“Our Yorkshire terrier Teddy had a great stay with Susan and Julian, at their home. He was well looked after, and looked so relaxed on the photo updates we were sent. We have never left him with anyone but family before, but we were kept updated throughout his stay with how he was and what he was doing. This put us at ease, and straight away we knew we had made the right decision for who was best to look after him. We would recommend anyone to leave their fur baby in their care, we will certainly be using them again next year when we get married, as we know he will be in good hands! Emmie & Daniel”

“Sonia and her husband great the dogs well. Both dogs really excited to see them. Happy to leave me and go with them. I had nice photos and updates when they were away. Both dogs looked very happy. Sonia is very patient with Pixie who can be very needy. Pickles also pushed boundaries at times but Sonia very relaxed about this. 2 very happy dogs. Very happy with care they were given. Would highly recommend. Thank you”

“Trisha, Shane & Juliet - thank you so much for looking after Socks this week after i needed to travel away for work. Socks had a fantastic time staying with you & had lots of play with Juliet, snuggles and walks with you both. You did a fantastic job of keeping me up to date on how Socks was & what she had been up doing. Have no hesitation in recommending you to others to look after their furry friends. Socks is already looking forward to visiting you all again in August. Thank you again.”

“We couldn't be happier with the care Luke and his family provided for Bailey and Benji! The boys absolutely loved their time with them — it was clear from the moment we dropped them off that they were in wonderful hands. We received regular updates throughout their stay, which gave us such peace of mind. The photos and videos of their walks were a highlight — it was lovely to see them so happy and well looked after. Luke and his family are just the loveliest people, and it really shows in the way they care for the dogs. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a warm, attentive, and reliable family to look after their fur babies. We'll definitely be booking again!”

“Opie had a great stay! From the start, everything felt really professional—they provided a form to fill out and arranged a meet and greet beforehand, which gave me a lot of confidence. During his day and overnight stay, I was kept regularly updated on how Opie was doing and what he was getting up to, which I really appreciated. It made me feel relaxed knowing he was in good hands. About: I’ve always grown up surrounded by animals; from fish and guinea pigs to cats, dogs, and pretty much everything in between (even African snails)! I have two dogs who are my absolute pride and joy: Harley, a rescue Chihuahua × Miniature Pinscher, and Teddy, a Yorkipoo. I also regularly mind my sister’s three sausage dogs (my beautiful nieces) and occasionally look after my auntie’s Newfoundlands. I love animals of all shapes and sizes, so rest assured your fur babies will be safe and loved with me! I work part-time from home and don’t have set hours, which means I’m pretty flexible with when I can mind your babies. As long as I have Wi-Fi to get some work done, I can come to you! I’m also available on weekends; I just ask for a bit of notice so I can plan ahead.😊 We have a large, fully fenced back garden - perfect for zoomies! My two dogs are super friendly. Harley is your typical introvert and likes his own space, so he usually takes himself off to bed when things get busy. Teddy, on the other hand, is a total extrovert who loves everyone and making new friends! We don’t see dogs as pets; they’re family. They’re welcome on the couch, the bed, and pretty much anywhere we go. I don’t own crates, but I’m happy to use yours if your pup prefers their own space or feels more comfortable sleeping in one.

About: I’ve grown up with cats and miss being around them. I’d love to help look after your cat(s). I’ve been around cats of various ages and will get details from you to ensure your cat is well looked after!

About: Both myself and my partner are Registered Veterinary Nurses. I have experience with friendly cats of all temperaments. I also have experience in administering any medication required. I have 2 cats of my own who I love playing and spending time with and would love to be able to look after your cats for you if you’re away! Look forward to hearing from you and please message me if you have any questions at all! Esther
“Michael is so good with Charlie. Charlie goes straight to him and sits on his lap, enjoying the attention he is given. Instructions are followed to the letter. Michael is prompt picking up keys, and is friendly and courteous.”

“Siobhan was amazing! She looked after both of my cats and they were so happy and relaxed when we returned home. We received lots of updates along with loads of cute pictures and videos! ”

About: Please contact me for up to date availability, I can often be available at short notice if required. I have always had dogs, cats and other animals, I have two grown daughters who are occasionally around. We have always had dogs, including at different times, labradors, cocker spaniels, working collies and sight hounds. I have experience of puppies from birth. I have cared for relatives and friends dogs on multiple occasions and have experience of house sitting caring for dogs and cats. I have very positive review on another house sitting site, I’d be happy to share. I work at home 3 days a week, so am happy to work in your home spending the day with your pet. I am confident walking dogs, experience of up to 5 at a time, but prefer to limit to maximum of 3 at a time. I provide positive reinforcement and plenty of affection. I will care for your pets and animals as I would my own, with calm and affection. I work from home 3 days per week so when pet sitting I will be available all day for company and up to two walks a day. I will provide a safe, calm affectionate environment fitting in with your preferences and your animals needs. I am very happy to give lots of strokes and cuddles as well as stimulating play as required.
“Holly was fantastic! She took great care of our two cats while we were away and kept us updated with messages and videos. We came home to two happy kitties and everything just as we left it. From the moment we met her, we could tell she genuinely loves animals! We’ll definitely book with her again!”

