Latest profile update 19/09/2026 Now only doing Dog sitting / house sitting. My bookings will now include my own young dog who will stay with me. She is a Jack Russel, well socialsed, trained and gets on well with other dogs. She can be a great social addition for your dog adding another dimension of stimulation and companship. Of course this isn't going to be suited to everyone and their dogs needs. So please only consider booking if it is something that will be valuable and fair for your own dog. Warm wishes - Alex Personal profile - I've always had a natural connection with animals, dogs and cats, since very young, always having dogs and cats in the family home, whether my own pets or the pets of those I have lived with. I have a wide range of experience ranging from volunteering at a cat sanctuary in Vietnam to the care, regular walks of two demanding and loving husky crosses at home, house sitting for friends/family, raising my own pups, and everything in-between. It comes natural, I get alot of joy and fullfillment from the company of animals, you can rest assured your beloved dog or cat will be well respected and looked after with me.

Typically the dogs at home would have freedom and the attention they need. They have baby gates for times of visitors or for extra caution, and a big garden for free roaming happiness. With plenty of play time and cuddles. My puppy is adventurous and loves to explore and have safe spaces to sleep and rest. Alot of attention goes into providing the highest standard atmosphere and environment for dogs to feel safe and happy.

Alex did a perfect job of sitting for my cat, he kept me well informed with the updates and lovely pictures and made sure he was a happy chappy with all the cuddles and play time!!
Alex was absolutely fantastic in caring for (and training) our 5 month old pup whilst we were away on holiday. Alex sent us regular updates which were detailed along with pictures which gave us the piece of mind we needed to be able to enjoy our time away. With Alex we never worried about our pup receiving all the love and care he needed as he develops his understanding of the world and interacting with others (dogs and humans). Alex is thoughtful and calm in his approach with our energetic and adventurous pup which has clearly had a huge impact on him growing into a independent and loving dog. We can't recommend Alex enough and we are so grateful to have his support.
Alex has supported us with frequent dog visits to our 4-month old husky puppy whilst we are at work. Alex has always been very professional whilst showing Alfred the love and care a growing pup needs. Alex sends frequent pictures and updates of his time with Alfred and we can tell that Alfred absolutely loves Alex! Thanks so much Alex- we are very lucky to have you.
Alex L looked after our three cats wonderfully and treated them as if they were their own. Each of our cats has their own personality and needs, and it was obvious they were all given lots of care, attention, and affection. Coming home to happy, settled cats made all the difference. We also really appreciated the regular updates and photos, which gave us great peace of mind. Schedule
As my work is freelance, it gives me the fluidity to be flexible. Alot of my daily routine is making sure my own dog is happy, well fed, well stimulated and is having the best quality of life possible.
