I have more time on my hands to visit new places, travel, explore the countryside, and eat out. And because I am retired now, generally, I have some flexibility with the dates around which bookings are made. So, if your planned dates to be away change somewhat, I should be able to fit in with any unexpected changes in your departure and return dates. I am happy to arrive shortly before you leave so that I can meet and receive any instructions on any special requirements regarding the house and pets. At the end of the assignment, I would be happy to buy some bread and milk, etc., for you if you don't have a chance to go shopping on your return. Why I want to house sit: Unfortunately, I have no pets of my own because I live in an over-55s residential development where pets are not allowed. I would love to look after other people's pets, but I will always be sad to pass them back to their owner(s) after a while. My principal aim will be to ensure that your home and beloved furry companion(s) are cared for with utmost devotion. I have a strong moral compass, instinctively knowing right from wrong whilst continuously upholding those principles. My love for animals is endless, as I cherish all precious creatures. I enjoy the experience of getting to know a new pet's personality, along with visiting new places and meeting new people. I am looking forward to immersing myself in this environment and providing assistance to pet owners. Creating a warm and caring environment is important to me, where one can feel like a cherished member of the family while respecting the responsibility of caring for other people's homes and their beloved animals. I would welcome the opportunity to care for your home, garden, and pets with care, consideration, and affection. My experience: I have previously completed a number of pet-sitting assignments and really enjoyed the experience. I appreciated the trust these homeowners had placed in me and wanted to make this process enjoyable for them, knowing I had taken care of their home and the precious animals. I can send you the homeowner's five-star reviews for you to view if you wish

“I was very anxious leaving my fur baby Lana while we went on our honeymoon. But I came home to a very content and happy cat and communication with Arianne was great throughout keeping me updated. Definitely recommend ☺️”

“Louis did a fantastic job with our cat Pumpkin. He was responsive throughout the process and provided daily updates that were relevant and helpful. Louis was also flexible and was happy to do an extra visit when we were worried that Pumpkin was not eating enough. Furthermore, when Pumpkin made a mess, Louis took the initiative to clean it up as well. Louis arrived on time and notified us of any delays promptly. Louis fed and played with Pumpkin and also cleaned his litter well. We also felt that Louis was very comfortable and affectionate towards Pumpkin and it seems Pumpkin also took a liking to him! We will definitely book Louis again to look after our cat!”

“Rosita is amazing. She can handle my anxious dog and she knows how to read my dog's body language. Even though my dog is quite elusive, she managed her well and she gave us updates for the visits.”

