About: Having had dogs all my life I am most content snuggled up on the couch with my fur baby! I used to work away a lot and know how hard it can be to find a stable caring environment to leave your fur baby with. I offer a home from home environment for your beloved pet and guarantee lots of walks and cuddles! My own dog Tilly loves company and would be a great companion during your fur baby’s stay! I provide all the home comforts to ensure your pet doesn’t get too home sick!! I have been looking after dogs all my life and love nothing better than walking down the transpennine way which is situated at the bottom of my road. I offer over night boarding for as short or as long as is needed Monday to Sunday.

About: I am an avid animal lover. I have a family dog named Cali who is a 5 year old golden doodle and then me and my partner have a schnauzer named Winston and a cat called Sirius. I also spent the last 4 years in Bali working in a dog and cat sanctuary rescuing them and taking care of them/nursing them back to health at the sanctuary and fostering whilst trying to get them ready for adoption. I am a self employed performer, I work specific events such as weddings, awards ceremonies and birthdays etc. Therefore around these events I have a lot of free time and would love for that to be working with and looking after animals. I have a fenced garden and a spacious home. Also happy to care for animals at your own home. I love to go on walks and also happy to entertain with toys depending on animals needs.

About: I have had dogs all my adult life from a rescue greyhound and to working 10yrs with Guide dogs for the blind as a puppy walker I work two days a week sun mon lates for Sainsburys The rest of the week I am free and flexible to help you out Our home has dog fencing It is grassed we have plenty of toys and a quiet separate sleeping/ feeding area Lots of lead walks and fun

About: I have adored animals for as long as I can remember. I began volunteering as a cat cuddler and dog pen cleaner at an animal rescue center as a teenager. We always had cats in our home growing up. I worked in a pet store for three years and feel I gained much knowledge and insight in doing so. Unfortunately my partner is allergic to pet hair so we do not have our own pets at our house. To get my animal fix I have been a member of 'borrow my doggy,' where I have regularly walked a number of dogs over the years. I have been trusted to house sit for friends over the years and have cared for dogs, cats and donkeys! I currently work part time so have plenty of availability. I am an avid daily walker so can offer your dog whatever level of exercise they require. As mentioned, I do not board pets in our own home due to my partners allergies. However, I am organized, trustworthy and responsible and have house sat in others homes many times. I will follow your instructions rigidly in regards to the care requirements of your home and pets. House sitting will be done by myself only.

“Matthew was absolutely wonderful and we knew from our initial messages that he would take the utmost care or our cocker spaniel,Freya. We explained that we were travelling up from Portsmouth the evening before for my Mum’s funeral so we needed someone to spend the whole day ‘house sitting ‘. He arrived at 8 am and straight away I knew that he would be perfect . He was so sensitive and compassionate , offering sympathy and condolences for my loss. He immediately began interacting with Freya , who bonded with him really quickly. Throughout the day he sent ‘pupdates’ with superb pictures and videos of the two of them playing ‘fetch’ and doing tricks in the garden. He was fabulously understanding about the timescale of his stay , saying that he was happy to stay longer with Freya if needed whilst we attended Mum’s wake. When Matthew was leaving , Freya had formed such an attachment , she wanted to follow him and go with him !!🤣🐾 We cannot fault him at all.👍 He went ‘over and above’ what was required in putting us at ease and in making Freya’s day a lovely one . If we need a ‘house sitter’ when we return north we will have no hesitation in contacting Matt..He was brilliant ! Thankyou so much !!!🥰xx”

About: I grew up on a farm and love having pets around. My partner Ana had a similar childhood and became a Vet. Our friends leave their pets with us when they go on holidays, so we are used to having animals in and out of the house. We try to only have one family at a time to avoid unnecessary stress on pets that don't know eachother. I work fully remote with flexible hours. I can take your dog out for walks during the day or keep a close eye on your pet if required. Being separated from your pet can be stressful and we know that first hand, but they will be treated as family and we'll give you frequent updates throughout their stay. Though we will have to agree what too many updates would look like, so I don't end up spamming you with too many of them.   We have a friendly neighbourhood and a fairly large fenced and secure garden which we are aiming to cat proof soon as well. We have our own cat, Lizzie, who is very clingy with everyone she meets.

I am currently working part time, which mostly consists of a 6am-2pm shift on a Wednesday, a 2pm-10pm shift on a Thursday and a flexible weekend shift. I am happy and hppe to see to your dogs on not only the days I’m not in work, but also in the hours I’m not working on the days that I am in work. When caring for your pet in your home I will aim to keep the dogs routine as close to their usual. If you have preferred times of toilet breaks/ walks or any preferred walking destinations or rules I will adhere to your wishes and what is best for the dog.
