“Matt came and looked after my 2 cats and tortoise while I was away over the weekend. He did a fab job of looking after them and I would highly recommend!! He took time to come and meet everyone and learn all of the animals routines which was reassuring to see. I got regular updates and photos which was a bonus.”

About: I’ve been a reliable dog sitter for friends, family, and have always had dogs in the house since I was little! I have experience caring for dogs of different breeds, sizes, and energy levels, providing walks, playtime, feeding, and plenty of affection. Whether your pet enjoys long walks, interactive play, or simply relaxing with company, I'm happy to tailor my care to what makes them feel comfortable and happy 😊 I work from home as a freelancer, which gives me a very flexible schedule and allows me to be available throughout the day for pet care. I can easily accommodate morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend visits. My flexible routine means I can adapt to your pet's schedule and ensure they receive reliable, attentive care while you're away. I will always follow the owner's instructions carefully to keep their routine as consistent as possible. I also have a large fenced in garden with lots of open space for them to play and roam, as well as being next to lots of walking areas. I provide regular updates and photos so you can have peace of mind while you're away.
About: I have had my own/family animals since I can remember. I have looked after many families/friends/neighbours pets whilst they were away on holiday. I really love spending the time to create a bond with the animal I am looking after. I have a quiet and patient nature. I have my own dog, rescue cat and two horses. I currently work full time shifts, however am more than happy to discuss specific times/days with you as I would not be able to do a routine same day/time every week. I would take care of your pet like it was my own. I love to get outside, I am very active! I have a safe, cozy home that is pet friendly! I am happy to attend your own home and look after your pet form there.

About: We’re a family of four, with me and my three children aged 9, 12 and 14, plus our very friendly cocker spaniel, Oreo. We’re a busy, active family who love getting outdoors, going for walks and exploring, so dogs naturally fit into our lifestyle. Oreo is a much-loved part of the family and really enjoys having company, so we’re excited to welcome other friendly dogs into our home and give them lots of love, attention and a real family experience while they stay with us. Your dog won’t be treated like they’re in kennels — they’ll be welcomed as part of our family and included in our normal family life. There are plenty of cuddles, attention, walks and garden time, with someone around for most of the day. I know how difficult it can be leaving your dog with someone else, so I want to make the experience as relaxed and reassuring as possible. I’ve used Rover for dog care myself for years, so I know how important it is to find someone you can really trust with your dog. I understand the reassurance that comes from regular updates, photos and knowing your dog is happy, safe and being well cared for while you’re away. Oreo is very much part of our family, so we’re looking for friendly dogs who would enjoy a fun, relaxed family home and a canine companion. 🐶 I’d love to arrange a meet-and-greet first to make sure your dog and Oreo get along and that we’re the right fit for each other. ❤️ Our Schedule I welcome dogs at weekends and during school holidays. As a teacher, this means I’ll have plenty of time to give them lots of attention and make them part of our family plans. We love getting out and about for walks, exploring forests, visiting the beach and having little adventures, so your dog can come along and enjoy it all with us. Our Environment We live in a cosy, small family home with a secure, fenced garden where dogs can safely potter around, play and relax. It’s a relaxed, welcoming home environment rather than a kennel setting, and we’re happy for dogs to settle into our usual family routine — including plenty of sofa cuddles!

About: I have over 10 years of experience caring for dogs through supporting family and friends with their pets. More recently, I have also been raising my own Fox Red Labrador since he was just 8 weeks old. Through daily training, exercise, socialisation, and care, I’ve gained valuable hands-on experience in meeting the needs of an energetic young dog. I understand the importance of consistency, patience, and creating a safe, loving environment where dogs feel relaxed, secure, and part of the family. My Labrador is friendly, well-trained, and enjoys spending time with other dogs, making our home a welcoming place for canine visitors. Whether your dog loves long walks, playtime, enrichment activities, or simply relaxing in a comfortable home, I will tailor their care to suit their individual needs and routine. I treat every dog as if they were my own, ensuring they receive plenty of attention, affection, exercise, and care throughout their stay. For your peace of mind, I’ll provide regular updates, photos, and messages, so you can relax knowing your dog is happy, safe, and in caring hands. My days are structured around feeding, walks, playtime, training, and making sure he gets plenty of exercise, attention, and mental stimulation. I work full-time, but I have the flexibility to work from home when needed. This allows me to be available to care for dogs in my home and ensure they receive the attention, companionship, and supervision they need throughout the day. When caring for dogs in my home, I aim to keep their routine as close as possible to what they're used to. I'll follow the owner's instructions regarding feeding times, exercise, sleeping arrangements, medications, and any special requirements. “Helen was quick to answer and very careful with all details I told her about Granola. She even agreed to take care of my cat in short notice, saving my life! She was more than helpful to me, super polite, nice, great with cats, and very thoughtful. Highly recommend her.”

“Paul came to visit my cats before we went on holiday We were able to show him their space and discuss food patterns Wally and Warwick are very nervous cats but Paul was able to get close to them and they seemed very settled with him. Paul came each day and i was sent photos of the Wally and Warwick. I felt comfortable that my cats were in very good hands while away on holiday.”

About: Hi! I am a qualified children’s nurse. I have had a love for animals from a young age. My experience with pets started when I was around 9 years old when my parents got a dog for our family. We also rescued and had a bird for a short while. I then had a few hamsters and guinea pigs in my teens. When I was 17 I even had/adopted a pygmy hedgehog. We also welcomed another dog to the family at that point. When I moved away for university, I really missed having pets. My favourite part about going home was seeing the dogs - and still is! Unfortunately, due to the long shifts I work and having no family nearby, I am unable to have a dog of my own at the moment - although I would absolutely love one! However, I adopted a hamster in March 2025, and she has been a lovely addition in my home! I work full-time but because I do shift work I typically have 3-4 days off a week. It will depend on the specific week what days I am available - I will update my availability to show this. I live alone and have no cats/dogs so I will be a good option if your pet doesn’t like other animals. I do have a hamster upstairs but I can close the door to that bedroom if necessary. I live in a terraced house so I have a walled-in yard at the back.

“Georgia dropped in with our 12-week old puppy Gracie to sort out her lunch and give her some attention while we needed to be out of the house. Georgia let us know when she arrived and when she was leaving, and we got some lovely photos of Gracie playing during the drop in. When we returned she was very relaxed in her crate. Thanks Georgia!”

About: I’m a doting fur-baby-mum to Henry the 11 year old rescue cat, who I’ve had for 10 years and Hugo the 5 year old Labrador who I’ve had from 8 weeks old. I regularly go dog walking with other dogs and look after my sisters dog Coco the cockerpoo. I’ve used Rover for years to look after Hugo but I’ve just taken a remote role so I’ll be at home full time now and able to assist others. I’m remote working and have complete flexibility on my hours so I’m able to come and do dog walking or drop-ins throughout the day. I can take on boarding anytime. I have a lovely 3 bed semi with a fully fenced garden and patio area. Plenty of space for roaming around outside and rolling around on the grass! I’m active with Hugo and can take your dog on plenty of walks and just behind my house is a park with a field where we can play fetch only 2 mins away.
“It was our first experience using Rover and we’re so happy with how it went. Dianne sent us lots of pictures and has great communication. Her love for animals is apparent and we’ll definitely be a repeat customer!”
