“Opie had a great stay! From the start, everything felt really professional—they provided a form to fill out and arranged a meet and greet beforehand, which gave me a lot of confidence. During his day and overnight stay, I was kept regularly updated on how Opie was doing and what he was getting up to, which I really appreciated. It made me feel relaxed knowing he was in good hands. Overall, a very positive experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Highly recommend!”

“Wonderful service, thoroughly recommended, and will defo book again. Bailey was well looked after and I was kept up to date with pics and messages which was very reassurance. Thank you Megan xxx”

“I felt confident leaving Holly at Alison's. Alison was happy to update me on Holly and it's clear that Holly enjoyed her stay. I would most definitely choose for Holly to board with Alison in the future and would highly recommend Buck's Boarding. Thank you.”

“Wonderful host!! Murray was so well looked after on his little holiday. Amy & family are the perfect hosts, nothing was too much trouble, update photos & messages were lovely & reassuring as it was Murray’s first time away from home (& mine away from him!) Can’t recommend Amy & family highly enough - thanks so much.”

“We couldn't be happier with the care Luke and his family provided for Bailey and Benji! The boys absolutely loved their time with them — it was clear from the moment we dropped them off that they were in wonderful hands. We received regular updates throughout their stay, which gave us such peace of mind. The photos and videos of their walks were a highlight — it was lovely to see them so happy and well looked after. Luke and his family are just the loveliest people, and it really shows in the way they care for the dogs. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a warm, attentive, and reliable family to look after their fur babies. We'll definitely be booking again!”

“Trisha, Shane & Juliet - thank you so much for looking after Socks this week after i needed to travel away for work. Socks had a fantastic time staying with you & had lots of play with Juliet, snuggles and walks with you both. You did a fantastic job of keeping me up to date on how Socks was & what she had been up doing. Have no hesitation in recommending you to others to look after their furry friends. Socks is already looking forward to visiting you all again in August. Thank you again.”

“Saoirse was amazing with my dixie xx I couldn’t have found any one better. Dixie hasn’t had the best experiences with boarding which has left her extremely stressed and we really needed someone to have patience, love, cuddles and time for her xx And that’s exactly what she got with Saoirse xx I received pictures, updates which made me feel incredibly calm knowing she was comfortable and in safe loving hands xxx I can’t thank you enough and how amazing and chilled she was returning home xx I will absolutely because using Saoirse again xxx see you soon xxx”

“Gugulethu was a brilliant host for Bailey, she sent me messages every day and also lovely photos. Bailey got on with her dog, and was really happy to stay with her. Would recommend”

About: I’ve grown up around dogs and have my own whippet puppy, so I know the ins and outs of daily care, training, and keeping pups happy. I’ve also helped neighbors and friends with pet sitting, which has given me plenty of hands-on experience. I’m confident with everything from walks and playtime to feeding and keeping dogs comfortable. I work remotely, which means I’m at home most of the time and can easily fit in walks, play, and cuddles throughout the day. My routine is flexible, so I can adapt to your pet’s needs. I always make sure pets feel safe and settled with plenty of love and attention. I’ll follow your routines closely so your dog feels right at home.

About: I’ve grown up with cats and miss being around them. I’d love to help look after your cat(s). I’ve been around cats of various ages and will get details from you to ensure your cat is well looked after!
About: I am studying veterinary medicine and come from a background filled with animals. I love my degree and can't wait to apply it in my future career. Growing up on a farm has taught me from day one how to keep dogs happy and healthy. Since then, my love and knowledge concerning dogs has only flourished. When, at 16, I got my own puppy, I put my heart and soul into training and caring for her, helping her grow into the beautiful dog she is today. From working dogs to beloved pets, I have seen it all. I began dog sitting for family and friends, enabling me to work on my adaptability to how other people like their dogs to be loved. Studying zoology has given me a solid foundation of behavioural knowledge, and I apply that to all the dogs I care for, being firm but always kind. I am a full-time student, but with long holidays I am entirely flexible. My calendar will show when I am unavailable due to prior commitments and if there are any concerns, please do not hesitate to get in touch. I am owner-lead in my care for other people's pets, each family has its own way of doing it, and sticking to that routine makes it easier for everyone involved. Dog sitting, walks or drop-ins will be as energetic or peaceful as needed, fitting in with each pet's needs.
About: I’ve always grown up surrounded by animals; from fish and guinea pigs to cats, dogs, and pretty much everything in between (even African snails)! I have two dogs who are my absolute pride and joy: Harley, a rescue Chihuahua × Miniature Pinscher, and Teddy, a Yorkipoo. I also regularly mind my sister’s three sausage dogs (my beautiful nieces) and occasionally look after my auntie’s Newfoundlands. I love animals of all shapes and sizes, so rest assured your fur babies will be safe and loved with me! I work part-time from home and don’t have set hours, which means I’m pretty flexible with when I can mind your babies. As long as I have Wi-Fi to get some work done, I can come to you! I’m also available on weekends; I just ask for a bit of notice so I can plan ahead.😊 We have a large, fully fenced back garden - perfect for zoomies! My two dogs are super friendly. Harley is your typical introvert and likes his own space, so he usually takes himself off to bed when things get busy. Teddy, on the other hand, is a total extrovert who loves everyone and making new friends! We don’t see dogs as pets; they’re family. They’re welcome on the couch, the bed, and pretty much anywhere we go. I don’t own crates, but I’m happy to use yours if your pup prefers their own space or feels more comfortable sleeping in one.

