“Izzy was amazing with our Labrador Bruce. We are always nervous to leave him, as we know that big bouncy dogs can be a handful, but Izzy immediately showed that she wasn’t phased by him. After leaving Bruce with her for 3 nights, we came back to a very happy and tired Labrador! Would definitely recommend and use again 😊🙏”

About: Robyn Lind and Keira Southwood 🐾 We are both final year veterinary students and have undertaken 38 weeks of work experience. We have been working with animals since we were little and have fur babies of our own at our family homes 🥰. Robyn worked in kennels before starting uni. Keira has an interest and an abundance of knowledge about exotic species, too! We have both looked after pets for friends and family and are open to discussing the level of care that your pet needs beforehand so that we can give them as much attention as they need! We are both in university on most weekdays from 8-5, but we can frequently stop by the house to check on your pet and let them outside for toilet breaks / feed them and make sure they have everything they need if your pet is staying with us for extended periods. Having two of us also allows us to be more flexible and make multiple checks through the day! We can discuss the level of care your pet will need and will make sure that we can find suitable dates for sitting if your pet will need more attention ❤️ Robyn works every Sunday, but Keira will be free, so Robyn will be able to dedicate her full day to your pet on Saturdays and Keira can dedicate her full day on Sundays. Robyn can house sit for you overnight from 6pm to 7:30am, just give us one week's notice please! We are available to do dog walks from 6pm any day. We are dedicated and passionate about animal care, so we will always have time for your fur babies! We aim to discuss tailored care for each pet that we look after. We are open to providing all services! We will walk your dogs, provide toilet breaks, playtime and lots of snuggles for dogs or cats! What we bring to the table: 🐾 Veterinary experience allowing us to notice if your pet ever needed veterinary care 🐾 No pets of our own, so we can take pets who need to be on their own 🐾 Quiet neighborhood 🐾 Safe, large enclosed garden with plenty to sniff 🐾 Park and walk routes nearby, plenty of places to be explored! 🐾 We take lots of photos and will regularly send updates! 🐾 We split the responsibility and 50/50 to provide the best care for your pet and hope to invest in more toys and treats to help them feel more at home.

About: Hi I'm izzy! I live with 3 other lovely vet students (although just me taking care for pet-sitting), I don't own any pets during term time so very much always looking to take care of some animals! I've pet-sat on and off through vet school, most of these have been dogs. When back at home in Lincoln, I am the proud owner of two cuddly cats called Chutney and Pickle, and previously my big fluffy shepherd, Murphy. We are very familiar with all types of animals at the vet school, young and old, and I am perfectly happy giving medications or any other requirements, just let me know. I live a 5 minute drive from the Leahurst university campus, so always available at lunch times and for quick checkups! I am free for long scenic walks at evenings and weekends. The garden is fenced in (greyhound proof!). The kitchen/living room has space for large dog beds, with upstairs offering large and quiet rooms for pets to relax in. I do not currently own any of my own pets.
“Katie was brilliant and really helped us out last minute. Our two large and hyper dogs loved her immediately and she was great with them from the start, sending photos and keeping us updated while we were out. We will definitely be asking Katie for help again!”
“Jack was amazing with my two doggies. He was so respectful of their needs and kept me updated with pictures and how they were. They both absolutely loved them and I would recommend him to anyone.”

