Vivian did an amazing job with my cat, being very patient to give him confidence and feel comfortable in the new surroundings and with new people. She gave him plenty of cuddles and reassurance throughout the stay. And monitored his food and drink intake as well as his litter use. Vivian also introduced him to their really sweet and cute kitten to give him a playmate. Vivian kept me updated throughout with pictures, videos and reported on his progress. I could not have dreamt of a better place and better couple to keep my cat safe, happy and comfortable during my absence. I would not hesitate to recommend Vivian’s services for boarding and will happily use again when required in future.”

“Jessica and Lewis were amazing with our two whippets. Lots of exercise and lots of love was given to my dogs, that I could see on the daily morning and evening updates. When we went to pick them up, after jumping on us, they went back to Jessica and Lewis for cuddles on the sofa and that told me everything I needed to know. I have one dog that isn’t a fan of strangers and she was definitely at ease and relaxed with them which is a testament to the kindness and love they showed her. 💖💖 Their dog Ralph was a wonderful friend to my dogs as well 😊”
“Maddie and Alex boarded our ten month old Doberman puppy again last weekend so we could attend a wedding. When Roxy arrived at their house her tail began to wag and she was eager to get into the house, and play with them both. She was happy to see them knowing she would be looked after. She went on lots of long walks in the countryside and was very well cared for. I am fussy who we leave Roxy with, but would highly recommend this young couple to look after your pet. “My Storm went for a sleep over as an extended meet and greet to see if Tracy and her were a match.. I could tell instantly that Storm was comfortable. I got photos and updates.. and when Storm was dropped off she was happy.. and as soon as Tracy's back was turned Storm jumped back into her car.. although I wasnt impressed that Storm was happy to go back off with Tracy it gave me comfort that she had clearly given her the care and love that she receives at home... have already rebooked for a longer stay.. “I couldn’t recommend Olaniyi enough. This was my first time leaving Bailey with him and, naturally, I was a little worried about how he would settle, but Olaniyi was absolutely brilliant with him. He kept me updated throughout our holiday with messages and photos, which really gave me peace of mind. Bailey was initially a little nervous and even fussy with his food, but Olaniyi was so patient with him, took the time to understand him and even found a food he enjoyed. By the end of his stay, Bailey was completely settled, happy and following him everywhere! 😂❤️ It was obvious when we collected Bailey that he had been genuinely cared for and treated like part of the family. I grew up on a farm surrounded by all kinds of animals; rabbits, guinea pigs, ducks, horses, cows, chickens and sheep, so I have a lifelong experience of looking after animals. About: Hello! Unlike some other sitters on Rover, i have a year of dog sitting experience and work experience in a kennels, cattery, riding school and small animal vet clinic. I have been caring for dogs ever since 2012 when i was around seven years old and have also had some experience with rabbits and birds around the age of 4 years old. During my work experience, i have learnt how to analyse basic animal behaviour well and have learnt how to follow a schedule of feeding times, medicine that need to be administered and how to meet the needs of both dogs and cats. I’ve helped with grooming and bathing at the kennels and i am patient at all times, giving space to animals when they need it. I am the type of pet sitter to give some advice to owners if i feel it may benefit the owners and the pet. For example, if i see your dog eats too quickly, i might recommend a slow feeding bowl to reduce chances of things such as GDV happening to your dog. I have helped two owners during my time as a pet sitter as i have noticed medical issues in their dogs such as signs of a urinary infection or epulis. If you do not want advice, please let me know beforehand as i do not tolerate rude behaviour. Im currently available at all times so whatever type of schedule you would like for your pet, i can work around. When a dog is in my own home and is sleeping over, i sleep nearby to make sure that they are comfortable and safe as that is my first priority. I give every dog at least one walk a day (or more if you would like) In my own home, i have an attached house which is kept clean at all times and it has a back garden with tall fences and no grass. Its a relatively big garden with lots of plants and vegetables around. I do have a dog of my own in the house who’s an eight year old Sproodle who is playful but is no threat to other dogs as she loves to greet them no matter the age. She is gentle with puppies and sleeps in her own bed in the kitchen. In my house, i live with two sisters and my mother. Our girl is very soft and can be anxious around dogs so a 1-1 day care was the better option for us. Aaliyah and her partner both came for a meet and greet prior to me booking Gabi in with them which instantly put me at ease, Gabi loved them from the moment she met them. Aaliyah and her partner have taken such great care of Gabi whilst me and my partner have been at work and the updates and pictures have put me at ease. About: I’m a 23 year old Veterinary Medicine student in her 4th year of Vet school. I take pride in making sure animals are healthy and happy whilst in my care. Alongside this I’ve studied an animal management BTEC course and got a grade of D*D*D*. I have a wide range of work experience alongside animals including doggy day cares, catteries, farm settings and pet shops and I’ve worked with a wide variety of animals. :) My weekly routine usually consists of having to go to university, hence why my availability is a bit staggered. Weekends are fully free for me usually (other than pet sitting!). But when I’m on university holiday or study break I’m available to fit within your schedule! I build towards your schedule where I’ll try and mimic your usual routine to ensure your pets feel as comfortable as possible in their own home. I'm friendly, caring and reliable. I am happy to take your pets for walks on all weather. I’m currently working from home freelance so I'm flexible on availability for drop ins and walks. I am currently working freelance from home so will have plenty of flexible time and availability to play with and care for your pets. I’m always flexible in the mornings and afternoons . I live in a semi rural area with gorgeous surroundings along the canal so plenty of opportunities for lovely walks,in a very dog friendly area. Equally there are plenty of areas to walk if being near water doesn’t work for them.

