Pet care experience

Attentive Pet & House Sitter 🐾

🌟 Hi, I’m Lindsay! I provide calm, attentive care for a range of pets, including seniors, playful puppies, shy pets, and those with medical needs. I work remotely and am home for most of the day during house sits, so pets aren’t left alone for long periods. This works well for pets who enjoy steady companionship, especially during longer stays. You’ll receive regular photo updates each day, so you can feel confident your pet is in great hands. My priority is simple: you return to a happy pet and a well-kept home. 🏡 HOUSE SITTING. I provide consistent presence so your pet can follow their normal routine in a relaxed and familiar way, whether you’re away for a weekend or a longer trip. My house sitting includes: 📸 Photo updates throughout the day 🐕 Daily walks following your pet’s routine 🧸 Playtime, enrichment & snuggles 🍽️ Food, water, potty breaks & litter care 💊 Medicine administration 📬 Mail, bins & plant care 🔐 Securely locking doors & windows 💤 Overnight stay, including sleeping nearby your pet if preferred 🕰️ Meet & greet: In-person or virtual to understand your pet’s unique needs 🏡 DROP-IN VISITS. My drop-in visits are focused, unrushed, and tailored to your pet. They include: 🎴 A Rover Card with timestamps and notes 📸 Plenty of photo updates 🧸 Playtime, enrichment & snuggles 🍽️ Food, water, potty breaks & litter care 💊 Medicine administration 📬 Mail, bins & plant care 🔐 Securely locking doors & windows 🕰️ Meet & greet: In-person or virtual to understand your pet’s unique needs 🐾 DOG/CAT WALKING. My walking service includes everything listed in drop-in visits, plus a structured walk tailored to your pet’s pace and energy level: 🗺️ Rover Card with a GPS map for walks 🐱 If you'd like your cat walked, simply book a drop-in visit and I’ll include it 💖 My late cat Cletus was my best friend, and I treat every pet with the same love and respect. Cletus was an unusually extroverted cat who thought he was a dog: he loved walking on a leash and charming everyone he met at the park. After he passed away from congenital kidney disease, I found joy in caring for other pets and sharing the cuddles and park walks he loved. Your pet’s comfort, happiness, and safety will always be my top priority.

It’s difficult to put into words how grateful we are to Lindsay for the incredible care she gave our little Doris while we were away. From the moment she arrived, she took the time to let Doris set the pace and build trust on Doris’s terms, and it was clear almost immediately that a very special bond had formed. Lindsay sent us the most thoughtful, detailed updates throughout our trip, with lots of photos and videos that genuinely allowed us to relax and enjoy ourselves knowing Doris was happy, safe, and loved. She noticed all of Doris’s funny little quirks...her love of cuddles and belly rubs, her “detective” skills with treat puzzles, her dramatic posing moments, and of course her very stubborn opinions about her lead! We loved hearing about their little adventures and seeing how much affection they had developed for each other. What impressed us most was Lindsay’s patience and intuition. Doris can be very particular about having her lead attached and can become quite vocal and dramatic about it. Lindsay never pushed her or made her feel unsafe. Instead, she adapted brilliantly, providing plenty of enrichment, games, garden play, cuddles and mental stimulation on the days walks weren’t possible. When she did manage to get Doris out, she gave her the most wonderful beach and marina walks and made sure she had a fantastic time. Lindsay also looked after our home with an exceptional level of care. We returned to a house that was spotless; she cleaned, hoovered, took out the rubbish, washed bedding, organised laundry, and even made sure our bed was freshly made for our return after a red eye flight. It was such a thoughtful and kind gesture that went far beyond what we would ever expect from a sitter. Perhaps the greatest compliment we can give is that Doris...who is very independent and likes everything done on her terms, completely chose Lindsay. She sought her out for cuddles, playtime, belly rubs, and companionship, and by the end of the stay it felt as though she had gained a new friend. Lindsay is a truly special person: patient, kind, observant, funny, respectful, and incredibly loving with animals. We trusted her completely with our home and our little girl, and we would not hesitate for a second to have her stay with Doris again. Thank you, Lindsay, for loving Doris exactly as she is. We feel so lucky to have found you. 🖤🐾

Lindsay took care of my cat and my mums dog in our house for a week and she was absolutely brilliant! I’m usually so anxious about leaving them both for even just a day and we’d never left them for this long before but that anxiety was quickly gone after meeting Lindsay! She sent photo updates multiple times a day, made sure the pets had daily enrichment sessions, sent us her daily dog walking route and took care of our home! The pets absolutely loved Lindsay and were super sad to see her go ❤️ If there’s anyone in Merseyside that you can rely on for taking care of your babies, it’s definitely Lindsay! 🤩

Lindsay was wonderful looking after our dog and two bunnies whilst we went away for the weekend. She kept giving us updates throughout with cute and funny photos too. Our dog had a great time with her. We came back to a very clean and tidy house too. 100% recommend xx

Lindsay took great care of our pugs. I genuinely think they were disappointed when she left. Great communication with detailed information and regular updates and photos. Would definitely book again.

I've never left my cats with someone they don't know before, so I was a bit nervous. But Lindsay was amazing. She came around a few days before so she could meet the cats, and sent loads of photos and videos while she was with them. They looked like they had a blast with her 😻

📝 I’d love to know your pet’s daily routine, temperament, and any behaviours I should be aware of (e.g. reactivity, anxiety, or chewing). This helps me keep their routine consistent and make sure I’m the right fit for your pet’s needs.