About: Hi! I am a qualified children’s nurse. I have had a love for animals from a young age. My experience with pets started when I was around 9 years old when my parents got a dog for our family. We also rescued and had a bird for a short while. I then had a few hamsters and guinea pigs in my teens. When I was 17 I even had/adopted a pygmy hedgehog. We also welcomed another dog to the family at that point. When I moved away for university, I really missed having pets. My favourite part about going home was seeing the dogs - and still is! Unfortunately, due to the long shifts I work and having no family nearby, I am unable to have a dog of my own at the moment - although I would absolutely love one! However, I adopted a hamster in March 2025, and she has been a lovely addition in my home! I work full-time but because I do shift work I typically have 3-4 days off a week. It will depend on the specific week what days I am available - I will update my availability to show this. I live alone and have no cats/dogs so I will be a good option if your pet doesn’t like other animals. I do have a hamster upstairs but I can close the door to that bedroom if necessary. I live in a terraced house so I have a walled-in yard at the back.

“This is the second time ive used Ashleigh and she always turns up as agreed and does everything I ask so Theo is always in safe hands and seems to like her dropping in. Gave me peace of mind whilst on holiday. Would definitely recommend.”

About: I am studying veterinary medicine and come from a background filled with animals. I love my degree and can't wait to apply it in my future career. Growing up on a farm has taught me from day one how to keep dogs happy and healthy. Since then, my love and knowledge concerning dogs has only flourished. When, at 16, I got my own puppy, I put my heart and soul into training and caring for her, helping her grow into the beautiful dog she is today. From working dogs to beloved pets, I have seen it all. I began dog sitting for family and friends, enabling me to work on my adaptability to how other people like their dogs to be loved. Studying zoology has given me a solid foundation of behavioural knowledge, and I apply that to all the dogs I care for, being firm but always kind. I am a full-time student, but with long holidays I am entirely flexible. My calendar will show when I am unavailable due to prior commitments and if there are any concerns, please do not hesitate to get in touch. I am owner-lead in my care for other people's pets, each family has its own way of doing it, and sticking to that routine makes it easier for everyone involved. Dog sitting, walks or drop-ins will be as energetic or peaceful as needed, fitting in with each pet's needs.

“Can’t thank Luke and his family enough for the love and professional care they showed to our 9 month puppy. We were so worried leaving her for the first time knowing how clingy and anxious she can get. They sent us hourly updates and photographs to put our mind at rest. Special thanks goes to Bubs, their own dog, who had to share his home, toys, garden and personal space lol. Winnie is looking forward to seeing you all again soon! 🐶🐾🩷”

“Jack had Sancho for a few hours while my wife went to the hairdressers! He is a really friendly guy and Sancho was immediately comfortable with him! Would definitely recommend and will be using him again!”

“Mike & Selena have done a fantastic job with our golden retriever, Krish. We were bit nervous as this was the first time for Krish with them. Regular updates & photos have put our mind at ease, so we were able to focus on our work. When my wife and I went to pick our Krish, glad to see that he was happily relaxing with them. We strongly recommend this young couple, who have real passion for dogs. Thank you both!”

“Drop off and pick up was smooth and all communication from bookong onwards was great. Gobi was relaxed and happy when I picked him up. The pictures of his day are great and it was fabulous to see him running with Odie too. He's had a brilliant day by the looks of it and can't wait to come and spend time with Terezia and Odie again! I am one very happy customer! Thank you!”

“Wren really enjoyed his time with Hannah. Hannah took really good care of him and was not phased by the various quirks Wren has. Hannah’s communication was great. Wren is looking forward to spending time with Hannah again soon.”

“Sydney had a wonderful day with Sonia. She truly cares deeply about dogs. Syd was treated like their own, which means so much. I was very comfortable leaving him in their care. And I loved the photos Sonia shared.”

“We were visiting The Wirral on holiday, and wanted to spend a day in Liverpool, so contacted Adeline through Rover.com to see if she could look after our 2.5 year old labrador, Paddy. She arranged to a meet-up in a near-by a few days prior to the day care, and intrduced herself and her own gorgeous labrador. She asked lots of questions about Paddy, about his diet, requirements, walking off lead etc, after which we felt very confident to leave him in her care. Paddy had a great time with Adeline, who took him on a huge beach walk with other dogs she was caring for, and kept us updated throughout the day with some fantastic photographs of what Paddy was doing. Paddy loved being with the other dogs, romping around in Adeline's very large & completely enclosed garden, and was asleep as soon as we put him onto the car :) We would certainly use Adeline again the next time we are in the area.”

