About: I've been around cats and dogs my whole life and have always loved caring for animals. When I was younger, I volunteered at a local dog shelter, where I gained experience looking after dogs with different personalities and needs. These days, I regularly take my boyfriend's Beagle and his sisters' Shibas out for walks, making sure they get plenty of exercise, playtime, and attention. I genuinely enjoy spending time with dogs and treat every pet as if they were my own, providing them with lots of care, affection, and a safe, happy environment. I work fully remotely, so I'll be home throughout the day to give your pet plenty of attention, companionship, and regular toilet breaks if needed. Your pet won't be left alone for long periods, and I'll make time for play, cuddles, and keeping to their usual routine. I have a large, secure garden where dogs can enjoy supervised time outside, whether that's playing, exploring, or simply relaxing in the fresh air. About: Hello, I'm Jade, self-confessed animal enthusiast. I've been working in education until recently but am about to take the plunge into the wonderful world of pet-care. Proud Mum of two wonderful rescue dogs (Lurcher and Spointer), I'm well accustomed to dogs of different sizes with very different personalities. I've also been volunteering at a local dog shelter one day a week since the start of the year, gaining more hands-on experience. I'm dog first aid trained and hold a full DBS. I have two dogs of my own, ranging from high energy Spointer to a Lurcher who is starting to wind down. I love being outdoors and walking. I have a teenager who also really loves dogs, and who has undertaken animal volunteering projects at one of our local shelters. I live in a bungalow, if boarding with us, the dogs have full use of this, no stairs for those achey older dogs. We have a fully fenced in garden which the dogs have constant access to. We live in an area where walks are in abundance. We do one big walkie a day, and a later, shorter walk. Our dogs sleep wherever they want. I am fully flexible to also dog-sit in the owner's home if required.

About: I have experience with a variety of species from looking after my own pets, family’s pets, pet sitting since the beginning of this year, 5 years of animal care at college up to an Animal Management degree, 2 years stable hand experience and 1 year at a small zoo with animals such as wolf dogs, lemurs, 10 foot reticulated pythons, meerkats and emu among others. I can provide further details and also have a small rescue page that documents some of the animals I’ve cared for, as my main goal is to have a flexible schedule that allows me to take in stray/unwanted pets and injured wildlife. And I would love to here from you, no matter the enquiry x I currently work part time Friday, Saturday and Sunday after 5pm, so have plenty of availability throughout the week, and if given 6 weeks advance notice I may be able to book work off. For safety reasons I prefer to have a double door system set up if possible in homes with flighty fur babies, and dogs will ideally stay on the lead unless they have good recall and we’re in a secure field. I have some experience riding, but only on a sound horse, so would only be willing to exercise horses with ground work or with test rides before your booking.

About: With over 4 years of hands-on experience in a greyhound racing kennel, I offer more than just walks and belly rubs. From feeding and grooming to specialized nutrition, training, and even assisting in home births—I’ve seen (and handled) it all. Whether your pup needs a gentle stroll, extra TLC during recovery, or high-energy playtime, I bring calm, capable care to every visit. Let your dog feel safe, happy, and loved—even when you're away. I also currently have an 1 year old Labrador puppy , and he loves meeting new friends . Our home has a huge & secure garden to relax in through the day ! My full time job means I work a 2 on 4 off shift schedule. I also receive up to 3 months rotas in advance so my calendar on rover accurately shows my availability . My partner works in the day and has evenings free , he’s also a dog lover and is more than happy to help me take care of your pups . Our home is cosy and dog friendly. We don’t mind a good couch cuddle . We also have a huge , fenced and secure back garden . I live in the perfect location for walkies 🐕 whether that’s a gentle stroll down the canal or the country park that has access to the river Dee and aqueduct .

About: I began working for a locally well-known, independent dog walking company in Minneapolis, Minnesota (USA) when I was 17 years old. It was the best job and taught me so much about dogs, pet care, but also about who I was and who I wanted to become. I stayed with the company for 3 years before branching off on my own venture (“The Pooch Au Pair”). From 2015-2022 I was self employed as a dog walker and in-home pet caretaker/house sitter. During this time I also invested energy into developing my knowledge and practice of pet care, including pet first aid and dog behaviour & training workshops and courses. I balanced this venture alongside studying full time at University, where I achieved a 1:1 BSc (Hons) Psychology degree in 2021. After 4 years in full-time employment in Higher Education, I have decided to refocus on pursuing work aligned with the things I am most passionate about: dogs, helping people, and continuing to learn and apply new knowledge. I treat every pet as if they were my own, keeping their safety and well-being the top priority. I understand no two dogs are exactly alike - while there are patterns and traits unique to and consistent across types, breeds, and ages, every dog has their own story and “quirks”. I truly enjoy observing, interacting with, and getting to understand each dog as an individual. Transforming these experiences and lessons into specialised, bespoke care is a task I relish and take pride in achieving. I plan to continue pursuing further education on canine psychology, behaviour, training, and care with a goal of becoming a fully qualified canine behaviourist. I’m currently transitioning from a full-time office role to a part-time role, mostly working from home. I don’t currently have a set rota, but please feel free to message me and can let you know if I’m free. As it stands, I expect to be free anytime 2/5 weekdays (TBC) and weekends. I have a small secured garden and door-step access to a large green space with hills, meadows, forests and a nearby park with pond. This is where I typically walk my own dogs, but I also live near to Alyn Waters country park in Gwersyllt/Llay so we occasionally venture there for a change of scenery! About: Me and my partner have always had dogs and whilst our busy schedules mean we can’t have our own right now, we absolutely love looking after them for other owners. With big open fields just down the road and a secure garden, you can rest assured your dog is in good hands and will have a wonderful time with us :) I am available to house sit/drop in or just pop over and walk your dog! I am currently available anytime from 6pm Monday - Friday and anytime at the weekend ! We have a very secure court yard and your dog will have the freedom of the whole house to roam. About: I have been a drugs detection handler for the last 4 years now and enjoy it immensely. I have 4 dogs myself and 2 cats. I’ve had 2 of my dogs for 8 years, 1 for 3 years and the other for 2 years. I have a collie, beagle, sprocker and springador. I have experience in dealing with aggressive dogs, nervous dogs and overly friendly dogs. I have training in canine first aid. I’ve had 2 of my dogs from puppies and the other 2 were rescues, one of which came with a lot of issues but thankfully over time with lots of training he is a completely different dog. I live not far from many gorgeous places to take dogs on long walks/hikes or even for a swim!
