About: I have experience with a variety of species from looking after my own pets, family’s pets, pet sitting since the beginning of this year, 5 years of animal care at college up to an Animal Management degree, 2 years stable hand experience and 1 year at a small zoo with animals such as wolf dogs, lemurs, 10 foot reticulated pythons, meerkats and emu among others. And I would love to here from you, no matter the enquiry x I currently work part time Friday, Saturday and Sunday after 5pm, so have plenty of availability throughout the week, and if given 6 weeks advance notice I may be able to book work off. For safety reasons I prefer to have a double door system set up if possible in homes with flighty fur babies, and dogs will ideally stay on the lead unless they have good recall and we’re in a secure field. I have some experience riding, but only on a sound horse, so would only be willing to exercise horses with ground work or with test rides before your booking.

About: I began working for a locally well-known, independent dog walking company in Minneapolis, Minnesota (USA) when I was 17 years old. It was the best job and taught me so much about dogs, pet care, but also about who I was and who I wanted to become. I stayed with the company for 3 years before branching off on my own venture (“The Pooch Au Pair”). From 2015-2022 I was self employed as a dog walker and in-home pet caretaker/house sitter.
