“Tommy and his family kindly agreed to take our 2 Jack Russell’s - never easy as typical JRs! - and from the initial visit the dogs seemed at home, were in safe hands, and were going to receive all the care and attention they probably never get in a larger kennel environment. This made going away for a long weekend a much more relaxing time that it could have been. Tommy clearly had a love for animals and kept us updated throughout the weekend - again, a much valued way of knowing everything was ok. Would definitely re-book with complete confidence and fully recommend. Great to see someone with that passion trying to establish himself in this field too.”

This was the first time I had ever left my dog with a sitter and I was anxious about it as my dog can get quite upset when left even with family members 😞 We had a family wedding to go to and were going to be out for a long time but Jess put my mind at ease! During the sit Jess stayed in touch with me sending messages and pictures and i could tell that my dog was calm and happy and relaxed! About: I’ve raised two dogs from puppyhood, so I understand every stage of their development - from house training and boundless puppy energy to the gentler care seniors need. Our family dogs both lived to be 14, so I’m experienced with managing age-related conditions (such as heart issues and arthritis) and adjusting activities to each dog’s pace. Whether your dog needs a calm companion at home or a brisk lunchtime walk to burn off energy, I’ll make sure they get the care and attention they need, with lots of love along the way. I work full time from home, so am available as a companion for your dog through the day. I can take them on walks at lunch and/or after work, and can make sure they have frequent access to outside if required. At the weekend, we can extend walk times to suit your dog’s fitness. We are expecting a baby in January 2026, so our availability is reduced from then while we settle in as a family. We have a fenced garden, and many cosy dog beds dotted about the house. We have a stair gate to fence off upstairs if you’re worried about access to stairs, and our downstairs has LVT flooring which is not too slippy (geriatric dog approved!) so they shouldn’t have any difficulty scamping around. We also have a 13-year-old male Pugalier, who loves the company of other dogs. He will be happy to settle down next to them for a snooze, or watch avidly while your dog plays with toys.

They were looked after to a very high standard, she took onboard all of the notes that I left for their well-being, she walked them both regularly and treated them like they were her own. We’ve both grown up with pets and have experience having cats and dogs of our own. We understand how important it is to leave your pets with someone you can trust. We’re caring, reliable and attentive, and we’ll make sure your pets receive plenty of love, attention and care while you’re away. 🐶🐾 I work from home 3 days a week, so on those days I’ll be able to take your dog for regular walks and give them plenty of attention throughout the day. Sam has four days off during the week so on the days I am in the office, he’ll be home and able to give your pet his full attention, including walks, playtime and companionship. Between the two of us, your pet will have someone around most days and won’t be left alone for long periods. We’re also happy to provide boarding, so we can offer a flexible and comfortable home environment for your pet when needed. We have a safe, comfortable and pet friendly home with a secure garden, providing a great environment for your to relax and enjoy themselves. We are both attentive, and will make sure your pet receives regular walks, exercise, attention and plenty of affection. With our work schedules, someone will be around to keep your pet company and ensure they are not left alone for long periods.

About: I've always had a really great relationship with dogs, and was lucky enough to become an owner 7 years ago, when I rescued Gyp from a charity in China. A year later, I brought him back to the UK and lived in a house with 4 other dogs, who I regularly walked, played and cuddled with. As a rescue, Gyp can be very anxious and needs reassurance, so I'm very good at spotting when he's stressed, and I'm really good at keeping a calm and consistent environment for him. Later, I adopted Smokey, who was a senior dog, and so had very different needs to Gyp. Sadly we lost Smokey last year due to his old age. I always make sure the dogs get plenty of attention and exercise, and they're never left alone for more than 5 hours (usually it's much less than that). The house is very dog friendly - Gyp loves cuddles on the sofa and in bed. And I have a fenced garden for them to enjoy too. My dog is my number one priority, and yours would be treated no differently when they came to stay. I work from home during the day, so spend a lot of time with them then, and pop out in the evenings for work for a few hours - I'm never gone longer than 5 hours. On Saturdays I'm at home all day, and Sunday mornings I go out to teach, but again, no longer than 5 hours I would be solely responsible for your pet whilst they are staying with me. I have a fenced garden and one lovely dog to keep your dog company. I have plenty of towels for drying down if we get wet in the rain, and plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable I have a good routine with the dogs - food and walk in both the morning and the evening, but we can adapt easily to suit the needs of your pet.

I work from home on Mondays and Fridays (finishing at 12pm on Fridays), which gives me plenty of time and flexibility to provide walks, playtime, feeding, and lots of attention throughout the day. I also work from home on some Tuesdays, and occasionally I have full weeks working from home, giving me even more availability. On the days I work in the office, I'm home by around 4pm, so I'm available for evening care and walks. I'm also free most weekends, making it easy to accommodate weekend bookings and provide dedicated care for your pets. Your pet's safety, comfort, and happiness are always my top priorities. In your home, I'll follow your instructions carefully, including feeding schedules, walks, medication (if required), and any house rules your pet is familiar with. I'll make sure they receive plenty of attention, playtime, and exercise, while also respecting their individual temperament—whether they love lots of interaction or prefer a quieter approach. If caring for pets in my own home, they'll have a clean, safe, and relaxed environment where they can feel comfortable. I have a decent-sized garden, and I live directly opposite a field with plenty of lovely walking routes nearby, so dogs can enjoy regular exercise. They'll always have fresh water, regular toilet breaks, lots of attention, and plenty of love and supervision.
