“David was absolutely amazing with our dog Seamus during his 3 week stay! From the very beginning, he went above and beyond to make sure both we and Seamus felt comfortable. He arranged meet and greets beforehand so Seamus could get to know him, and that really gave us peace of mind before leaving. While we were away, David kept in touch every single day with updates and photos, and he was always quick to respond whenever we reached out. His communication was fantastic and meant we never had to worry, Seamus was clearly happy, well cared for, and having a great time with the other dogs ☺️ It’s so clear that David has a genuine love for dogs, and Seamus warmed to him right away. He’s not only reliable and professional, but also a truly lovely person who treated Seamus as if he were his own. Leaving your dog for 3 weeks is never easy, but David made the whole experience completely stress free. We honestly couldn’t recommend him highly enough and will definitely be booking with him again in the future ❤️🦮”

About: I’ve been a reliable dog sitter for friends, family, and have always had dogs in the house since I was little! I have experience caring for dogs of different breeds, sizes, and energy levels, providing walks, playtime, feeding, and plenty of affection. Whether your pet enjoys long walks, interactive play, or simply relaxing with company, I'm happy to tailor my care to what makes them feel comfortable and happy 😊 I work from home as a freelancer, which gives me a very flexible schedule and allows me to be available throughout the day for pet care. I can easily accommodate morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend visits. My flexible routine means I can adapt to your pet's schedule and ensure they receive reliable, attentive care while you're away. I will always follow the owner's instructions carefully to keep their routine as consistent as possible. I also have a large fenced in garden with lots of open space for them to play and roam, as well as being next to lots of walking areas. I provide regular updates and photos so you can have peace of mind while you're away.
“Excellent host, really helped us out last minute, when my usual sitter let us down. A lovely quiet road with a secure garden. We are likely to send Harvey there again next time as it's just a 15 minutes drive from our home.”

About: Myself and my partner, Hayden, have grown up around dogs our entire lives and adore their company. We have experience of puppies all the way through to elderly dogs, well-behaved and those with behavioural issues. We have both been zookeepers in the past too so that really shows our love for animals and understanding of animal behaviour. We are both good with training, providing play and enrichment, and ensuring the environment is suitable depending on your dog’s needs. Our own dog just adores other dogs. She is a 2 year old German Shepherd x Rottweiler, and is still a playful pup. For this reason we do not accept the smallest dogs just in case her play is too boisterous. As you can tell in the photos, we are active people who love a long walk, and enjoy providing enrichment and play time. I am currently working full time from home, so will always be available to meet your dog’s needs. Also, my partner is around more often to provide care if I was to have a meeting. We are huge dog lovers so your dog can really treat our home like their own, including sofa cuddles, playing with our dog and joining us on days out. As we have a dog of our own, we will always fit a walk into our day. This can be done however best suits your dog I.e. multiple short walks or one big long walk. We would allow your dog to sleep anywhere downstairs in our home. Unfortunately, we do not allow dogs upstairs as this is very much our cat’s domain. We can ensure that our dog is kept separate to yours overnight though if this is best. Our home has a fenced garden with ample space to play with our resident dog. Our home is a work in progress, so we are not precious about anything. If something is damaged by your dog we will not blame them or punish them. We also don’t expect a perfectly trained dog.

“Max thoroughly enjoyed his time with Charlotte, it was a holiday for him. Despite my worries about what he would be like away from his own home and family, all that worry disappeared. He was well looked after by Charlotte, and you can see she has a genuine love of animals. I will be using Charlotte again to look after Max and would definitely recommend her.”

