2. Darek F.
About: Since a teen I have owned many pets and taken care of my mothers pets, I have also rescued a litter of abandoned kittens in 2021. I love all kinds of animals and have looked after all kinds of animals not just cats and dogs, bearded dragons, red ear slider turtles, rabbits, guinea pig, hamsters, gecko, parrot & a parakeet, so I know how to care for each of these animals. I have walked dogs in the past for my neighbours in my hometown of Delaware and here in the UK for my friends. I have also cat and dog sat for friends in the past too. I am a stay at home Dad but my fiancé doesn’t mind watching the kids on her own if I go and dog or cat sit for a few nights. I can easily follow a list of instructions with special diets, treatment or needs for each pet I am looking after, I am very careful with making sure pets will not escape as well.

3. Karolina M.
“Karolina is truly amazing with animals. I’ve seen firsthand how loving, patient, and responsible she is with dogs of all sizes and personalities. Whether it’s a playful puppy or a senior dog needing extra care, Karolina adapts with ease and genuine affection. She has a calm, nurturing presence that animals really respond to. Any pet would be lucky to spend time with her, and any pet parent can feel completely at ease knowing their furry friend is in her care.”

4. Steven S.

“Our first week using Steve and can’t fault him. Gives me regular updates about my pup and puts my mind at ease! Very respectful of Otis’ routine and our home. Would 100% reccomend and continue using. ?”

5. Catrin E.

“Could not be happier with the service Catrin has provided. As a first time Rover user I have enjoyed seeing the daily photos and comments. It really means a lot! Catrin came to meet the cats and myself and I straightaway felt so at ease to leave her in charge of my pets & my house. Thank you so much 😃!”

6. Beth D.

“Beth came to look after my older dog Gale. She is excellent and it was a pleasure to meet her when she came for a prior "meet up" with us and the dogs. Thank you Beth!”

7. Caitlyn F.
“Last year, Caitlyn looked after my two dogs whilst I was on holiday. She did an incredible job and my two dogs love her, she took them on a good walk every day and made sure they ate their food. She is very good with dogs and I couldn’t recommend her enough!”

8. Sharn W.
About: I am 23 years old, and just recently graduated at Chester University studying Criminology. I have always had a passion for animals. When I was younger, I always dreamt of pursing a career in The RSPCA, or Animal Control Officer or a Police Dog Handler. However, since taking care of my own dogs, I have grown interest in creating my own business taking care of other pets :) I have always grown up with pets around me, my home has never been animal free, where I have cared for a variety of breeds ranging from Newfoundland’s and Alsatians to my three current Cocker Spaniels. I have also pet sat relatives animals since growing up, that being my Grandparents ELEVEN Cockapoos!!🤣 My auntie also breeds English bulldogs and I have been hands on helping her with the litter, with also looking after her two Guinea pigs. I have also cared for my step grandmas Rottweiler and my cousins two Siamese cats. I have also completed a months worth of shifts at a local kennel/cattery. For the last 6 years, I dog sit my boyfriends Labrador, cockerpoo and colliepoo on a daily basis whilst his parents work long hours and also his cousins Staffie and lurcher when they’re away with work sometimes. I have been doing dog walking, drop in visits and pet sitting for nearly a year now and have had experience with a range of breeds from cane corso’s, Kelpies, Labrador’s, cocker spaniels, bulldogs, huskies etc plus looking after cats too :) and glad to say most have become my regulars! I have even looked after pigs and chickens 🐷 🐓 I am also currently taking a pet first aid course online! I hope this has enables you to know a little bit more about me. If any pet owners are looking for a reliable pet sitter/walker please feel free to message me. I am open to any age, any breed, and any dog or cat 🐾 My days tend to be quite different each day and becoming alot busier due to more clients and my regulars. In regards to house sitting at the clients home, I offer 1 night stay overs or 2-4 days maximum and if it’s just the one pooch, if he or she gets on well with other dogs then I’m open to bringing them to my own home if the owner feels comfortable with this. (My dogs are very friendly) If I’m going to be based at the owners home, I would have to check on my dogs with them being old. If your pet is ok with other dogs than I’m happy to bring them along with me. Or if you’d prefer me not to and they’re ok on their own for a couple of hours then this shouldn’t be a problem. But know that I would be with your pet the majority of the time giving lots of attention! If you need a drop in visit for a few hours and need me there the entire time with your pet, then just let me know and I should be able to sort something out or If your pet is good with other dogs I do offer doggy day care. Please bear all this in mind when booking with me and know that I can only provide services up to a 10 mile radius from my location :) I’m able to cater for any dog walks, drop in Visits for cats also, doggy day care and overnight stays with a maximum of 4 nights at clients homes. I’m experienced with reactive dogs, not trained off lead dogs, puppies, elder dogs and all types of breeds and cats etc. I am fully insured with ‘Protectivity’ whilst pet sitting and dog walking my clients to give any owners a piece of mind. I also have a safety dog hammock with seat belt leads in my car if I was to travel with my clients to destinations.

9. Mark H.

“Mark has recently looked after my 4 cats for the last 6 days. Mark came for a meet and greet when I initially booked which was some time before the actual visit, he also came again for a refresh the day before which I really appreciated. He was friendly and chatty and put me at ease and I knew the cats would be well cared for. I had updates everyday and lots of photo's. The house was clean and tidy and he was happy to go and search for the cats under the bed to make sure they were all ok. My 4 cats are rescue and not all of them good with strangers so this was very much appreciated. Thanks Mark!”

12. Caroline P.
“I use Caroline for her dog walking services, I have a big strong dog who needs a firm but fair approach. Our dog has a specific set of commands he knows and is currently practicing with a trainer, Caroline asked us to show her these commands so she could implement them when out walking. I thought this was a really nice touch 👌🏼”

I enjoy playing and making your fur baby happy by doing their favourite activities.

17. Holly R.
About: I had my own dog Misty for over 15 years and my partner who I live with me has had dogs his entire life! When living in London, neighbours and friends have trusted us to walk their dogs and take care of them whilst being away and have always been happy with our services. We are looking to use Rover as as way to be back with the animals we love after sadly losing my own senior dog last year :) I am available to house sit/drop in or just pop over and walk your dog! I am currently available anytime during the week or at weekends, anytime! Sadly, I am unable to board dogs at our house however, when doing home visits, I am respectable of your home and your rules that you and your dog have in place!

18. Ben B.
About: I'm a 29 year old student, living in Wrexham. I have grown up around dogs, and have experience handling dogs of various sizes and temperaments including: Border Collies, Labradors, Shih Tzu's, and Pomeranians. I'm finding myself with more free time than anticipated, and miss having the company of a dog with me; to walk with, relax with, and just enjoy life with. I don't drive, but I'm happy to come and collect your dog provided I can travel to you, and I'm happy to walk up to Erddig and Belle Vue to walk your dog :) I enjoy walking very much, and I'd be happy to go on short jogs with a dog depending on their exercise requirements. I have a valid DBS check (as of January 2023), and I'm happy to provide photos, videos and updates of your dog/cat. I'm currently working part time, and so I have plenty of free time. My schedule does vary, though I am usually free every day excluding Wednesday and Friday of each week. Sadly I have no pets living with me at the moment, though this may be a good thing for certain dogs anyway. I have no children either, and I live alone. Due to the nature of my part time work, I have a DBS check, and can produce it if required :) I live in a first floor flat in the centre of Wrexham, with a shared courtyard. I'm happy to walk as far as needed (depending on the individual needs of each pet).

Anything you allow them to do I will allow them to do and I have my own vehicle so we can travel to go on adventures.
