About: I’ve had dogs all my life. I worked at two dog and cat boarding kennels when I was younger. I also worked as a groom. I have walked friends and my family’s dogs. I live on a Narrowboat moving from Ellesmere through to Chirk and to Maesbury so stay near to Oswestry. So I am available in all those areas. I walk my Jack Russell Toots along the canal daily and it is stunning. I am working part time at the moment so I am available most days including weekends to drop in on your pet or walk them I would care for your pet keeping to their usual routine to minimise stress for them. I would keep them safe, healthy and happy in their own environment

About: Volunteered as a dog walker walking a large dog weekly (and got him to behave on a lead!), comfortable with any dog breed, also experienced with looking after cats - currently own a 15 year old torbie I am currently self employed, so very flexible with my schedule. I am also able to take on jobs on short notice, providing I am able to get to the property on foot. Dogs will be kept on leash outside the house at all times, I will defer to the owner on guidance surrounding treats and toys. I have no problem with animal fur getting on clothes!

About: Hello! We’re Ellen and Owen. Having grown up with family dogs—a pair of Shih Tzus and a sheepdog—we truly understand the joy and companionship pets bring. We love going for walks and embarking on adventures during our active weekends. Both of us work from home three days a week, allowing us to provide attentive care for your pets throughout the week and on weekends. With plenty of experience dog sitting for breeds ranging from chocolate Labradors (puppies and elderly) to Irish Wolfhounds, we guarantee your dogs will be well looked after and showered with love in our care. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or need more information! We both work from home 3 days per week (usually Monday, Wednesday, Friday). I only work until 1 on a Friday so can collect pets after that. We tend to go to the gym in the mornings so we have free evenings. We’d be happy to collect pets or meet you on your commute, whatever works. Despite having no garden, we do have a balcony for fresh air and a local park which has plenty green space for a run around (if we know your dog has good recall otherwise they’ll stay on the lead). We’d be able to take them for a walk a couple of times a day on our work breaks to make sure there’s no accidents!

About: I've had pets all my life, I have worked in a wide range of animal backgrounds like dog grooming, veterinary care, per sitting. I have a level 3 in animal welfare and a zoology degree. I have trained many family and friends pets from dachshunds, Staffies to XL bullies. I find peace when around animals and have so much love for them all. I'm trying to spend time with animals as much as I can as well as having a full time job. I can come after work - I finish at 5 Monday - Thursday and 3:45 on Fridays. I'm off on weekends. I'll give all the cuddles if that's what the dog/cat is used to, but completely understand if they need space. I'll make sure they have had some care and attention in whatever way they need. I'm very confident in handling dogs and cats, I have a big dog myself and I'm aware of the needs of differently sized animals.

About: I give genuine care and attention to every kind of pet. As a cat owner myself, I understand how important it is to know your pet is safe, happy and well looked after while your away. I treat every animal with kindness, patience and respect, caring for them as if they were my own. I am also committed to developing my knowledge and skills by undertaking a diploma in animal care. This will help me provide the best possible care and give owners added confidence that their pets are in good hands. I have many years experience in looking after animals, mainly cats and dogs. I’m currently working part time, over 3 days and working 1 maybe 2 weekends in 4 if your local to park hall Whittington that makes it easier for me to help more. I will be offering pet care in your own home. I have a references from a clients whom I look after and I have a 5 year old cat called fudge. This can be for a an hour, a couple of hours a whole day or staying over while you are away.

About: We are fully insured. We've always had pets and love their company. We have always taken care of our friends and family's dogs when they are away and ensure it's a home from home for them. We've been part of the Rover family for over a year and regularly have pets stay with us from puppies to seniors. We make sure they feel like they're at home and can stick to any routine they have. We can also provide beds, toys and blankets. We can look after your pets during the week and at weekends, providing they can be left alone for very short periods of time. We will take them for at least 2 daily walks and they will have access to our secure garden at all times. We do have a secure garden for your lovely pets to explore. We also have a sun room which our pets loved to sunbathe in! We are fully insured. Your pets are free to roam our house/garden and treat it like it's their home from home.