About: I know trusting someone to care for your pet can feel stressful. But I'll make your dog feel safe, happy and very loved. I've taken care of dogs for nearly 10 years. I've looked after a range of breeds and ages - from a puppy cockerspaniel through to a big and energetic Golden Doodle - and understand every dog is different. I'll get to know your pet's personality, what they like and their routines so staying with me feels like a home away from home. I am self-employed and work from home, so I'll always be around to give cuddles and lots of attention. Sefton Park, Princes Park and Otterspool Promenade are all a ten minute walk form my house. So, there are plenty of lovely green space for us to go and explore together! I am self-employed and work from home, which means I can adapt to your pet's routine and have plenty of time for cuddles and play. I have a walled yard - perfect for dogs who like to chill in the outdoors. I have a three bedroom house, so there's plenty of room for your pet to wander around indoors. Dog are allowed upstairs.
“My dog is quite anxious and this was his first time being away from me in Liverpool but he had a great time! Emily asked all the right questions and sent me lots of updates and photos which was very reassuring when I was away Pickle is also very cute and made friends with my dog over the weekend Highly recommend if you are worried about leaving your dog with someone 🙂”

“Sarita was amazing with out puppy. It was the first time leaving her but she had the best time. We had daily updates of what she was up to and felt relaxed that she was in safe hands.”

“Michael and Val, are honestly the best people we could have wished for our little cockapoo to spend some time with, they take her for loads of walks, playing ball and enjoying all her little traits. I cannot thank them enough for making our little dog so comfortable will not hesitate to use them again!!”

About: I have been around dogs for most of my life. Currently the proud doggie Mum to Luna the Cockapoo who is our world ! We are a family of 5, my husband is an optician, studying to become an optometrist. I work part time a couple of evenings a week. We have three older children (17, 14 and 13) who are all very fond of dogs and love to make a fuss of any visiting dogs! We have a calm house, suitable for dogs who are used to being allowed on the furniture and not being left alone. My own dog is never left alone due to separation anxiety so there is always an adult at home with her and it's almost always me ! I have business insurance to care for dogs, dog first aid and boarding certificates, an up to date DBS which can be seen and we have a very dog friendly home with a fully secure back garden and no hazards. We contemplated getting a second dog as a friend for ours as she loves company but I've gone down this route instead. We are based in Thingwall, can offer flexible days and times and will provide updates when required. Any dog who comes to stay with us will receive as much attention as they like, we can follow their usual routines if that's sleeping on a bed with a human or having belly rubs all evening. The house can be calm and serene, or if the dog is more used to long walks and adventures then we can do that - I want your dog to feel at home so lots of details will be taken to ensure your dog has the best time ! There is always someone at home - usually me. If I have to nip out to pick someone up I will take any dogs with me. Most days involve a trip to the park, beach or woods, a laze on the sofa with some TV and cuddles, another walk and more cuddles ! Fully secure fenced garden, non slip floors which are cleaned regularly, a very clean and tidy home with no clutter or choking hazards. Safety checks completed - working smoke detectors, fire extinguisher, dog first aid kit. The use of doggy seatbelts and car seats when travelling. My own vet is available in an emergency but all paperwork completed beforehand will go over anything like this.
“Jhenelle and her family took such good care of Poppy, I was genuinely worried that Poppy wouldn't want to come home! The communication from Jhenelle was excellent from before we met and throughout the time we were away. We had regular updates and were reassured that Poppy was having a great time. From the moment Poppy arrived at Jhenelle's home she was a very relaxed and happy dog. I look forward to booking Poppy in again in the knowledge that she will be so well looked after by Jhenelle and her family.”

About: I have been a dog owner all my life, from my family pets to now my own puppy. I am well versed in training, walking and most importantly caring for any kind of dog. As mentioned I have my own puppy so if you choose for me to look after your pup then they will get a Golden friend in my little Ulla who is full of love and energy and is the friendliest puppy around. I am available for dog walking most evenings and weekends to fit around my own work schedule. If you’d like your pup to be walked with my Ulla then I am happy to do so, or if you feel more comfortable with a solo walk then I can also accommodate this. I have a secure yard and my own pup Ulla who will show your dog the ropes of the house and the comfiest spots on the sofa. I allow dogs upstairs but only when supervised and dogs on the sofa are of course allowed if that is part of your pups own home life
“Gabriella and her partner were amazing with twix. They allowed me to meet up with themselves to see twix before the book. They have a lovely home with 2 great kids and sent me regular updates and photos. I will be booking them again if they’re available”