About: 🏡 I know how important it is for pets to stay in a familiar environment, particularly when their owners are away. When house sitting, I'll keep your pets' normal routines as consistent as possible, including feeding, walks, playtime, medication if required and plenty of company and reassurance. I’m also very respectful of your home. I’ll keep things clean and tidy, follow your instructions carefully and treat your home as if it were my own. And of course, I'll keep you updated with messages and photos while you're away, because I know how reassuring it is to see a happy face when you're missing them. ❤️ Pet care is my daily routine. As a full-time sitter, my entire schedule revolves around the needs of the animals in my care. My days are structured around your pet's specific morning, mid-day, and evening requirements—whether that means strict feeding times, frequent potty breaks, or regular exercise. They get undivided care and attention throughout the day. All you need to do is let me know how long your fur-baby is comfortable being left for in order for me to pop out and do any errands. In-Home Care & Safety Approach Maintaining Daily Routines: I follow your pet’s exact schedule for feeding, medication, walks, and bedtime. Keeping their normal routine in their familiar surroundings drastically reduces anxiety while you are away. Home Security & Safety: I treat your home with the utmost respect and vigilance. I ensure all doors, windows, and gates are locked tight whenever I leave or enter, follow alarm instructions precisely, and never invite visitors over. Pet-Proofing & Supervision: I keep a close eye on your pet to prevent trash-foraging or counter-surfing, stick strictly to your established walking routes, and keep dogs securely leashed whenever we are outside. Cleanliness & Respect: I leave your home as clean (or cleaner!) than I found it—wiping muddy paws at the door, cleaning up after meals, and handling trash/mail as instructed. Emergency Preparedness: During our initial Meet & Greet, I collect your vet's contact info, emergency contacts, and home access details so I am fully prepared for any situation. Clear Communication: I send regular updates with photos and details on how your pet is doing so you can enjoy your time away with complete peace of mind.
“Fantastic. From booking to sitting. Nicky and Nora had the best time with great walks and companioship. I would highly recommend Alicia. We will definately use her wonderful service again.”

“This was the first time Katherine looked after Poppy. We arranged a meet and greet. that confirmed we had chosen the perfect person to look after Poppy. We went away for a weekend while Katherine stayed in our house with Poppy. Katherine is a genuinely nice girl who will give your dog lots of love and affection whilst in her care. Poppy got lots of walks. Katherine sent us daily updates and pics. Again seeing Poppy so content made us happy. We can’t thank Katherine enough for looking after Poppy. We will 100% be using Katherine for any future dog sitting. Thanks again Katherine”

About: I’ve worked as a VCA and VR for the past 18 months, handling all different breeds and sizes. With two dogs of my own, I understand how important it is that your fur babies are well looked after by someone who puts their pets needs first If my availability doesn’t suit, still pop me a message and I will try my best to accommodate ☺️ I work full-time so my availability is mostly evenings and weekends. However your pets will have 100% of my attention during their time with me! I will treat your fur baby like my own. I have my own fur baby’s and know exactly how I expect them to be treated when they’re looked after by someone else!
About: I have always loved animals. My first ‘job’ was walking my elderly neighbour’s Westie every day after school when I was 15, as well as countless nights pet sitting for friends and family. I worked in a dog grooming salon for over two years between the ages of 17 and 20, before I went to University to study Zoology. After I left Uni, I decided that I wanted to go back to working hands on with animals. I have now completed a Level 3 Diploma in Dog Grooming and I own my own small grooming business. I joined Rover because I want to be able to interact with pets outside of the salon as well as in the salon. I am Canine First Aid Trained, and I am looking at getting feline first aid training as well. I also own two dogs, Mabel and Sadie, as well as a cat, Magpie. I have recently opened up a dog grooming salon so I am working with dogs most days of the week. I am free for daily drop ins in the morning and afternoon, and for pet-sitting Friday-Monday. In a pet-owners home, I will always go at the pet’s pace. I will listen to body language and try to be as hands off as possible until they warm up to me. If the pet is more confident and friendly, I will ensure they get as much love as they need from me!
“Cerys was fantastic, this is the first time we have had someone in house look after our two dogs and she was amazing. We arranged to meet first so she could meet herbie and Blu who both loved her. She kept us informed throughout our break letting us know how they were along with pictures of them enjoying walks together. We would highly recommend Cerys who was easy to deal with and fantastic with our two boys! Thank you Cerys!”

