This was our first time using this service so naturally a bit apprehensive but meeting Heather beforehand really put our minds at ease. Whilst we were away Heather provided updates and photos and videos which were great and really helped us to feel that our cat was being very well looked after. I would certainly recommend Heather and would use her again in the future!

I am so glad we booked Heather to care for our two cats during a two week holiday. She has a genuine love for cats and took time to ensure she understood their needs before we travelled, offered them lots of love and care when we were away, and contacted us with photos and updates regularly. It was clear that my two felt so relaxed with Heather after a few days and were sitting with her and greeting her for food and cuddles. Really reassuring experience and I plan to contact Heather again for future trips. Thank you, Heather!

Heather is a lovely lady who really loves cats she is very professional, I felt very reassured that Seymour (my cat) was in safe hands when I was away, we got daily photos and reports and she even watered plants pots in hot weather ! I would wholeheartedly recommend Heather I would not hesitate to use her Heather again.

Heather was brilliant with our Margot. She came round for a comprehensive and reassuring meet and greet prior to the sitting. During the sitting she sent us great information and picture of our cat. We highly reccommend Hether to anyone who needs an excellent cat sitter.
