I would come to your home and follow instructions to how you would like your animals cared for. What your animals needs comes first and I am adaptable. I am happy to arrange to meet before looking after your pets to make sure we are the right fit for each other!

Pet care experience

Hello there ☺️ I’m Rebecca thanks for checking out my profile. A little bit about me - I’ve grown up with animals my whole life. I grew up with two Japanese Akita’s from the ages of 7 at home with my Mum, 3 cats at my Dad’s and my Nana had 2 boarder collies and a Rottweiler who I helped her look after and went to dog training with them too! Oh - and I can’t forget to mentioned my Grandmas big German Shepard who was around from before I was born and was my first best friend growing up until he sadly passed away. I now have my own little furry child in the form of a cat who is my absolute best friend! Safe to say that I’m comfortable around animals including big ones! I have a real love for animals and given the chance would have many more! Sadly though I’m not in the position to have to many currently (our house was bought as a renovation home so i want to wait a bit longer for any more pets, and also I want to do a little more traveling before we commit to anymore). This is one of the reason I started pet sitting! I have always been the person friends and family have asked to look after their pets when they go away and have recommended me to others too who have also used me to look after their animals! I don’t offer boarding at my home because of my own little cat (who my fiancé stays home with him when I have pet sitting bookings). Instead, I come to your home and look after your pet in their own environment. I find that this helps manage any anxieties and stress they may have when you are away! (It also means that someone is there in your home incase of emergency and I can put your bins out too!). I have a full time working from home job Monday - Friday job but as long as you have WiFi I can work from your home. Meaning your pet has someone with them for most of the day if that’s what you need. They still get attention from me during the day and it gives the option for a nice lunch time walk for them (depending on their requirements). I’m comfortable with all sizes of dogs and cats (even your smaller animals such as rabbits, guinea pigs etc!). And for those animals who love a cuddle and tickle they shall receive many of those. I know some animals are a little more shy and nervous - that’s okay I’ll go on your pets terms with what they are comfortable with (even if it’s just someone to be around for them as company whilst they enjoy a nap on their own, I will respect their boundary’s!). If you think I might be a good fit for you, please do reach out (even if my diary looks booked as I might have provisional blocked something out just incase!). It’s really helpful for me to know some of the following; * If they needs walks, how many a day and normal duration. * How many times a day do they need to be feed and estimated times. * Are they reactive? (This helps me plan and understand how they need to be approached). * Any specific requirement you have for them. * For dogs, how are they with other animals? (For example on walks if we encounter another dog). I hope you will find me a good fit for you and your furry animals, I am also happy to do a meet and greet before the sit so we can all get to say hello. Please be assured that if you book with me your pet is my main priority and I will do everything I can to look after them to your requirements. I look forward to hearing from you! 🐾🐶🐈‍⬛

Rebecca was brilliant with our two revue girls.one of whom has issues with separation and change of routine. We got updates and pictures every day which was very reassuring while we were on holiday. Because it was so hot Beckie was walking them at 630am showing how much care she gives to her charges. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her and hope to use her again if she is free. She even hoovered and stripped the bed which was above and beyond. Thank you Beckie x

Rebecca has been amazing with our puppa! He has anxiety and struggles with us being away for longer periods, she has kept him entertained and walked him regularly giving him lots of love when he began to get anxious! We’ll sure book again! Thank you

Rebecca cares for my mum’s Ragdoll and my sister’s elderly cat and dog, and we honestly couldn’t ask for anyone better. My mum’s Ragdoll can be quite temperamental, but Rebecca understands her perfectly, giving her the space she needs while still making sure she feels safe and cared for. My sister’s older cat is extremely shy, yet Rebecca has managed to win her trust, which says everything about her patience and gentle approach. It’s clear how comfortable she feels around Rebecca. She has also looks after my sister’s dog, taking her out for walks when needed and checking in on her during longer periods away, which has been such a reassurance for us all. Rebecca clearly has a genuine love for animals and always takes the time to listen carefully to any specific instructions about their care. I truly can’t recommend her highly enough.