“Vicky was lovely to work with from start to end, great communication and most of all I knew my cats were well looked after while we went away for the weekend. Couldn’t recommend her enough!!”

“Holly was fantastic! She took great care of our two cats while we were away and kept us updated with messages and videos. We came home to two happy kitties and everything just as we left it. From the moment we met her, we could tell she genuinely loves animals! We’ll definitely book with her again!”

“Rebecca was excellent and easy to contact. Our cat is a rescue and very timid, but settled very quickly with Rebecca and was very content. She kept us well informed of how things were going. I would definitely ask her to look after Saffron again.”

About: Hi! I am a qualified children’s nurse. I have had a love for animals from a young age. My experience with pets started when I was around 9 years old when my parents got a dog for our family. We also rescued and had a bird for a short while. I then had a few hamsters and guinea pigs in my teens. When I was 17 I even had/adopted a pygmy hedgehog. We also welcomed another dog to the family at that point. When I moved away for university, I really missed having pets. My favourite part about going home was seeing the dogs - and still is! Unfortunately, due to the long shifts I work and having no family nearby, I am unable to have a dog of my own at the moment - although I would absolutely love one! However, I adopted a hamster in March 2025, and she has been a lovely addition in my home! I work full-time but because I do shift work I typically have 3-4 days off a week. It will depend on the specific week what days I am available - I will update my availability to show this. I live alone and have no cats/dogs so I will be a good option if your pet doesn’t like other animals. I do have a hamster upstairs but I can close the door to that bedroom if necessary. I live in a terraced house so I have a walled-in yard at the back.

About: Both myself and my partner are Registered Veterinary Nurses. I have experience with friendly cats of all temperaments. I also have experience in administering any medication required. I have 2 cats of my own who I love playing and spending time with and would love to be able to look after your cats for you if you’re away! Look forward to hearing from you and please message me if you have any questions at all! Esther

Cuddles and play if required) House sitting (I will stay at your house overnight, making sure it is safe and animals are cared for).

I have cared for relatives and friends dogs on multiple occasions and have experience of house sitting caring for dogs and cats. I have very positive review on another house sitting site, I’d be happy to share. I work at home 3 days a week, so am happy to work in your home spending the day with your pet. I am confident walking dogs, experience of up to 5 at a time, but prefer to limit to maximum of 3 at a time. I provide positive reinforcement and plenty of affection. I will care for your pets and animals as I would my own, with calm and affection. I work from home 3 days per week so when pet sitting I will be available all day for company and up to two walks a day. I will provide a safe, calm affectionate environment fitting in with your preferences and your animals needs. I am very happy to give lots of strokes and cuddles as well as stimulating play as required.

“Luke, his family and of course Bubbles have been absolutely amazing looking after Max. All such lovely and caring people (and pupper) would highly recommend them to look after any fluffball. They always shared loads of updates, photos and videos of their walks and their time together. Which were all lovely to see. Max always enjoyed his time and is always excited to go back :)”

“Mike & Selena have done a fantastic job with our golden retriever, Krish. We were bit nervous as this was the first time for Krish with them. Regular updates & photos have put our mind at ease, so we were able to focus on our work. When my wife and I went to pick our Krish, glad to see that he was happily relaxing with them. We strongly recommend this young couple, who have real passion for dogs. Thank you both!”

