About: A few things about why I like to take care of pets, particularly of cats? This is just because I have a real, natural instinct and transparent purpose, as unfortunately I cannot have a cat due to my circumstances, however, I feel that something is missing so I found this more like a playful game for your pet, you and I. By spending high-quality time with them, so I can somehow fill that void of emptiness and need of having a pet (I would love a cat though) in my life. I would love to connect with every cat, but I reckon is not possible, because they are just cats, but I know I can do my best to gain at least their attention while you are away. I grew up surrounded by cats, always had cats around my home when I was a little and I have an immersive love for them! 🥰 Currently, I am offering services in Chester area (I can travel up to a max. 4-5 miles away). I'm here to help taking care of your furry/furries family member(s) and meeting all their needs while you're away. I will treat them like they are my own babies. About: I have taken care of family and friends dogs for a long time. I also walk an elderly ladies dog through the Cinnamon Trust. I love spending time with dogs. I'm currently taking a summer break from work after 20 years, therefore I have plenty of time to spend with your animals. I enjoy walking dogs in the park right by my house. I have a fenced decent sized garden for pets to enjoy. I enjoy a walk in the local park and fields for them to enjoy. I enjoy spending time with pets and I' very trusted to look after and care for them.

Beth was a great host, I felt totally confident leaving Alfie in her care for 2 nights. Maestro had the best 2 day holiday ever! He was really spoilt by Sarah - and her family! He had lots of walks and a lovely trip out. Sarah sent us lots of messages and photos so we weren't at all concerned about leaving him! He looked really happy in all the photos and came away ready for a good sleep! Thank you, Sarah ! You enabled us to be able to enjoy my birthday trip to the zoo without worrying about Maestro!
I am so lucky to have found Ciara! Peroni loved his little stay with her. She invited us round to meet her before hand and I knew then, she was perfect for him. He seemed straight at home! Ciara kept me updated with messages and pictures throughout Peroni’s stay which was lovely. It made the process so much relaxing knowing he was being well looked after, going for walks and having lots of love whilst we were away, it really put my mind at ease. Our frenchie is with Tom sometimes for a few hours, a day or stays with him for a few days. He’s very generous and caring and treats your pet like his own. If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest vet. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorisation form for your regular vet. An authorisation form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
We require sitters to operate in compliance with applicable local licensing requirements. In England, pet sitters who board dogs or provide doggy day care as a business may need a valid licence under the Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities Involving Animals) Regulations 2018. When vetting your sitter, ask if they meet local licensing requirements for dog boarding. This confirmation is important for coverage under the Rover Guarantee.