“Robert was very kind with Otto. He respected my wishes. I am also very grateful he took Otto without a meet and greet beforehand as we were 200 miles from home and had to attend a family event at short notice. Thank you Robert”

“So friendly and what a lovely place for my dog to stay too!!! I was reassured from our first meet that Finnley would be taken care of & seeing him so happy when I picked him up, I was so overjoyed. I'll definitely be using your services again in the very near future! x”
“Martyna looked after my senior staffy missy at very short notice. Both her and her partner were lovely and very accomodating. She kept me updated regularly and was really quick to respond to my queries. Her 2 dogs are also v sweet and it looked like missy had a lovely time playing with them.”

About: I have over 10 years of experience caring for dogs through supporting family and friends with their pets. More recently, I have also been raising my own Fox Red Labrador since he was just 8 weeks old. Through daily training, exercise, socialisation, and care, I’ve gained valuable hands-on experience in meeting the needs of an energetic young dog. I understand the importance of consistency, patience, and creating a safe, loving environment where dogs feel relaxed, secure, and part of the family. My Labrador is friendly, well-trained, and enjoys spending time with other dogs, making our home a welcoming place for canine visitors. Whether your dog loves long walks, playtime, enrichment activities, or simply relaxing in a comfortable home, I will tailor their care to suit their individual needs and routine. I treat every dog as if they were my own, ensuring they receive plenty of attention, affection, exercise, and care throughout their stay. For your peace of mind, I’ll provide regular updates, photos, and messages, so you can relax knowing your dog is happy, safe, and in caring hands. My days are structured around feeding, walks, playtime, training, and making sure he gets plenty of exercise, attention, and mental stimulation. I work full-time, but I have the flexibility to work from home when needed. This allows me to be available to care for dogs in my home and ensure they receive the attention, companionship, and supervision they need throughout the day. When caring for dogs in my home, I aim to keep their routine as close as possible to what they're used to. I'll follow the owner's instructions regarding feeding times, exercise, sleeping arrangements, medications, and any special requirements. Ive had my Fox Red Labrador that I have raised since he was 8 weeks old, so I'm experienced in the daily care, exercise, training, and attention that dogs need. Dogs staying with me will receive plenty of companionship, regular toilet breaks, exercise, playtime, and lots of affection throughout the day. Safety is my top priority, and I always take the time to help dogs settle in and feel comfortable in their surroundings. I understand that every dog is different, so I adapt my care to suit their personality, energy level, and individual needs.

“Ellis was a great sitter for Tara! I had to find someone to help watch her on short notice, and Ellis was super communicative and friendly. Tara had a wonderful time, and was happily snoozing by the time I brought her home. 10/10”

“We have started new jobs, meaning we've had to leave our dog more often than normal. Our dog doesn't like being left for long periods of time and James has been a real life line. He walks her whilst we're out. Our dog appears to enjoy his company and he has been really accommodating of all our requests. When we've come home she has been very settled and comfortable. We can't thanks James enough!”

“Lily has been walking my dog Stuart for a while now and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the service she provides. Stuart absolutely loves his walks with her , he gets so excited when he knows she’s coming, which says everything really! It’s clear that Lily genuinely cares about the dogs she looks after. Stuart always comes back happy, well exercised and clearly having had a great time. She’s reliable, friendly and really easy to communicate with, which gives me real peace of mind knowing Stuart is in such good hands. I’m still just as happy with the service as when we first started, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lily to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring dog walker. Stuart is definitely a big fan too!”

“Emma has walked Max for me on several occasions now while he’s been staying at my parents. Sometimes the bookings have been at short notice and she does whatever she can to accommodate him. He always comes back looking happy.”

“Holly was absolutely great with my dog Taeko. She took really good care of him and kept me updated throughout the walk. He was still a little tired by the time I got home from work!”