“Jack had Sancho for a few hours while my wife went to the hairdressers! He is a really friendly guy and Sancho was immediately comfortable with him! Would definitely recommend and will be using him again!”

No dog will be let off lead unless owner has said otherwise. All doors will be safely locked on my departure and make sure your pets are safe.

About: I love animals and lifeforms of all types really, I'm the type to pick up worms from the pavement and put them back on the grass. But I particularly love dogs. I have had dogs for almost my whole life (Labradors, Golden Retrievers, King Charles Cavalier, Shelties). I have looked after other people's dogs often and always enjoy the experience. Dogs are treated very well here with lots of affection and attention. Currently at home full time but I do go out for a few hours occasionally. I don't leave my dog alone for more than a few hours. When a new dog is here, it wouldn't be that long. My dog Molly is very friendly with dogs and humans. She is now completely blind so I have to take a bit of extra care with her, but she can still go for walks and enjoy her food and strokies. There is only myself and my 6 year old son at home, with Molly our Golden Retriever. We have a small yard for toileting, and we go to the park or other locations for exercise. Safety is paramount. I know what it is like to go on holiday and worry about your dog - you have no need to fear! I am very careful - I know where I am going when out and about and if dogs are let off leashes, it is in a safe environment away from roads and other hazards. I have a large ground floor which gives dogs space to be in a few different rooms. Upstairs is humans only. Meals and medication will be given according to the owner's precise schedule. I encourage a visit so that you can briefly see my home and meet us.

About: I am a 25 year old admin assistant in the Sports industry. I have plenty of experience pet sitting as I also use TrustedHousesitters when I travel (happy to send a link to my profile so you can read my reviews!) I live in Oxton in the Wirral and am happy to provide pet sitting services locally. I have experience caring for small to large dogs and I am happy for them to do overnight stays as long as they are comfortable around cats as I have a 4 year old rescue named Yoshi. I work 4 days a week (3 evenings, 1 morning) so I am available most of the time around this. I enjoy walking so I am happy to walk your dog for as long as it would like. I have done 10+ housesits in the past few years through TrustedHousesitters and I am happy to send my profile so you can check my reviews. I always treat any housesit with the same respect I would show in my own home and I am also happy to care for pets in my home. I live in a 3 bedroom house with a small garden so there is plenty of room for your pet to explore. My household consists of myself and my partner Miles as well as our 4 year old indoor cat. We have a guest bedroom and Yoshi sleeps downstairs so if they need their own space we can provide it.
About: Nothing gives me greater joy than taking care of animals. I have taken care of dogs for the best part of my life with over 25 years of experience. I am currently studying towards a level 3 diploma in canine welfare & behaviour. Looking after dogs is my passion and I am at my happiest around them, wether that be with our own family pet, a six month cockapoo called Sunny or your four legged friends. I currently offer walks and drop ins and all my walks are 1:1 with your dog or dogs so I can give them my undivided attention. I want you and your fur babies to feel as comfortable as possible so I offer a meet & greet if you feel you would like that in order for me to get to know your pet and any particular needs they may have followed by a free introductory short walk to give your dog or dogs the chance to get to know me. Or if you know your dog is comfortable around new people and you'd like me to just get straight to taking your pet out that's absolutely fine too, I'm happy to just have a conversation on here to get to know your pets needs and cover some basic information such as is your dog reactive, anxious, do they have any triggers etc and most importantly are they allowed a treat whilst out and about! I am fully insured. I work from home and my diary is determined by myself so I am available most days and at short notice if needed as I can change my schedule to suit you. I am fully insured. We do have two fenced gardens, but presently I am not boarding as we have a six month old puppy that is still settling in so I am only currently offering drop ins and walks. It's important to reiterate that i do not take my dog along on walks with your pets, they will have my full attention. I have experience with both large and small dogs and I currently regularly walk a variety of different breeds. I have looked after many anxious dogs and I'm pleased to say I have never not won any of them round and it's really rewarding to earn their trust and eventually see them eagerly waiting for me to go out on an adventure. I will only ever let your dogs of the lead with your permission and if that's something you would like me to do, I generally wait until we have been on a couple of walks and know each other a bit better. I have worked with dogs that are overweight for various different reasons and have provided lots of stimulation and exercise to help them back to a healthier weight range. I have worked with dogs providing multiple drop ins and walks per day when their owners have been on holiday and I've also administered oral medication when needed. I will always follow the owners lead and I am always open to answering any questions no matter what they are as I understand that trusting someone with your pet is not always easy.