About: Hi! We are Jess and Andy! I understand it's really difficult leaving your fur baby and entrusting them with a complete stranger, but they will be so loved and in completely safe hands. We've had the absolute privilege of looking after many different pets! 🐱 Cats: I have helped to train from kitten age, right up until their twilight years. 🐶 Dogs: we have petsat for a wide variety of dog breeds and simply loved them all. We are very experienced with dogs, having both grown up with them and later had them as an adults. 🐶🐱The dream would be to buy a field and have as many pets as possible😅😂 Until then, we give all our attention and TLC to yours☺️ 🐶🐱 We are completely comfortable with administering medication to both cats and dogs as have had to do it on numerous occasions. - For example; we pet-sat two Staffordshire bull terriers and had to give one eye-treatment 4x a day for a week. - Our family cat, Rolo, lasted until he was 17 but had numerous health issues in the end which required that extra time and care. 🐶 We have been trusted with looking after a two year old Rhodesian Ridgeback. He needed a lot of training so I attended two training sessions with the trainer per week. 🐶🐱 We are mindful that it's hard not being around your pet and make it our duty to send regular photos and messages keeping you updated on how they are. 🐶🐱 If you would like us to stay in your house to look after your pet we are aware of not only being in a new space, but a home. Andy and I are respectful of the space and like to keep things neat, tidy and sparkling clean. Thanks for taking the time to look over our profile☺️😊 Wishing you all the best, Jess and Andy I'm a wellbeing workshop facilitator and work from home. I'm completely flexible with my time, meaning I can give your pet all the love and attention it needs and deserves. Andy works 9-5 but loves coming home to pets and giving them even more love when he's back. We live in an incredibly safe neighbourhood! I've lived here all my life and everyone here is lovely. We live opposite a leafy park which we would make full use of to run and play! There are also longer walks available on our doorstep. If you didn't want them to leave our house, or leave your space, that is totally understandable. I work from home most of the time so I can come to you and provide lots of love and attention to your beloved while you're away. This is a non-smoking child-free household and we are fortunate to not have disruptive neighbours nearby. It would just be Andy and myself, or just me, and we absolutely adore animals. We don't have our own currently as we like to travel but if we did we'd feel more than comfortable raising a pet in our home.
About: I have had pets in my family since I was very young, from playful puppies to loving seniors, small and large breeds, I love all dogs and treat them all with kindness and love. I have trained all of my dogs myself since I was 10 years old, your family dog will be in the best hands. I am fully self employed so I can pick and choose when and where I work, and work from home the majority of times. I have a loving and super energetic husky who requires a lot of exercise, plenty of walks and access to a secure back garden at any time. I treat all dogs as if they’re human, they are family after all. Dogs are allowed on furniture, have free reign of the house and back garden. They can sleep, rest and play wherever they like. I have a secure, fenced back garden which is kept locked at all times. The whole house is pet safe.
About: Hello! I’m a lifelong dog lover offering full-time dog sitting and walking services. Dogs have always been a massive part of my life. I was the proud owner of three wonderful Jack Russells. We spent years going on endless adventures, long walks, and exploring the outdoors together. Sadly, they have all since passed away, but having them in my life showed me just how much joy dogs bring to every day. Losing them made me realise that working with dogs isn't just something I love doing in my spare time, it's what I want to do full-time. Coming from a Jack Russell background, I know firsthand that dogs need both physical exercise and mental stimulation! Whether your dog loves energetic countryside strolls or gentle neighborhood sniffs, I’ll match their ideal pace. I treat every dog in my care like family, ensuring they feel safe, comfortable, and thoroughly loved while you're away. I’d love to learn all about your dog’s personality, daily routine, and favorite things. Feel free to send me a message so we can chat or set up a Meet & Greet Because I am currently in-between jobs, caring for your dog is my top and only priority. Whether your dog thrives on an early morning trek, a mid-day leg stretch, or an evening stroll, I can completely adapt to their existing routine. I’m available to spend quality time with them throughout the day, making sure they feel relaxed and secure. Moving to a new environment can sometimes be overwhelming. I have a cozy, dedicated room set up specifically to help dogs settle in at their own pace until they feel completely confident and at ease. Our garden is completely fenced and secure, giving your dog a safe space to stretch their legs, sniff around, and enjoy some outdoor playtime with total peace of mind. Once they’re settled, they have complete freedom throughout the home! They are more than welcome to cuddle up on the furniture, lounge on the sofa, and make themselves right at home.
“Sophie was so quick to respond on the app and keep me updated all day! She was flexible and worked around what I needed!! She was gentle and kind with Hugo and he had the best day!”

“Rudi’s had another super time with Amy and he was so excited to see Skye when we arrived. They’re such a friendly couple and we feel so happy that our pup is in great hands. Would highly recommend and thanks again!”

About: I love animals so much, since I could walk and talk, which led to adopting pets of my own, including cats, dogs and birds. I moved to Hong Kong for work in 2011, and volunteered for multiple rescues across Asia during my 10 year stint. This means that I'm especially good with anxious, nervous, and sick dogs. Since the pandemic, I have successfully completed over 30 housesits (platforms outside of Rover), with a 100% 5 ⭐️ star rating. I now have regular clients in London, Brighton, and Manchester. I have also done several Petsits in Europe and Asia. In terms of schedule, I work from home/coffee shops, and enjoy being out and about in nature, so pet time with me will include outdoor (parks etc.), playtime and tv/cuddle time indoors. I am friendly, caring and reliable, and your fur babies will be happy with me! As a fellow pet owner I understand the anxiety trusting a stranger can cause, so I like to send my clients photo updates once a day, probably more. Please make me aware of any camera recording devices as per the community guidelines. I will usually not accept the use of indoor recording devices during overnight sits for my personal privacy. **PET-SITTING REQUESTS** For overnight requests, please send me information about the house, sleeping arrangements, and local transport on your initial message.
“Thanks so much for taking care of Rosco last week :) He had a great time playing at the park. Ada's communication was great and we will definitely be contacting her again! Thanks again!”

