“Lucy has looked after our girl Coco at least once every couple of months for the last few years now. She'll happily take her for a few hours or a few days, and Coco always comes home having had the best time. Lucy clearly has a genuine love for dogs and does everything she can to ensure Coco's specific needs (she has separation anxiety) are met and that she has a genuinely nice time when they're together, taking her on outings, playing with her, or just chilling at home together. About: I am a dog lover , I’m flexible as not working at the moment I’ve grown up with Staffordshire bulls at home for 13 years also had two French bulldogs I shared with my sister sadly one passed away and I’ve had lots of experience caring for French bulldogs as they need lots of attention and also had to administer medication due to there allergies and needs. I’m currently not working therefore I have lots of time free I am flexible I’m also free weekends and fir daily dog care. I have a fenced garden and go for walks twice a day have lots of love to give would care for animals like ther my own .

“I’ve never left Nebo with anyone before and had to this time as my friend, who I was staying with, has a cat and I wasn’t sure Nebo would cope with that. Plus we were travelling by train, which my border collie is happy with but once again I wasn’t sure whether Nebo would cope with. Nebo had a lovely time with Trisha and her dog Juliet, I felt really comfortable about his staying there, she gave us updates and photos whilst he was there which I really appreciated as it was the first time I’d left him and I felt a little guilty about doing that, so four days was a good test. Trisha, her partner, and Juliet (dog) were lovely and I’d feel much more comfortable if I had to leave him again, a great experience all round. Thank you Trisha, partner and of course Juliet.”

About: I’ve had pets over the last 10 years unfortunately I recently lost both my bulldogs over the past year and it’s left a huge hole in my heart they was babies. I miss the company , cuddles & walks . I’d like to give back and help others owners know their pet is in safe & loving hands :) I work from home & have a flexible job so have plenty of time to look after your pet whether it be playing in the garden , snuggles on the couch or daily walks I have a fenced off garden, gated Front , built in big crate (if needed) Spacish downstairs for your pup to walk about , clean & dog friendly (allowed on the couch ofcourse!)

Because of this, I only walk or board small dogs, so they get calm, focused, and loving care in a safe home environment. We was really worried as we have never done this before with blue. Meeting jasmine made us feel completely at ease. Jasmine greeted us and let us come see were blue would be staying, we was really happy as jasmin had a beautiful property were blue was happy looking over the city of Liverpool. Jasmin kepted intouch with us daily, sending plenty of pictures. Blue settled really well with Jasmin. I would highly recommend Jasmin she is a Bea person and blue loved her. Kesia was fantastic with our Labradoodle. He had a lovely long weekend and it really seemed like a home-from-home. He came back happy, settled and completely himself, which is unusual as it normally takes him a day or two to get back to normal. Would definitely recommend! 🐾

We are so grateful to Eabha and Ceilim for their kind and gentle expertise in caring for our anxious dog, Bowie. Our dog had never been left with anyone outside of the family before and we were nervous as to how he would cope. We were reassured by regular honest updates with pics of how he was doing. It was amazing to see how quickly Bowie went from scared, to cautious to settled, playful and happy. Their calm and welcoming natures relaxed Bowie and we could see from the pics and messages that he was enjoying his stay and all his walks and plays and was happily bonding with them. Bowie returned home happy and confident and we are thrilled with how successful our separation went. They are miracle workers! We cannot recommend them highly enough and hope to have them care for him again.
We couldn’t have hoped for a better experience, this was the first time leaving our dog with a sitter and Jhenelle and her lovely family were a perfect fit! We got lovely updates throughout the stay and our dog looked so happy and like she was having the best time! We will 100% book Jhenelle again, couldn’t be happier!
We couldn’t recommend Kirsty enough! She looked after our French Bulldog, Walter, over the bank holiday weekend and we felt completely at ease leaving him with her. Kirsty sent us daily updates with photos and videos, which was so reassuring. It was honestly lovely to see that Walter wasn’t just being well looked after, but was genuinely having a brilliant little holiday of his own! He looked happy, settled and completely comfortable, which meant we could enjoy our weekend away without worrying about him. I couldn't or asked for a better person to look after my black Labrador. Charlotte has a natural heart and soul; my dog is normally bad with social anxiety, but he smiled and they skipped away. Together. 😍🥰 In turn, this put my mind at ease slot, I had an operation short notice at the hospital, not only did Charlotte take bobbi for me with only a couple of days notice; she ensures to send you regular photos throughout the day with all the updates and the laughs and giggles they have together. Reasonable prices too, I'd highly recommend her and she's a kind hearted genuine person, who pets gravitate to, you can't ask for more! P.S The photos and updates made me smile ever so much, so it really does settle you for you to then enjoy your holiday or an overnight work stay etc.

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest vet. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorisation form for your regular vet. An authorisation form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
We require sitters to operate in compliance with applicable local licensing requirements. In England, pet sitters who board dogs or provide doggy day care as a business may need a valid licence under the Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities Involving Animals) Regulations 2018. When vetting your sitter, ask if they meet local licensing requirements for dog boarding. This confirmation is important for coverage under the Rover Guarantee.