I also own a springer spaniel who's extremely energetic, and loves going on walks. About: For the past two years, I’ve been caring for small and medium-sized dogs - a journey that began as a way to heal after the loss of my beloved Harvey. His passing left a void, and I found comfort and joy in surrounding myself with the unconditional love and affection that dogs bring. What started as looking after the pets of friends, family, and neighbors has blossomed into a fulfilling part of my life. Along the way, I’ve built wonderful relationships with both the dogs and their owners, and this experience has deepened my passion for animal care. Spending time with dogs not only brings me immense happiness but also benefits my mental and physical well-being. I truly adore all things cute and fluffy - dogs, cats, and beyond, and believe every animal deserves the best life possible. If I can contribute to making their lives better, it’s a privilege and a joy. As I work full-time, Monday to Friday, I am only able to commit to weekends (Saturday and Sunday), and bank holidays. This is for all services, including overnight boarding in your home. I currently don’t offer dog-boarding in my home as a service. This is because I have a very boisterous cat who demands attention, love him but he’s a drama queen.

“Holly was absolutely great with my dog Taeko. She took really good care of him and kept me updated throughout the walk. He was still a little tired by the time I got home from work!”

“Mike and Selena provide a great service. Luna had a great time playing fetch even on a rainy day. You can see how much they love dogs and we would highly recommend them!”

“Matthew went above and beyond from the moment we met him and we couldn’t recommend him enough. What a great guy!! Even though he wasn’t feeling to good half way through the week, He made sure he didn’t let us down and completed the planned walk. My mum ended up in hospital and couldn’t look after our other dog and Matthew without any hesitation looked after her for us and put our minds at rest. Absolute genuine guy, honest and trustworthy. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable Dog walker. We will definitely be booking him in for regular walks when we get back off our holiday. Thank you so much Matthew absolute star and once again thank you so much”

“James was a great dog walker for my two weeks away on hols. Sam was so happy to see James turn up to the house and was pleasantly tired when he returned. Would definitely use again. Thank you James xx”

About: Growing up in a family that rescued and trained animals, I’ve been surrounded by pets my whole life. Caring for them has always been second nature—whether it was helping a scared rescue settle in or teaching them to trust and thrive. Most recently, I lost my beloved dog, and the house hasn’t felt the same without that familiar joy and companionship. I now have a quiet, peaceful home and plenty of time to give your pet the love, comfort, and attention they deserve. With me, they’ll be treated like family. As a stay-at-home mum, I’m home most of the day and have lots of time to give your pet the care and company they need. Whether it’s playtime, cuddles, walks, or just being nearby for comfort, I’ll make sure your pet never feels lonely. My quiet home is a calm and cozy space, perfect for pets who enjoy a relaxed environment and plenty of attention throughout the day. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priority. I have a quiet, peaceful home where they can relax and feel secure. I’m home most of the time, so they’ll always have someone nearby to keep them company and make sure they’re happy and cared for. My small, fully fenced garden provides a safe outdoor space for fresh air and play without any worries. With me, your pet will be treated like family in a calm, loving environment.

About: Hello, My name is Julie and I would love to help you to take care of your cat or dog. I have been looking after my own pets for more than 25 years. I love seeing their eyes light up whenever they have someone to stroke them or play with them, or take them for a walk. I am happy to go into your home and feed/play with and change the litter tray of your cat. If he/she need a brush, I'll do that as well. I will switch lights on and off and my car will be on your driveway or outside your house twice a day, making it look like someone is home. My daughter and I run my business together so there is usually one of us available throughout the day, except for our annual leave dates. I'm a housewife so this job is my only job. I have a 2 year old cat whom I adore. He has a litter tray inside but does go outside when he wants. My garden has been checked for pet friendly plants too. When in someone's home, I eould change or clear litter regularly to give your cat a clean environment to use their toilet in. I will take time to socialise and groom if needed. On dog walks, your dog will have a good walk/run either in a park,on the beach or just around the block if that's what you require. Your dog will be cleaned and dried off if needed and given a treat and a big well done for their walk.