About: I have had cats since I was little, adopting them from friends, the RSPCA or relatives. I have also owned rabbits, and dogs, in the past as an adult. My dog experience includes an excitable Border Collie, a happy-go-lucky mixed breed and a fun-loving German Shepherd. I do miss dog walks and dog cuddles, but currently one of my adopted senior cats isn't keen on dogs so I am currently a dog free house! I have looked after pets since I was about 5 or 6 so have nearly 50 years experience with animals.I work from home so if you have wifi and need a sitter in your home, I can be in most of the day with your pet. I love walking dogs on or off lead and I am happy to go with the personality of your pet, whether that's a cat that likes their own space, or a dog who wants cuddles and long outdoor walks. As for my cats, they have my Mum to look after them when I am away, so I can do overnight or longer stays. I work in education, have a car, flexibility on dates/times and I will look after your pet as if they are my own, sending lots of photos and updates. I work Monday-Friday in term-time, and work from home, with occasional meetings outside my home, depending on schedule. I usually get up, feed my cats, have breakfast, start work at 8 and if I'm in a Teams meeting online, try to keep my cats from coming into shot or stepping all over my keyboard! Sometimes I might need to do an external visit or meeting, but if so then I am back home within 1-2hrs. At tea time the cats get fed again. At the weekends my cats have to wait a little longer for breakfast if I have a lie-in. At home I have a fenced-in garden, a cat flap and litter trays. I also have a small park 5 mins walk away where I used to walk my dogs, and a larger one 10 mins drive away. I live in a very quiet cul de sac.
About: I have had my own dog for over 17 years so i understand what it’s like to take care of a dog. I am such a caring person, who loves walking and miss walking a dog. About: I have owned animals since I was a child from guinea pigs to cats to dogs. I currently have 2 dogs and 1 cat and a rabbit. My dog is a husky so I am used to getting out walking daily. I am available all day for drop ins and walks. I own a husky who is very kind and gentle, she gets along with other dogs but can be left at home if it is an issue. I love long walks as well as short ones and plenty of play time. I have a very big secure back garden which is great for the dogs running around or relaxing in. I have a very small for her age husky who gets along with other dogs with no issues.
About: I have owned dogs for over 10 years and have experience with most sizes! My family at home have a Beauceron x Rottweiler so I am used to large, strong dogs. We also used to have a whippet, and both dogs were rescues so I also have experience with dogs with little to no recall and who love to try and slip their lead LOL! Our beauceron x is now over 15 so I have experience with older dogs and I understand their needs. I currently have a little Peke who lives with me. She is spayed and very unbothered by other dogs as she comes from a farm so hopefully our pets will make great friends! I am a laidback but firm pet owner. I have a little experience training my dogs so if you need any training worked on/ reinforced during your pets stay with me please let me know and I can work with you! I currently work Mon-Friday 9-5, so I am mostly available on weekends. When looking after your pet I will not have any plans so I can ensure their happiness and safety. I live in a top floor flat so if your pet is staying with me they must be happy with stairs or being carried. I live next to a large green space so they can have a nice walk. I will aim to bring your pet out every 2-4 hours depending on their energy levels/ toilet needs. Overnight the last toilet break will be around 9pm and the first morning walk is at 7.30am. This is flexible so just let me know of any specific requirements!

About: I had to put my rottweiler, Zeus, to sleep recently due to a kidney condition (he was <3) so I'm looking to put all everything i know and my appreciation for dogs to good use! Ive owned shelties, labs and him most recently. Whether your dog is a big softie, an absolute menace or somewhere in the middle (ive had them all) drop me a message. If its a one-off walk, a drop in overnight or something more regular, if im free, I'm more than happy to help! I work full time currently (mon-fri) with hybrid/flex so i can do a lunchtime walk if im home or an evening walk any day of the week. Ive much more flexibility at the weekend I live in a house with a fenced garden. There's currently no pets/ dogs in my house and I have 2 kids (9&7) who are both great with dogs.
About: I have experience with dogs from puppies up to seniors. Myself and my partner both have experience with animals, having had pets all our lives. We are animal lovers! I am currently a stay at home mum with my 6 month old little boy so I am available at home every day to look after your fur babies! I’m self employed so work when I want, I’m pretty flexible when it comes to it. I live in a well secure large open apartment with a big garden where loads of other friendly dogs come down to play, also know a lot of nice routes that are brilliant for dogs walks. “Maddie and Alex boarded our ten month old Doberman puppy again last weekend so we could attend a wedding. When Roxy arrived at their house her tail began to wag and she was eager to get into the house, and play with them both. She was happy to see them knowing she would be looked after. She went on lots of long walks in the countryside and was very well cared for. I am fussy who we leave Roxy with, but would highly recommend this young couple to look after your pet. “My Storm went for a sleep over as an extended meet and greet to see if Tracy and her were a match.. I could tell instantly that Storm was comfortable. I got photos and updates.. and when Storm was dropped off she was happy.. and as soon as Tracy's back was turned Storm jumped back into her car.. although I wasnt impressed that Storm was happy to go back off with Tracy it gave me comfort that she had clearly given her the care and love that she receives at home... have already rebooked for a longer stay.. “I couldn’t recommend Olaniyi enough. This was my first time leaving Bailey with him and, naturally, I was a little worried about how he would settle, but Olaniyi was absolutely brilliant with him. He kept me updated throughout our holiday with messages and photos, which really gave me peace of mind. Bailey was initially a little nervous and even fussy with his food, but Olaniyi was so patient with him, took the time to understand him and even found a food he enjoyed. By the end of his stay, Bailey was completely settled, happy and following him everywhere! 😂❤️ It was obvious when we collected Bailey that he had been genuinely cared for and treated like part of the family.