I've started this company as I know the struggles of finding the right sitter for your best friends & not wanting to put them into a boarding kennel, sometimes they need their home comforts to keep them calm and happy. I've completed a pet first aid course, a K9 communication diploma, a pet sitting & walking diploma and a K9 physiology diploma. I hold a current DBS certificate and fully insured. My nightly rates £70 per night, my day rate is charge @ £12 per hour for 1 dog and £10 per extra dogs. where I stay with your pet the whole time. I don't just work with dogs and cats either, I work with all different varieties of animals, such as sheep, goats, birds and fish. Mark came for a meet and greet when I initially booked which was some time before the actual visit, he also came again for a refresh the day before which I really appreciated. He was friendly and chatty and put me at ease and I knew the cats would be well cared for. I had updates everyday and lots of photo's. The house was clean and tidy and he was happy to go and search for the cats under the bed to make sure they were all ok. About: I have been looking after my own and others pets my entire life, from drop-ins and gentle play sessions with puppies, cuddles and short walks for seniors, to longer walks for energetic dogs. Alongside drop-in and sitting cats of a variety of ages and temperaments. Whether shy or cuddle bugs! I have experience walking dog-reactive dogs who require calm, one on one attention and integrating obedience or other training into their walks. I truly enjoy spending time with each pet and tailoring my services to be the right experience for them. I am on a fixed schedule until October and can only offer weekend services, or weekday services after 6:30pm. However, after this I should return to flexible, part-time hours and will build appointments into my schedule, taking plenty of time to accommodate each pet and their needs. For any service, drop in or walk, I like to meet and discuss your pets needs and expectations first to make sure we're a good match. From there we'll agree on specifics and I will tailor my services to each pets needs, go through any concerns, essentials I need to know etc. For dog walks, we will discuss if you'd prefer them to be walked locally from your home or if they are happy and content and there is a suitable location nearby we can discuss short travel for walks. I do not walk dogs off leash, for their safety, but should there be a suitable location for them to have more freedom I will walk them on a long leash so they can sniff and play. I will communicate any issues, odd behaviours, success and wins with you, and if I manage to get any, pictures too! And I will do my best to do a basic dry and clean so if we do get a bit soggy or muddy on a walk it's not going all over your home. I like to spend a five to ten minutes after a walk with them to make sure they are okay before the end of the appointment.

About: I’m a full time marketing executive for a company in Oswestry and photographer part time with my photography business Seren Neve Photography. I tend to work from home a little bit so anyone local that needs someone popping in to check in on their animals I’m happy to! I have over 10 years of experience with being around and looking after dogs, I used to have a Labrador so I’m capable of looking after a bigger dog also. One of our french bulldogs has severe allergies to where we have to give her medication 24/7 so I’m also capable of looking after a dog/cat who needs to take tablets in foods. I love to keep fit and I love going for long walks so I’m very capable with taking dogs on a nice long and calming walk, or if they prefer short I’m more than happy to do that as well and then come back to play with them in the garden/house. I love all dogs and cats, from big to small so I would be really happy to look after any! I tend to be free most evenings after work and majority of the time on weekends if I’m not out and about - again this can be handy if people need someone to walk their dogs. I will only visit other peoples houses as I already have 3 dogs at my family home. I would prefer going to other peoples houses.

About: I've been around cats and dogs my whole life and have always loved caring for animals. When I was younger, I volunteered at a local dog shelter, where I gained experience looking after dogs with different personalities and needs. These days, I regularly take my boyfriend's Beagle and his sisters' Shibas out for walks, making sure they get plenty of exercise, playtime, and attention. I genuinely enjoy spending time with dogs and treat every pet as if they were my own, providing them with lots of care, affection, and a safe, happy environment. I work fully remotely, so I'll be home throughout the day to give your pet plenty of attention, companionship, and regular toilet breaks if needed. Your pet won't be left alone for long periods, and I'll make time for play, cuddles, and keeping to their usual routine. I have a large, secure garden where dogs can enjoy supervised time outside, whether that's playing, exploring, or simply relaxing in the fresh air. My own cat, Flo, loves spending most of her day sunbathing in the garden and is used to being around dogs, as my partner regularly brings his Beagle over to visit. She's calm and comfortable sharing the space with well-behaved, cat-friendly dogs. My priority is always making sure every pet feels safe, happy, and at home during their stay.
