After looking at previous feedbacks provided by others who had used Simone we decided we should try using her to look after our elderly 11 year old pet dog called Cici. This was the best decision we have ever made for Cicis care , Simone is absolutely amazing. As soon as we met her for an initial meeting we could tell what a caring Pet loving person she was, and Cici was at ease with her immediately. She also came across as being very sensible & a trustworthy caring person too. We booked her to look after Cici ( following on from our initial intro meeting) whilst going on our recent holiday. She stayed at our house to look after Cici so she was settled in her normal home environment, and we were so impressed with everything. Simone sent us lots of photos during our holiday with little messages so we could get reassurance that Cici was happy & settling with her. This allowed us to have a fantastic holiday knowing Cici was in safe hands. When we returned from our holiday Cici looked happy & well cared for, and Simone left our house looking so spotlessly clean you couldn’t tell anybody had actually stayed in it. She even remembered to put out & bring back in our Bins on the collection day!. All her previous 5 star ratings are well earned & we would allocate a 6 star rating if we were able to, she is that good. We will definitely be using her again in the future when we go on future holidays. It is rare to find someone so trustworthy that you can let them stay in your house and also at the same time so caring & skilled at looking after Pets, but Simone is definitely that person. Simone was an absolutely wonderful dog sitter for Leo while we were away at a conference. She was reliable, punctual, and attentive to every detail we shared about Leo’s routine and preferences. What we appreciated most was the genuine care she showed him. She regularly sent us photos and updates, which gave us complete peace of mind. She made sure Leo ate well, drank enough water, and felt happy and comfortable throughout her stay. She also washed and cleaned him very carefully after each walk, which we really appreciated. We were especially touched by the little things she did, such as putting music on for Leo before leaving the house so he would feel more relaxed. Leo clearly adores Simone, and it is obvious that she has a natural connection with animals. We would not hesitate to trust her with Leo again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring, dependable, and professional dog sitter.

We hired simone for a full-day sitting service for our wedding, and they were amazing. Toby (our Cavapoo) and Milly (our Yorkie-poo) can be sensitive, but they were so relaxed, happy, and well looked after. It gave us complete peace of mind on our big day. Thank you so much!"
