🐾 About Me I’m a fully qualified and insured dog trainer, walker, and boarder, working with dogs full‑time — and I genuinely believe it’s the best job in the world. My background includes K9 first aid, practical instructor training, canine body language, reactivity, and puppy obedience qualifications. I’ve been caring for animals since childhood and began volunteering at Carla Lane Animal Sanctuary at 16, continuing until I was 18. Since then, I’ve always lived and worked around both dogs and cats. My partner and I now live in our first home together, and we both share a real love for animals. We have the experience, flexibility, and passion to give your dog a safe, happy, and structured stay. A home is always happier with a furry one in it. 🐶 Services Offered • Dog Boarding • Dog Walking • Dog Training (obedience, reactivity, loose lead, recall, and more) 🏡 Boarding Information To keep everything clear and consistent: Multiple Dogs From Different Households We do accept dogs from different households at the same time. As such we only take dogs who are well socialised and friendly with other dogs. Safety is of paramount importance to us and as such all first time clients are required to complete a trail night if they are boarding for longer than 3 nights. Our home is designed to allow for separation; giving any dogs time to decompress when needed. As such you can be assured all dogs who are alongside yours will be well suited and supervised by me. ➕ Optional Add‑On Training If your dog is staying with us and you’d like extra training during their stay, I offer: • Obedience or behavioural training • £10 extra per night This is ideal for reinforcing good habits, polishing skills, or supporting ongoing training plans. Trial Night Requirement For all first‑time boarders staying longer than 3 nights, a trial night must be completed before the booking is confirmed. This ensures your dog settles comfortably and safely. 🎯 Single‑Dog Boarding (Training Clients Only) I offer exclusive single‑dog boarding only for dogs who are already working with me on behavioural training. This includes: • One‑to‑one boarding with no other dogs present • Daily desensitisation and behaviour work tailored to your dog • A written summary of the training have completed • Homework for you to continue progress at home Price: £100 per night Outside of ongoing behavioural clients, I’m unable to offer single‑dog boarding. This time we've used Mike and Flynn is just so happy there. Flynn has reactivity and being quite large can be a handful but Mike followed Flynns training consistently and he has a great manner with dogs. Flynn is always very settled and happy there, it's almost like his second home now lol. I wouldn't have any reservations about leaving a dog with Mike at all.
Lovely people, took care of my girls, above and beyond. Would definitely book again, and recommend to anyone.
Fantastic! Booked a last minute trip away and Michael was so easy and flexible with this. Kept in touch the entire trip, and completed some training with our ever pulling lab. 100% will be booking in again, complete peace of mind whilst away. Thank you!

Schedule
Full time dog boarder so I am entirely from home apart from walks and any booked in training which is short intervals at a time.

Safety, trust & environment
We have a fenced garden in a rural area of the Wirral. Lovely quiet paths away from cars for nice walks. We own our house and live with my partner, all is missing is a dog or cat. We absolutely love animals and would appreciate you considering us as an option. 3 bedroom terraced house with friendly neighbours.
A typical day
Walk around the. Large enclosed park area by my house. The walk to the park is private and away from any roads. Food and a nice chill in the evening Is always lovely.
