Pet Lover & RSPCA Volunteer 🐱🐶
I’ve always been an animal lover, and looking after them is something I genuinely enjoy. I’ve been pet sitting for friends and family for years, and more recently through Rover too, which has been lovely as I get to meet lots of different animals and their personalities. I’m comfortable looking after cats and dogs of all ages and temperaments, whether that’s a nervous cat who needs a bit of time to come out of their shell, a very energetic dog who needs plenty of attention and walks, or a pet who just wants some company and cuddles while their owners are away. I also have experience with rescue animals. I’ve helped care for older stray cats and worked with them to become more comfortable and sociable, as well as helping with feeding and litter training young puppies at my local RSPCA. So I’m very patient and understand that every animal is different and needs their own approach. I know how difficult it can be leaving your pets with someone else, so I always want owners to feel completely comfortable and reassured. I’m reliable, caring and will make sure your pet gets plenty of attention, affection and everything they need while you’re away. I’m also very happy to send regular updates and photos so you can see how they’re getting on! 🐾

Safety, trust & environment
The safety and wellbeing of your pet is always my priority. Whether I’m looking after them in my own home or visiting them in their home, I want them to feel safe, comfortable and settled. I live in Mellor in a spacious house surrounded by fields, offering a peaceful and very safe environment for pets to relax and make themselves at home. I also have a good-sized garden where they can enjoy some fresh air and outdoor time, always with care and attention. I keep my home clean and tidy and make sure there aren’t any obvious hazards that could cause problems for curious pets. I’m also happy to follow any routines, house rules or specific instructions you have, as I know every pet is different. Most importantly, I want you to feel confident that your pet is in safe hands. I’ll treat them as I would my own, give them plenty of attention and keep you updated while you’re away. 🐾

Ariane has been absolutely incredible. Tolerating a nervous cat mummy on her first try of staying at home and CassieCat has been ruined. Photos received of her welfare, house lovely and tidy and my girl so looked after. It might be a while before I am forgiven for leaving for such a long time, but she's clearly more settled and less anxious than when we have used a cattery. Trust is something CassieCat doesn't give out willynilly but she clearly loves and trusts Ariane.xx
I was very anxious leaving my fur baby Lana while we went on our honeymoon. But I came home to a very content and happy cat and communication with Arianne was great throughout keeping me updated. Definitely recommend ☺️
Annie was absolutely brilliant. We were very happy knowing Paddington was being so very well looked after. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. Annie was professional, respectful, kind and kept us regularly up to date while we were away. Thank you again Annie :)

Arianne was amazing with my cat she was punctual caring and clearly a true cat lover. When I got home my cat was happy and relaxed she also communicated with me every day which is what I reallly loved about Arianne . She is very good and I highly recommend!!

Schedule
Pet care fits really easily into my routine. I work full time as a hybrid project manager and work from home three to four days a week, so I’m around for most of the day and can give pets plenty of company and attention. I’m already regularly booked through Rover, so pet sitting is something I genuinely enjoy and have made part of my normal week. I’m also flexible with my availability and have a full clean driving licence, which means I can accommodate different routines and make visits when needed. I’m lucky that I don’t have many other commitments outside of work, so when I’m looking after someone’s pet, I can give them my time rather than trying to squeeze them in around a busy schedule. I’m also happy to work around their usual routine, whether that’s walks, feeding times, playtime or just having someone around for company.