About: I have over 10 years of experience caring for dogs through supporting family and friends with their pets. More recently, I have also been raising my own Fox Red Labrador since he was just 8 weeks old. Through daily training, exercise, socialisation, and care, I’ve gained valuable hands-on experience in meeting the needs of an energetic young dog. I understand the importance of consistency, patience, and creating a safe, loving environment where dogs feel relaxed, secure, and part of the family. My Labrador is friendly, well-trained, and enjoys spending time with other dogs, making our home a welcoming place for canine visitors. Whether your dog loves long walks, playtime, enrichment activities, or simply relaxing in a comfortable home, I will tailor their care to suit their individual needs and routine. I treat every dog as if they were my own, ensuring they receive plenty of attention, affection, exercise, and care throughout their stay. For your peace of mind, I’ll provide regular updates, photos, and messages, so you can relax knowing your dog is happy, safe, and in caring hands. My days are structured around feeding, walks, playtime, training, and making sure he gets plenty of exercise, attention, and mental stimulation. I work full-time, but I have the flexibility to work from home when needed. This allows me to be available to care for dogs in my home and ensure they receive the attention, companionship, and supervision they need throughout the day. When caring for dogs in my home, I aim to keep their routine as close as possible to what they're used to. I'll follow the owner's instructions regarding feeding times, exercise, sleeping arrangements, medications, and any special requirements. Ive had my Fox Red Labrador that I have raised since he was 8 weeks old, so I'm experienced in the daily care, exercise, training, and attention that dogs need. Dogs staying with me will receive plenty of companionship, regular toilet breaks, exercise, playtime, and lots of affection throughout the day. Safety is my top priority, and I always take the time to help dogs settle in and feel comfortable in their surroundings. I understand that every dog is different, so I adapt my care to suit their personality, energy level, and individual needs.

“Helen looked after my two Cockapoo’s for the night. Helen has previous sat for them and it was a no brainier to ask her again, she is absolutely fantastic with them both and my house is left perfect. Thank you Helen”

About: Ive had dogs for years, my last dog had Addisons disease, so I learnt to care for dogs that require medications and more observation than most. All my dogs have been spaniels, very well behelaved and friendly. I only ever have love for all types of dogs. They are precious animals and we are their world. I work irregular hours and am sometimes away on cruise ships. But when I am home, I am home all day. Normally Daphne gets 2/3 walks through the day. As well as daily training and brain stimulation. Throughout all services I will treat the pups with respect and as if they were my own. Then dependant on the service booked I will always work toward the owners daily routines or the instructions left for the care of their wonderful pet.
About: As well as having by own pets since childhood, I have worked at a stables since I was 13. I am now a veterinary student, and have had experience with a variety of animals during my studies and work experience placements. I have also enjoyed pet sitting during my studies so far. I have a busy timetable 9-5 Monday to Friday while I am at university. However, I would love to fit in some pet sitting or dog walking outside of these hours, at weekends, or during these hours subject to agreement. I am not able to offer pet care at my home, but would be more than happy to offer pet sitting, house visits or dog walking. I am reliable and trustworthy, and will keep you updated with messages and/ or pictures of you would like me to.
“Will is a kind and gentle person that you can trust to care for your animals in your home. We're so pleased to have found him, he's an excellent house guest and we came home to happy pets. Will looked after our 3 dogs and cat, gave us lots of updates and photos of the animals and puts us at ease as pet parents. We have an elderly dog, 2 rescue 2 year old dogs and a rescue cat and Will met all their individual needs. He's built a lovely relationship with all the animals and we look forward to him caring for our pets again, thabk you Will! 🙏🏻”

Izzy was amazing with our Labrador Bruce. We are always nervous to leave him, as we know that big bouncy dogs can be a handful, but Izzy immediately showed that she wasn’t phased by him. After leaving Bruce with her for 3 nights, we came back to a very happy and tired Labrador! Would definitely recommend and use again 😊🙏

Hannah was punctual, polite, friendly and both our pets were very comfortable being left with her for the evening. She sent us an update during the evening as required and knowing she is a veterinary student gave us an added layer of reassurance. We will definitely book her again.
Hollie is an excellent choice for your pets. She looked after my dog Luna for 5 days and did an excellent job taking care of her needs and going above and beyond by giving her plenty of walks in the local area. Plenty of updates and house was kept nice and tidy. Thanks Hollie!

Elizabeth looked after my 9 year old Lab for the weekend and I arrived home to a happy, chilled dog. I received photos from when she first arrived and also of Archie on his walks (one very long one which he would have loved!). I would recommend Elizabeth and definitely book her again.
