About: I’ve grown up helping taking care of cats, dogs, rabbits, guinea pigs and partly with horses. I’ve got experience with nervous cats such as rescues so have learnt patience to help rebuild confidence. I’ve also helped train two Labrador puppies as well as helping with an elderly Labrador. I’m a masters university student and most of my lectures/seminars are in the morning so I’m free most afternoons and evenings to take care of pets. Additionally I’m around most weekends. About: My family have had dogs since before I was born, and growing up I have always taken on responsibilities looking after them! Whether that be walking, feeding, playing, or cuddling, I am ready and willing. I am confident with dogs of all ages and sizes, and ready to be their companion when you aren't able. Lindsay was absolutely amazing from start to finish! She did drop-in visits for my cat Cotton for 3 weeks, and her energy, care, and effort never changed. Every single visit, she sent me a detailed report card along with pictures and videos, which made me feel so happy and secure knowing Cotton was being so well looked after while I was away. She had such great communication, and I could genuinely tell how much she cared about Cotton. She even taught me new ways to play with him, which I’ve loved continuing since coming home! Most importantly, Cotton absolutely adored Lindsay and always gave her the biggest amount of love. I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter. Lindsay went above and beyond every single day and is genuinely worth every penny. I would recommend her to anyone and will absolutely be booking her again!

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
Emergency support is available by phone or email in English, French, German, and Spanish from Mon-Sat 9am to 6pm. When an incident occurs, we recommend that sitters contact our Trust & Safety team immediately so that they can connect your sitter with a qualified vet or offer other resources to help.
