About: I have experience contributing to the raising, training and caring for 11 dogs over the course of growing up on my family farm. This includes training Border Collie puppies to be working sheep dogs, crate training a terrier and a cocker spaniel as well as senior care to many of our dogs. Although I do not currently have a dog of my own at my flat, I feel my experience and background positions me well to be an effective and reliable dog sitter. I have a full time job working from home. I am a project manager at a web development agency. This gives me a great amount of flexibility during the day. Currently I work from 8am-4pm but I can sometimes start earlier or finish later depending on a few different factors. Every day after work I go for a walk on the canal which is less and a minute away from my front door. This is an ideal place to take your dog for a walks during the day. Safety and trust are my top priorities when caring for dogs in my home. I have created a comfortable, secure, and pet-friendly environment, ensuring that each dog has a designated space to rest and play. I always keep hazardous items out of reach and maintain a clean, organised space to prevent accidents. Dogs in my care are supervised at all times, whether indoors or during outdoor activities, and I follow owners' specific instructions to maintain their dogs' routines and comfort. With my full-time work-from-home job, I'm always available to give the dogs the attention and care they need and deserve.

I also do basic training of dogs if needed. I love being around all animals and between me and my partner we will always make sure your dog is supervised. I have also completed a few animal first aid courses so I’m up to date with that should you need it. I hope that I can be of service and come to meet your pup When looking after dogs they will be my full time priority, that will be my only job so your dog will be fully looked after 24/7 Lots of cuddles and play time with treats and games inside the house and then run abouts and walks outside of the house, can’t wait

About: I've been around cats and dogs my whole life and have always loved caring for animals. When I was younger, I volunteered at a local dog shelter, where I gained experience looking after dogs with different personalities and needs. These days, I regularly take my boyfriend's Beagle and his sisters' Shibas out for walks, making sure they get plenty of exercise, playtime, and attention. I genuinely enjoy spending time with dogs and treat every pet as if they were my own, providing them with lots of care, affection, and a safe, happy environment. I work fully remotely, so I'll be home throughout the day to give your pet plenty of attention, companionship, and regular toilet breaks if needed. Your pet won't be left alone for long periods, and I'll make time for play, cuddles, and keeping to their usual routine. I have a large, secure garden where dogs can enjoy supervised time outside, whether that's playing, exploring, or simply relaxing in the fresh air. My own cat, Flo, loves spending most of her day sunbathing in the garden and is used to being around dogs, as my partner regularly brings his Beagle over to visit. She's calm and comfortable sharing the space with well-behaved, cat-friendly dogs. My priority is always making sure every pet feels safe, happy, and at home during their stay.
About: I had my first puppy when I was 11 years old and helped my family train her. She became one of the nicest dogs I've known to date. At the age of 10, she unfortuantely developed a nasty cancerous growth of her mouth and during her final months, I helped care for her and was there for her final breath. I've helped family, friends and neighbours walk their dogs during school ages to make some pocket money and became very fond of my job. As a late teenager, I adopted an ageing dog from a friend who could no longer care for her. As she already knew me, her transition was an easy one. At 24, I bought my first puppy, who I trained by myself. He turned into a fantastic animal and at the right age, went and worked on a local farm. I've used both my energetic side and calming tendencies to help puppies develop and find their place in society and their family, and guide and care for elderly or sick dogs. We bring young puppies into our world, and it's important we're there as they leave our world too. From small to giant, I have love in abundance! I currently work part-time (roughly 16-20 hours p/week). Most of my work is from home. On the jobs I'm required to leave the house, I'm not away from my home for more than 2 hours. Therefore, I have plenty of time either side of my working commitments to dedicate towards various pet care. I have a well secured back garden with enough grass space to provide a good amount of play time for your pet. In the house, I provide a warm home with easy access to water and food throughout the day, and a cosy spot to snuggle up on the sofa or chairs. My house offers plenty of indoor space on the downstairs floor and a quite space can be provided for your pet should they require it. My two children are dog lovers like me and have been coached on the requirements dogs need. They know how to feed, water and take care of your pet. They are gentle and respectful at all times. I am a strong believer in teaching young children the values of respect, love and kindness towards all animals.

“Mark has recently looked after my 4 cats for the last 6 days. Mark came for a meet and greet when I initially booked which was some time before the actual visit, he also came again for a refresh the day before which I really appreciated. He was friendly and chatty and put me at ease and I knew the cats would be well cared for. I had updates everyday and lots of photo's. The house was clean and tidy and he was happy to go and search for the cats under the bed to make sure they were all ok. My 4 cats are rescue and not all of them good with strangers so this was very much appreciated. Thanks Mark!”

Every pet also gets plenty of cuddles, enrichment, playtime, walks, and the individual attention they deserve. Their routine stays as normal as possible, helping them feel relaxed and secure while you’re away. Because pet sitting isn’t just about feeding and walking. It’s about knowing when everything is fine… and recognising immediately when it isn’t. Your pet deserves expert care. You deserve complete peace of mind I’m at home majority of time. Happy to play and interact full time with the pets in a safe an stimulant way. If left alone for short periods (example pick up groceries) there are interactive cameras inside and outside the premises, also crates will be used to prevent accidents while away. About: I’m a full time marketing executive for a company in Oswestry and photographer part time with my photography business Seren Neve Photography. I tend to work from home a little bit so anyone local that needs someone popping in to check in on their animals I’m happy to! I have over 10 years of experience with being around and looking after dogs, I used to have a Labrador so I’m capable of looking after a bigger dog also. One of our french bulldogs has severe allergies to where we have to give her medication 24/7 so I’m also capable of looking after a dog/cat who needs to take tablets in foods. I love to keep fit and I love going for long walks so I’m very capable with taking dogs on a nice long and calming walk, or if they prefer short I’m more than happy to do that as well and then come back to play with them in the garden/house. I love all dogs and cats, from big to small so I would be really happy to look after any! I tend to be free most evenings after work and majority of the time on weekends if I’m not out and about - again this can be handy if people need someone to walk their dogs. I will only visit other peoples houses as I already have 3 dogs at my family home. I would prefer going to other peoples houses.

Dog owners share their Rover experiences - Oswestry
Jack is a real find. He took the time to come and meet our puppy, Albie, before his first drop-in visit. Albie took to Jack immediately and it was clear that Jack loves dogs and is very experienced with handling them. We had a really comprehensive update after Jack’s drop-in visit with lots of photos. Really happy puppy and happy owners too. Thanks to Jack - we’re really happy that he’s part of Albie’s extended family now!
