Pet care experience

Your fur babies home away from home

Hi, I’m Chelsea! I’m a reliable and caring pet sitter and dog walker with a genuine love for animals. I am DBS clear & have full insurance. I’ve been dog walking and pet sitting since 2021, and I’ve had dogs of my own since I was 12 years old, so caring for animals has always been a huge part of my life. I understand that every dog is different, and I always take the time to make sure they feel comfortable, safe, and happy in my care. Whether your dog loves long walks, playtime, cuddles on the sofa, or just a calm companion, I’ll make sure they get the attention and care they deserve. I’m experienced with dogs of different sizes, breeds, and temperaments, and I’ll always treat your pets like they’re my own. I know how important trust is when leaving your pets with someone, so I’ll keep you updated with photos and messages for peace of mind while you’re away. I’d love to meet you and your furry friend!

It's so reassuring to know that there's someone I can rely on to take great care of Daffy if the need arises - thanks Chelsea!

I couldn’t be happy with our booking. I was sent regular updates and pictures and knew that my boy was being looked after, walked and most importantly had lots of cuddles (he is a bit of a cuddle buddy). We set up a meet and greet before our stay to make sure this was a good fit and that everyone was happy and comfortable. Chelsea was brilliant and has a lovely little family and family home, which ensures your pet has the best stay. I can not recommend Chelsea highly enough and I will definitely be using her services again in the future! Thank you for looking after my boy x

The boys seem to have had a great time with Chelsea. There are some lovely photos of them relaxing and going for a walk whilst investigating interesting smells! Highly recommend

Chelsea looked after our Labrador for 2 weeks while we were away on holiday. She kept us informed on Wilma's wellbeing throughout the stay, sending us regular updates with photos which helped to keep our minds at ease. Wilma appeared happy and healthy when we collected her and Chelsea had even given her a bath ready for our return.

Schedule

I like to keep pets in a calm, comfortable, and loving environment that fits around their usual routine as much as possible. For cats, this includes regular feeding times, fresh water, litter cleaning, playtime, cuddles if they enjoy affection, and plenty of quiet time to relax and feel safe. I provide regular updates and photos throughout the day so owners can feel reassured while they’re away. I always make sure pets receive lots of attention, care, and companionship to help them feel at home.

Safety, trust & environment

Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. I live in a spacious 3-bedroom detached home with plenty of room for pets to relax and feel comfortable. I also have a good-sized, fully enclosed garden where dogs can safely enjoy outdoor time and play. Inside the home, there is a large front room and kitchen area, giving pets lots of space to settle in and feel at home. I live close to several great dog walking routes that I regularly use, providing dogs with safe, enjoyable walks and plenty of exercise. I always aim to create a calm, loving, and secure environment where pets are treated like part of the family, with plenty of attention, care, and supervision throughout their stay. I also have a 2 year old son, he adores all animals and we have taught him boundaries when it comes to all animals, as he has grown up with cats, dogs and horses, but if your baby wants to play, there are 3 of us who will happily play!

Pets

A typical day

A typical day in my care is calm, structured, and tailored to each pet’s individual needs and routine. Dogs will enjoy regular toilet breaks, walks on local dog-friendly routes, playtime, enrichment, and lots of affection throughout the day. There is plenty of space inside to relax, nap, and feel comfortable, as well as a fully enclosed garden for safe outdoor time. For cats, I provide a quiet and stress-free environment with feeding, litter cleaning, playtime, and attention based on their personality and comfort level. I always make sure pets feel safe, loved, and part of the family while in my care, and I provide regular photo and message updates to owners throughout their stay.

Chelsea can host up to 3 pets per night
Before caring for your pet, I like to know as much as possible about their usual routine, personality, and any specific needs they may have. This includes feeding schedules, walking routines, medical requirements, allergies, favourite toys or activities, and anything that helps them feel comfortable and settled. I also appreciate knowing how your pet behaves around other animals, unfamiliar people, or certain situations, as well as any training commands or house rules you would like followed. The more information you can provide, the better I can make your pet feel safe, happy, and at home while in my care.