“Our 4 year old black lab Barry had the best time with Minx. We have just had a long weekend away and he had 5 exciting walks. We loved receiving Minx's updates after the walks which included a summary of how he behaved and some very cute pictures. Barry can't wait to see Minx again and as we like to get away at weekends without children and dogs it won't be long until that happens! Thank you ❤️”

I have looked after dogs from puppies, to elderly dogs, it’s part of my nature and comes very naturally! I call myself the dog whisperer:) I am self employed, moved from London to Darwen. So I move my own schedule around and I find myself very bored most of the time. I feel a big gap in my life currently since my dog passed away, and would really love to get back into looking after dogs! I live in a 3 bedroom house, pretty much on my own. My partner works full time, 6 days a week. I have access to a lot of space , and a fenced garden. Easy access to beautiful countryside walks.
About: Lifelong dedication to caring for cats and dogs, backed by extensive personal experience. Regularly house-sitting for friends and family has honed my skills in providing attentive and reliable care. My track record includes successfully retraining older stray cats for happier, more sociable lives, and assisting with the litter training and feeding of multiple young puppies at my local RSPCA branch. Pet care seamlessly integrates into my weekly routine. I work full time as a hybrid project manager which affords me the flexibility to work from home three to four days a week, enabling me to provide attentive care to pets throughout the day. With a full clean driving license and no major commitments, I can easily accommodate pet sitting appointments and ensure that each pet receives the care and attention they deserve. When caring for pets in my home or a pet owner's home, safety, trust, and creating a comfortable environment are my top priorities. In my Mellor home, I have a large house with plenty of space for pets to roam and play. While we have a spacious garden, I am vigilant about supervising pets to ensure their safety, especially considering the adjacent road. Rest assured, I never leave a pet unsupervised in the garden. I maintain a clean and hygienic environment, free from hazards, to keep pets safe and healthy while providing plenty of love and attention.

“Jamie was absolutely fantastic, he understood that I was really anxious leaving Diesel for the first time and accommodated my requests to meet up a couple of times beforehand. Diesel had a lovely stay with Jamie and we will definitely be booking with him again.”

“Amy and her partner looked after our boy Arnie for 2 nights whilst we travelled to Scotland to get married. I was so nervous about leaving him but knew from our first meeting that Arnie would be absolutely fine. I was very teary when dropping him off but Amy was so reassuring and sent us messages and photographs whilst he was with her to show that he was absolutely fine and enjoying himself! We’re going on holiday in September and have already booked Arnie back in for his own little doggy holiday with Amy, we know he will be absolutely fine and I will be recommending Amy to all of our friends and family. Thank you so much! X”

“Amazing sitter, I can't recommend highly enough. Kept me up to date and definitely loved them both like her own. I wouldn't hesitate booking again in the future, once she's caught her breath again 🙈😂”

“Honey loves her stays at Daryl’s house, so much that sometimes she doesn’t want to leave! Daryl is very kind and approachable and I have no doubt that my beloved pet is very well looked after when with Daryl. 10/10 would recommend to all my loved ones x”

“Elizabeth kept me informed with updates and photos of the dogs, and cared for them like her own. She hand fed the doggos when they were a bit slow to eat, and she allowed them both to sleep in her room. Her dog Theo is gorgeous and was playful and gentle with my two. I would definitely use Elizabeth again and highly recommend her. Thanks Elizabeth!”
