“This was our first time using a service such as this, usually a family member is available, but this time we were stuck. I read Emily's existing reviews and took the plunge. Well, she is our little cat whisperer 😻 and we will 100% be using her again. Our cat Ruby, is very nervous, most visitors don't see her as she'll hide, and they certainly wouldn't get to interact or stroke her. Emily came morning and evening to feed her and at every visit we received multiple pictures of Ruby playing, taking treats, nuzzling into her hand and even laying on the floor with her tum exposed - Ruby clearly felt same and liked Emily very much 💕 We met Emily the week before going away and instantly liked her, as did our two year old little girl, who Emily was also a hit with 😊 We handed over our key and alarm fob after showing Emily everything just once - all ran smoothly, house was secured and Ruby not just fed but cared for. Thank you, Emily!!! We will definitely be in touch again ✨”

About: I work from home a lot so have lots of time to dedicate to pets. I have been pet sitting on rover and pawshake since 2022, but have pet sit for friends/family previously. I grew up with dogs and have always loved to spend time with animals. My dogs are in the first picture on my profile! Archie (beagle cross) is 14 this year and Oscar (doberdor) sadly passed away last year. I had them both since puppies, as well as a guinea pig and fish! I understand how important it is to trust someone with your pets and will provide the same care and love as I’d want for my own. I was responsible for providing medicine when they were ill so I have experience with that. I will put in 100% into the care of your animal and be sure to show him/her a lot of love and provide many photos of your happy pet🥹🐾 I am in University 9-12 on Tuesdays, 11-1 on Wednesdays and 1-4 on Thursdays. I also work a part time in which I choose my own shifts so I am very flexible with my time. I care for pets with consideration for their individual needs and I also respect their owners boundaries, both in their house and outside with their pets.

About: I’ve spent a lot of time in the last few years playing auntie to friends fur babies; including walks with borrowmydoggy connections. I've looked after a lot of friends and colleagues dogs when they went away on holiday/weekend and regularly dog sit and go on walks. I used to have a German Shepherd and a bunny when I was younger, but when I moved to the UK could no longer have a pet. Moving out for uni, I stayed with a landlady who had 3 senior cats who needed medication administered daily. I also shared a flat with an adorable Cockapoo a few years ago. I also worked in a few farms and looked after many animals including horses, sheep and lamb, goats, pigs, rabbits, guinea pigs and chickens. My partner and I really enjoy looking after dogs. We like to play with dogs and providing them with a happy and secure environment. Having owned and looked after dogs, I know how anxious people are, being separated from their pets. When you leave your dog with me, know they’ll have a home from home. I’m happy to send you pictures of your pooch, so you can see them having fun and you will have peace of mind knowing your dog is receiving the best care. I love spending time with animals and would be a pleasure to meet your doggo ❤️ My partner and I both work from home, so there will always be 2 people around. I am able to predominately structure my day around taking care of your dog both in the day and overnight. Our flat has a gated communal garden which is mainly used by dogs in the building to have regular walks/open space. Dogs are on leads so your pooch will be safe if anxious around others. We can view this space directly from our flat, so if needed can make sure we only go down when no one else is around.

About: I have completed my zoology degree and have experience at the RSPCA, a doggy day care and a veterinary practise. I also have a CPR certificate specifically for choking or drowning. I work Wednesday to Friday, so I’m fully available for pet care on Mondays, Tuesdays, and some weekends, during these days I am able to do morning or evening walks and check-ins. I am also available Wednesday late afternoon/evenings. I provide care in the pet owner’s home so pets can stay in a familiar, low-stress environment. I follow your routine closely, including feeding, walks, playtime, and any specific instructions. I take time to build trust with each pet, using a calm and patient approach, and I’m attentive to their behaviour and needs. I make sure homes are kept secure, pets are always safe on walks, and I’ll keep you updated with messages and photos for peace of mind. I do not offer boarding in my own home, so all care is provided in yours.

