We’re a friendly little household of two adults who both work — but the beauty is, we’re flexible! We often work from home, so your dog will have company, cuddles, and attention throughout the day. Whether it’s a lunchtime stroll or just someone to snooze next to while we work, we’re able to give your pup plenty of love and care around our schedules. We’re used to juggling work and wagging tails, and we always make sure dogs in our care feel safe, calm, and part of the family. We’ll work with you to find a routine that suits your dog’s needs — whether it’s early walks, lazy afternoons, or regular toilet breaks.

Safety, trust & environment
Your dog’s safety and comfort are my top priority. I know how important it is to feel at ease when leaving your pup with someone new, and I promise to treat them like part of the family — with patience, cuddles, and lots of positive energy. We live in a quiet, peaceful cul-de-sac — perfect for stress-free walkies and a calm environment. Our home has a spacious, secure garden with 6ft fencing all around, so your dog can explore, play, or relax outdoors safely. The entire outdoor area is fully enclosed, so you can rest easy knowing there’s no sneaky escape routes. I’m experienced with different breeds and personalities, and I always take the time to understand what each dog needs to feel comfortable and happy. I’ll follow your instructions to the letter and keep you updated with regular photos and messages — because peace of mind matters. I’m also happy to arrange a meet-and-greet beforehand, so you and your dog can get to know me and the space first!

Information Jhenelle T. would like to know about your pet
To give your dog the best possible care, it’s super helpful to know a few things ahead of time: • Daily routine – meal times, walk preferences, sleep habits, etc. • Toilet habits – are they fully house trained? Any accidents to expect? • Social behaviour – how do they react around other dogs, children, or new people? • Energy level – are they a couch potato or a little rocket? • Any fears or triggers – loud noises, the postman, hoovers… we all have our thing! • Medical needs – allergies, medication, recent injuries or vet visits. • Feeding instructions – portions, treats, special diets. • Commands they know – or ones you’re working on. • Crate use or sleep set-up – do they use one, and how do they usually settle at night? • Off-lead or lead-only – what’s safe and normal for them? • Any “quirks” – jumping up, chewing things, barking when the fridge opens… no judgement, I just like to be prepared! The more I know, the smoother and more comfortable it’ll be for your dog — and for you!
A typical day
A typical day here is full of tail wags, playtime, and a whole lot of love. Mornings usually start with a walk around our quiet, dog-friendly cul-de-sac, followed by breakfast and a bit of garden time — we’ve got a big, secure outdoor space that’s perfect for zoomies, sniffing, or sunbathing (whatever your pup prefers). During the day, there’s always someone around, so your dog will never be short of company. We also have an energetic toddler in the house who absolutely adores dogs — so if your pup enjoys the excitement and attention that comes with little humans, they’ll feel right at home! There’s always someone up for playing, giving belly rubs, or sharing snacks (with supervision, of course). Whether your dog likes to be right in the middle of the action or prefers their own quiet spot, we make sure their day is tailored to them — with plenty of enrichment, affection, and rest. They can nap beside us while we work from home, lounge in the garden, or curl up on the sofa (if that’s allowed in your house, it’s allowed in ours!). Evenings are relaxed and cozy with dinner, cuddles, and some calm wind-down time. For overnight guests, we provide a safe, comfy sleeping area and all the love they need to settle in.

Pet care experience
Hi, I’m the kind of person who says “hi” to dogs before people — no shame. I’ve been looking after my family dog Kenny (a very opinionated Shih Tzu with main character energy) since 2018. He taught me everything I know about belly rub etiquette, treat negotiations, and the importance of finding the perfect sun spot for naps. Since moving out, I miss the constant dog energy — squeaky toys under the couch, fur on absolutely everything, and that look they give you when you’re 2 minutes late for walkies. Kenny still visits for sleepovers (he brings the vibes), but I started dog sitting because I genuinely love dogs and can’t commit to one full-time yet. So your dog? They’re basically my temporary soulmate. I keep my prices low because this isn’t about getting rich — it’s about filling my home (and heart) with four-legged joy. I’m here for the zoomies, the snuggles, and those hilarious little quirks that make each dog unique. If you want someone who will love your dog like their own (and probably send you way too many cute updates), I’m your person.
Reviews
Jhenelle T. cancelled a booking after the stay began.

Wonderful doggie sitter!! I felt at ease and relaxed leaving my pooch with Jhenelle. I’d definitely rebook again for sure.

Jhenelle saved the day accommodating my last minute request for day care, not to mention the long hours it entailed! Jhenelle welcomed me and my Winston into her home and provided me with photos and videos throughout the day! This provided reassurance and peace of mind that my Winston was happy and settled. Winston had a fantastic time with Jhenelle and her beautiful family… her little girl took very good care of him, playing with him and making sure he had lots of treats! 😅 My Win appeared very happy and content following his visit… We will defiantly be returning and we certainly recommend… your pet will be in good hands! 10 Stars from me and my Win and thanks again Jhenelle….

Jhenelle and her family took such good care of Poppy, I was genuinely worried that Poppy wouldn't want to come home! The communication from Jhenelle was excellent from before we met and throughout the time we were away. We had regular updates and were reassured that Poppy was having a great time. From the moment Poppy arrived at Jhenelle's home she was a very relaxed and happy dog. I look forward to booking Poppy in again in the knowledge that she will be so well looked after by Jhenelle and her family.
