I love spending time with animals and would be a pleasure to meet your doggo ❤️ My partner and I both work from home, so there will always be 2 people around. I am able to predominately structure my day around taking care of your dog both in the day and overnight. Our flat has a gated communal garden which is mainly used by dogs in the building to have regular walks/open space. Dogs are on leads so your pooch will be safe if anxious around others. We can view this space directly from our flat, so if needed can make sure we only go down when no one else is around.

About: I grew up with lots of pets, from goldfish, hamsters and bunnies to our beloved black Labrador Max who sadly passed away a few years ago. While I haven’t had a dog in a while, we got him when I was 13 and a big part of the responsibility for his care was on us. I loooove all animals and would love to have my own but my lifestyle just doesn’t fit right now, which is why I’m excited to help you look after your furry friends instead! It’s quite hard for me to give up to date availability all the time as my schedule can be relatively hectic, so please feel free to reach out and ask :) some days I may be able to help with short notice if I’m working from home and my diary isn’t too crazy! Not sure why the app is saying I have cats when I don’t… I work from home but travel a lot (hence why I can’t have my own pets) but on the days when I’m around am very happy to support others. Sometimes I’m home for the whole week, sometimes I’m gone all week, so I wouldn’t be the best fit for someone who needs me every day of the week or on the same day. I can be very flexible when I’m home though as I make my own schedule. I’m an early bird too which helps! I live in a city centre apartment so that has to be taken into consideration, but for dogs I can access the small grassy area outside my apartment for quick toilet breaks (outside of longer walks!). I am flexible to the needs of the pet!

For the past three years, I've regularly dog-sat for friends and family, caring for dogs for anything from an afternoon to several weeks at a time. When I was a child I used to walk my neighbours dogs for free because I just enjoyed spending time with animals. I’ve now been using Rover for a year and I love it so much. We are a house of animal lovers and my house mates are very eager for me to have dogs come and board with me, so they can get some cuddles in themselves. Since moving away from my home in London, I desperately miss my cats, so looking after other animals helps to make me feel much better. Animals have always brought lots of joy to my life and I don't know what I would do if I wasn't able to spend time with them. I like getting out a lot so I enjoy travelling to other peoples homes. I like having lots of structure in my day to day life and looking after animals definitely helps to provide that. I live in university halls which are often very loud and the kitchen is sometimes left very dirty by other people, so I really love house sitting as its like mini holiday away from everyone, where I can get some peace and quiet! I am also a swim teacher however my shifts are never longer than 3 hours so it's very easy to fit my pet care around it. Because I’ve grown up with animals I’m very comfortable with creating boundaries with them and an aggressive animals does not scare me as one of my cats has always been very spicy and grumpy. I’m also used to reading my cats body languages very carefully as they can often just suddenly turn when they decide they have had enough of the petting. All 3 of my cats at home are rescues so I’ve learnt to adapt to their needs. They all have unique and individual personalities that require different things.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 13 years old. I love them, I’m proudly owner of two beautiful dogs. Back at home, my family, neighbors and friends have entrusted me with the care of their furry friends. Most of them have been medium size dogs, however, I am open to any size and/or breed, I love them all! Also, I have also rescued some puppies and kittens. As I am a student, I am available 2 days per week and in the weekend, all of them mornings ☀️ and afternoon. So I get to spend lots of time with puppies! I am very careful with each type of canine, as I understand that each of them has its own personality and needs. I am very affectionate and playful with them. I've looked after a lot of friends and colleagues dogs when they went away on holiday/weekend and regularly dog sit and go on walks. We have a walled patio garden at the back of the house and are within a 5 minute walk to Crosby beach which is perfect for dog walking.
