Hey 👋🏽 Lovely to meet you! My first real experience of handling dogs was my very loving, bouncy rescue German Shepherd, Tia 🦮 Whilst Tia is no longer with us, I became a traitor and adopted my ginger firecracker cat, Oslo 🐈 More recently I have taken care of friends pets, just like the ones in my gallery. My job is one that usually attracts a certain look! I am an Anti-Trafficking Caseworker… which means I support vulnerable women, men and children who have experienced modern slavery and human trafficking. As you can imagine this is both challenging and rewarding. Due to the nature of my job, I am also DBS checked. Services offered: - Holistic Cat/Dog centred approach - taking into all your pets needs - fresh water and food - Playtime with your pet, walking, change of litter. Meeting your pet prior to sitting (to ensure both you and your pet feel comfortable) - I would also be happy to water plants 🪴 - Daily updates regarding your pet 📸 - Will also tend to hamsters/rats (experienced) 🐹

I am thorough when following the owner’s instructions to ensure your pet is safe. I will book a meeting prior to sitting to meet you and your pet in order to ensure all are comfortable and to familiarise myself with your property. It ensures that I can provide a safe environment for your pets 🐕 🐈⬛

Amy was THE BEST. I had to look for a sitter last minute and I couldn't have find a better one. For me it was the first time leaving my cat at home and depending on a stranger so I was a bit anxious. She understood that from the very beggining and was very reassuring when we met before agreeing on anything. She thought on everything, things I didn't even clicked on -I was going abroad so she kept the keys of the place until I told her we landed just in case anything would happen so she could go and check on Pam (my cat) if needed so fron there, anxiety left out the window, I knew she would look after her the way I needed to. She texted every time she went to check on her, sent videos and pictures. I felt I made the best decision with Amy and I would absolutely book her again next time. She really made it all very easy. If you are hesitating, don't, Amy will look after your pet in the best way.
Lovely woman and was sending photos throughout the drop in. Would definitely recommend to anyone and would use Amy again. 🥰 ⭐️
Amy was amazing! She was great with the cats, they warmed to her immediately and seemed to have the best time while we were away. She sent lots of updates and we felt comfortable knowing they were in safe hands. Would book her again in a heartbeat :) Thank you! xx
As a first time user of Cat in the Flat, Amy put me and my partner at ease every day with pictures and videos and we felt very reassured the whole time. Our little Guinness was a very lucky boy. We couldn't recommend Amy enough!

Schedule
💻 I mostly work from home so I am very flexible to the support I can offer. I am also available to work from home at your place if your pet would like some extra company. I do not have any specific personal commitments and weekends are generally free.
