Animals make me happy everyday!
I used to be scared of dogs when I was younger, we only had cats, then my mum married a man with 3 retired greyhounds! Because of their calm temperament, I learnt to love not only them, but all dogs. I have had a handful of different dogs in my life, from Greyhounds to Collies, to Staffies to Cavapoos. Each of them filled my life with joy and purpose, I really feel so much happier and at peace around animals. Since moving to the city, I can't keep pets at my flat so i am actively searching for a way to get my fix! I can promise you if you let me look after your companion in any way, they will be shown nothing but love and care. I've also owned cats since the day I was born, there's pictures of me asleep with cats in my cot. I find cats so relaxing to be around, I love hearing the sound of them purring and I find it hilarious when they get a sudden burst of energy or start shouting at you. I would be honoured if you would consider me for any tasks you require for your furry member of the family! It would be a privilege and an honour!

Safety, trust & environment
At my home, my dogs rarely go a minute without me trying to play with them or show them affection, unless they've made it clear they aren't interested!I wont be able to care for your pets at my flat as it's too small an environment for them, however if you trust me enough to look after them in your/their safe space, I will ensure that no boundaries are crossed for you or your fur baby. In previous dog sitting arrangements, I've either stayed in the spare room so i'm with them 24/7 or driven there to spend an hour or two with them a few times throughout the day, Whatever you think is best.

Alex went above and beyond! It's a difficult task finding a person you can trust with pets who truly feel like family members. But, Alex was always very attentive, listening to our requests and adapting to the sometimes chaotic mood of greyhounds! I'd definitely recommend her as a sitter 10/10*!
Alex absolutely loves dogs and they adore her. She will lavish as much love and care on your pups and treat them as if they were her own.
Alexara is a natural around animals, she loves them and they instinctively seem to get on with her. She took care of our two high-maintenance Cavapoos and they loved it, but I've seen her around other animals as well and the effect is the same. I'd have no hesitation in recommending her as a pet sitter!

Schedule
I work in a coffee shop in Preston so usually I'm out of the house by 7:40. Then, it's a few hours of chatting with customers and occasionally actually doing my job. But when we get pets in I'm even less inclined to make coffee... I'm usually home by 15:30-16:00 and I spend the rest of my evening working on my radio bulletins for a local station. It's important to note that if you need me for the whole or a specific day it's very easy to schedule time off at the last minute as the rota isn't released until Sunday, so just let me know!