About: We’re a family of four, with me and my three children aged 9, 12 and 14, plus our very friendly cocker spaniel, Oreo. We’re a busy, active family who love getting outdoors, going for walks and exploring, so dogs naturally fit into our lifestyle. Oreo is a much-loved part of the family and really enjoys having company, so we’re excited to welcome other friendly dogs into our home and give them lots of love, attention and a real family experience while they stay with us. Your dog won’t be treated like they’re in kennels — they’ll be welcomed as part of our family and included in our normal family life. There are plenty of cuddles, attention, walks and garden time, with someone around for most of the day. I know how difficult it can be leaving your dog with someone else, so I want to make the experience as relaxed and reassuring as possible. I’ve used Rover for dog care myself for years, so I know how important it is to find someone you can really trust with your dog. I understand the reassurance that comes from regular updates, photos and knowing your dog is happy, safe and being well cared for while you’re away. Oreo is very much part of our family, so we’re looking for friendly dogs who would enjoy a fun, relaxed family home and a canine companion. 🐶 I’d love to arrange a meet-and-greet first to make sure your dog and Oreo get along and that we’re the right fit for each other. ❤️ Our Schedule I welcome dogs at weekends and during school holidays. As a teacher, this means I’ll have plenty of time to give them lots of attention and make them part of our family plans. We love getting out and about for walks, exploring forests, visiting the beach and having little adventures, so your dog can come along and enjoy it all with us. Our Environment We live in a cosy, small family home with a secure, fenced garden where dogs can safely potter around, play and relax. It’s a relaxed, welcoming home environment rather than a kennel setting, and we’re happy for dogs to settle into our usual family routine — including plenty of sofa cuddles!
“Thank you so much for looking after Max and Archie, having dogs that are older and quite set in their ways, it is a challenge to find someone to look after them as their own. We found that place with you, the fact that you allowed them to share your home in the way they are used to allow them to settle in quickly and it was obvious when we collected them that they had not only been cared for but loved. Thank you for looking after Max and Archie and once we have sorted out our next time away we will reach out if that is ok. Thanks again for everything.”

“So delighted to have found Lauren and her partner to care for Luna. She stayed for one night when I went to an event, and I was a bit nervous about leaving her as she is with me all the time. Lauren sent me lots of pictures and updates and reassured me that luna was fine and having a great sleepover with their doggie. She had lots of walks and was settled. Would not hesitate to book Lauren again and she's so close to where I live, it's great ?”

“Martyna and Jack were fantastic. They arranged for a trial visit to allow our dog time to bond with their dogs and then took our dog in as one of their own when she stayed with them. They shared constant updates and made sure the dogs had multiple walks every day. Daisy loved her time staying with Jack and Martyna and we will definitely be using them again! Thanks guys!”

Such a lovely couple I would definitely recommend these two. Unfortunately we had slight issues with the my males dogs being territorial over my female with there male dog which I've never seen before from my dog but I now know this for the future. This issue was handled amazing and they both worked with me to sort it out as this was first time it has happened both friendly kind and always stay in contact xx. Thank you again

Marianna was unavailable so arranged for her housemate Lucy who also pet sits to have Dottie. I was very happy that Dottie was well cared for received regular updates and pictures not sure she wanted to come home 😂 I would definitely arrange for Dottie to go here again this was only one night but would like them to have her for a longer period if we want a holiday. Would not hesitate to book again.

Hannah was a great host. She took time to meet Ollie prior to his stay. It was Ollies first time away from family and she made sure that she knew his routine and spent time both playing and walking with him. She communicated with us throughout his visit sending pictures and updates. Ollie had a lovely time and we wouldn’t hesitate leave him with her again

Clemmie looked after our elderly pug Lola whilst we went away for the weekend. Lola had a wonderful time, Clemmie sent us lots of photos and even trimmed Lola’s nails. Clemmie was lovely, very warm and caring plus being a trainee vet we felt at complete ease leaving our little old lady with her. We will most definitely book Clemmie again in the future 😊 ❤️