About: I’m a reliable & responsible person that takes the care of animals seriously & would treat your pets as if they were my own. I have my own dog and have grown up around animals from a young age. I’ve also looked after friends & family dogs and cats several times and have really enjoyed keeping them updated & them having peace of mind whilst away. I grew up with dogs, and my fiancé Bobby grew up on a farm surrounded by horses, cats, and dogs, so we’re very comfortable with pets of all kinds. We regularly look after my family dog Max, an energetic Staffy, as well as my brother’s fluffy Pomeranian, Chappy. This has given us hands-on experience with dogs of different sizes, breeds, and personalities. We provide a safe, loving home where your dog will get plenty of attention, exercise, and care. We look forward to welcoming your pet into our home and treating them like part of the family.” We both work full-time during the week, so we mainly offer weekend availability. As I’m a teacher, I also have school holidays and half terms off, meaning I’m available for longer stays and full weeks throughout the year. Weekly you’ll see me taking my friends dog on adventures in the park, focusing on his obedience training and physical fitness. My main priority when caring for dogs is to ensure that they stay happy and healthy, feeling comfortable in my company! I am currently working part time, so would be able to commit to caring for your dog anytime in the afternoon onwards! My schedule can be very flexible with this in mind. About: My service set that I provide is dog walking, exercise, house sitting, and a daily emotional support and while their family is away. I've been looking after dogs of all shapes and sizes for as long as I can remember. Growing up, I'd take care of my friends' and family's dogs whenever they went on vacation and needed someone to step in. I’d walk them, feed them, play with them, take them for runs, and even wash them—treating each one like they were my own. Making sure they felt safe and comfortable was always my priority. I also have some house-sitting experience along the way. All the dogs I've had were either adopted or found. I've rescued several dogs from the streets, including the one that became our family dog. Anytime I found an animal, I'd always take them to the vet for a check-up to make sure they were okay. Im currently working part time, which would give me plenty of time to look after your pets. If dogs love running I would have them join me on my little adventures around Chester. I am an active person who enjoys going around parks and finding new places to walk. If I was to take care of pets in the owners home I would try and keep their routine as if the owner was there. Care for them as my own and love them. Lots of cuddles and pets so they don’t feel lonely and will be excited to see there owner back home.

About: I have accompanied some relatives pets including cats and dogs in the past. Even some of my own in my school days, I made sure to fill up their food a water bowls, took them out for short walks and played with them every night after school. I enjoy being around any type of pets, my full attention goes directly to them on any circumstances. I am currently working a part-time job as a morning cleaner in Liverpool City Centre. I work on weekends from 6am-10am, Mondays & Wednesdays from 9am-12pm. I will be available for bookings on these days and times after my shifts. On Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays I am fully flexible for bookings all day! I will ensure your pet(s) avoid risky foods/items when on walks and during housesitting to avoid any harsh injuries/medical issues. Maintain safety when on walks e.g security when the leash is on, a close eye on them, avoid dangerous routes.

About: I grew up with lots of pets, from goldfish, hamsters and bunnies to our beloved black Labrador Max who sadly passed away a few years ago. While I haven’t had a dog in a while, we got him when I was 13 and a big part of the responsibility for his care was on us. I loooove all animals and would love to have my own but my lifestyle just doesn’t fit right now, which is why I’m excited to help you look after your furry friends instead! It’s quite hard for me to give up to date availability all the time as my schedule can be relatively hectic, so please feel free to reach out and ask :) some days I may be able to help with short notice if I’m working from home and my diary isn’t too crazy! Not sure why the app is saying I have cats when I don’t… I work from home but travel a lot (hence why I can’t have my own pets) but on the days when I’m around am very happy to support others. Sometimes I’m home for the whole week, sometimes I’m gone all week, so I wouldn’t be the best fit for someone who needs me every day of the week or on the same day. I can be very flexible when I’m home though as I make my own schedule. I’m an early bird too which helps! I live in a city centre apartment so that has to be taken into consideration, but for dogs I can access the small grassy area outside my apartment for quick toilet breaks (outside of longer walks!). I am flexible to the needs of the pet!

About: Being a future nurse I’m reliable, calm and attentive, with great patience and attention to detail. I have grown up caring for all different types of animals from dogs, cats, rabbits, hamsters, guinea pigs and reptiles! I would do nothing else but treat your pet as if they were my own.