About: For the past two years, I’ve been caring for small and medium-sized dogs - a journey that began as a way to heal after the loss of my beloved Harvey. His passing left a void, and I found comfort and joy in surrounding myself with the unconditional love and affection that dogs bring. What started as looking after the pets of friends, family, and neighbors has blossomed into a fulfilling part of my life. Along the way, I’ve built wonderful relationships with both the dogs and their owners, and this experience has deepened my passion for animal care. Spending time with dogs not only brings me immense happiness but also benefits my mental and physical well-being. I truly adore all things cute and fluffy - dogs, cats, and beyond, and believe every animal deserves the best life possible. If I can contribute to making their lives better, it’s a privilege and a joy. As I work full-time, Monday to Friday, I am only able to commit to weekends (Saturday and Sunday), and bank holidays. This is for all services, including overnight boarding in your home. I currently don’t offer dog-boarding in my home as a service. This is because I have a very boisterous cat who demands attention, love him but he’s a drama queen.
“Matthew went above and beyond from the moment we met him and we couldn’t recommend him enough. What a great guy!! Even though he wasn’t feeling to good half way through the week, He made sure he didn’t let us down and completed the planned walk. My mum ended up in hospital and couldn’t look after our other dog and Matthew without any hesitation looked after her for us and put our minds at rest. Absolute genuine guy, honest and trustworthy. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable Dog walker. We will definitely be booking him in for regular walks when we get back off our holiday. Thank you so much Matthew absolute star and once again thank you so much”

“Wonderful host from initial messages, through to first meeting and then our Monty’s stay over. David went above and beyond what we could have expected. Great experience and we will definitely be using David again. To David, thank you from us all again. You did a great job with our little Monty.”

“Wonderful host!! Murray was so well looked after on his little holiday. Amy & family are the perfect hosts, nothing was too much trouble, update photos & messages were lovely & reassuring as it was Murray’s first time away from home (& mine away from him!) Can’t recommend Amy & family highly enough - thanks so much.”

“Really happy with the care Walter received from Mike and Selene. They were so welcoming when I dropped him off and asked lots of questions about his needs, sleeping, eating etc. I got amazing updates with lots of pictures so wasn’t worried about Walter while I was away.”

“Ellis was great with my pup Luna, she kept me updated daily with pictures and videos, she’s a lovely person and I felt like my Luna was in great hands while I was away! Would definitely recommend:)”

“Adeline was great with my dog Churros. He was happy to stay with her. She gave me updates about what they were up to and sent some lovely photos. I knew he was happy! Thank you”

“Alfie had a very good time with Linda and James. Having been in kennels before he was much happier this time when I picked him up. His tail was wagging very briskly, a good sign for him. I would be very happy for him to go back next time when we are away and would fully recommend them.”

“Saoirse was amazing with my dixie xx I couldn’t have found any one better. Dixie hasn’t had the best experiences with boarding which has left her extremely stressed and we really needed someone to have patience, love, cuddles and time for her xx And that’s exactly what she got with Saoirse xx I received pictures, updates which made me feel incredibly calm knowing she was comfortable and in safe loving hands xxx I can’t thank you enough and how amazing and chilled she was returning home xx I will absolutely because using Saoirse again xxx see you soon xxx”

“Max thoroughly enjoyed his time with Charlotte, it was a holiday for him. Despite my worries about what he would be like away from his own home and family, all that worry disappeared. He was well looked after by Charlotte, and you can see she has a genuine love of animals. I will be using Charlotte again to look after Max and would definitely recommend her.”

“Amelie was a dream come true! It was the first time leaving our two babies with anybody like this but a change of circumstances left us in a pickle. Amelie was so supportive throughout the process and made us feel immediately at ease. It was lovely to receive daily updates on our trip and it was obvious she had already made a loving connection with Teddy & Sonny from the first day. The real review is from the pups though, they were so happy there, we could see that from the pictures but also from the way they acted at her home. If they could talk I'm sure they would say "we had a lovely holiday, we were well looked after and well cared for". Amelie will be our first choice in future. Thank you Amelie, you made what was a worrying time into something wonderful and Ted & Sonny look forward to staying with you again in the future (they told me 😊).”

“Our dog Joey had a great time with Kirsty and she did a fantastic job looking after him. Kirsty kept us updated with some lovely pictures and Joey had clearly settled in nicely when I picked him up. Would definitely recommend Kirsty to others. Thanks again!”

“This is the first time we have left Dennis with someone other than family, and we were a bit nervous. But we had no reason to be. Zee was fab with him, and went for a quick walk together in advance to check he was happy. We can tell he had the best time, He came back with a massive grin on his face and didn’t even give us the silence treatment for leaving him !”

“Our beagle Cookie had never stayed away from family members before so staying with Emily and Michael was new to her. We needn't have worried as they appear to be ideal sitters and made Cookie perfectly at home. Would recommend to anyone.”

“Cary’s was very helpful and communication was prompt with regular updates. Looked after Snoop for three days and returned settled and happy. Would recommend and happy to use again.”

“We left our anxious 6 year old Labrador with Niamh for 3 nights and she was amazing with him. He can be nervous when walking in a new area and with new people and she took the time with him to get him to walk and let him take the lead to make him comfortable. By the end of the 3 days he was doing great. Niamh sent plenty of updates which made us be able to relax more. I will be booking Niamh again and so happy we have found someone who we trust with our beautiful boy.”
