My two boys are 5 years old and had never previously been left away from a close member of our family, so I was really apprehensive in leaving them. Angel asked all the right questions of us and answered our questions, that put us at ease that we had chosen the right sitter. The drop off was efficient and we were sent regular photos of Nutty and Twinkle together having fun. All in all a great experience. Thank you Angel and Twinkle.
I was let down last minute and saw Liam had availability, so I messaged him and he took Frankie at really short notice. He was spot on from the start. Clearly very experienced with dogs and knew exactly what he was doing. Frankie was really well looked after, Liam kept me updated while I was away and she came back happy as ever. You can tell he genuinely knows dogs and takes good care of them. Reliable, professional and a sound lad. Would definitely recommend him and I’ll 100% be using him again.
First time leaving our 14 year old dog with someone other than a relative, so we were obviously anxious. But Michelle, her partner and 2 daughters were so good with Ben (and us) from the second we met them. Great communication, frequent pictures and updates which made us relaxed on holiday. 100% would recommend and will definitely use Michelle and her family again! Ben came home happy and we could tell straight away that he had been looked after as well as he would have at home!
Poppy seemed to have been looked after very well. She is very tired. Christine made both my son and I feel at ease when we dropped poppy off. Christine greeted us at the car and made a big fuss of poppy which she enjoyed. Christine dropped poppy off at our home she offered which was very kind of her. Finding someone to trust with your pet is hard. Jennifer made it so easy and made me feel at ease leaving him. She went above and beyond with everything! Woody loved every minute. I received super cute updates every day and was always informed on the activities or places he had gone too. My dog came home happy and relaxed. Thank you for such loving care! I would absolutely recommend and would love to have Jennifer look after woody in the future.
We left our two year old spaniel Buster with Rachel having never boarded before. The whole family made Buster feel welcome and a part of the family straight away. Rachel kept us updated with regular message and pictures and helped keep our minds at ease. Highly recommended!
Snoop has had another wonderful stay with Chloe. Chloe truly loves animals and goes above and beyond to look after Snoop and make him feel loved and at home when he stays with her. Rachel was not well message me the night before and explained but wanted to take Bailey for cuddles. Rachel always looks after him. When I pull up Bailey gets excited to see her. Which to me is a credit for Rachel as when we have used others he wouldn't get out the car. I know my dog is safe and happy when his with Rachel. The communication is amazing photos what his been upto Bailey loves going to see her Thanks Rachel even when u not well
