Huge Dog Lover/Have Worked As A Dog Flight Nanny!
Hi there, I am an avid dog lover, and have had dogs in my life constantly for the last 20 years - I can't imagine my life without dogs in it! I have worked as a dog flight nanny flying puppies and rescue dogs to their new homes all over the US and Canada for 5 years :) I've also volunteered at shelters and with homeless dogs in the US (in Chicago I volunteered at a shelter for 4 months and help transport rescued dogs there from Mexico). In Mexico (in the government dog pound in Playa del Carmen for 3 months - this is where I rescued Benny, and in a small fishing village in the Yucatan I help every year with spaying and neutering stray dogs as well as medical care for dogs in need and feeding/socializing the many street dogs). In Thailand I spent 2 months at Soi Dog rescue advocating and helping stray and abused dogs with training, medical care, financial help and helping with socialization :) Helping dogs is my purpose and passion and brings me so much joy. I've trained my own rescue puppy through to a senior (Jackson - who was my heart and soul ❤️. He had skin and food sensitivity issues and Benny my current rescue has fear based anxiety and hip dysplasia so I understand working with medical and anxiety issues). Benny was an abused and unsocialized rescue dog, and was scheduled for euthanasia a few days after I rescued him, we've worked really hard on counter conditioning and reward based training to help him with his fears and lack of socialization, it's a work in progress! I have worked with all kinds of dogs from rescues to purebreds (I grew up with Dalmatians!) and from puppies to seniors with all kinds of energy, anxiety and socialization levels! Your dog will be treated as my own - and I will try and recreate their routine and loves as much as we can :) I have a fenced in garden (you can see this on my pictures) and live in a 3 bed terrace in a quiet area in Vicars Cross. Your puppers are free to roam wherever they want inside and outside the house/garden/sleep in bed/get up on the sofa etc or we will make sure we keep to their routines and habits if different - whatever they and you want! We will also take as many walks as they want, I love getting out and about if your dog enjoys it and I have a lot of flexibility and time when I am available for dog boarding/daycare/drop ins and walks. My dog, Benny, won't be home for any dog boarding or daycare - he spends a lot of time with his grandparents (his sanctuary and his favourite people :)!)

Sarah was amazing with our nervous dog, Boo. She doesn’t normally warm to strangers very fast, but with Sarah, Boo took to her instantly. You could tell Sarah was patient and had a calming energy about her, which Boo really responded to. During the week-long stay, we received regular updates, and at no point were we worried about Boo. We knew she was well looked after. We will definitely be trusting Sarah with our Boo again. Usually, we worry about leaving her behind when we go away, so it’s lovely to find someone we know Boo is happy with. We honestly can’t recommend Sarah enough!
Wonderful as always! Winston adores Sarah & when we return home, it's obvious he's disappointed that it's not Sarah walking through the door lol
Sarah was incredible for drop-ins for my English bulldog, Winston, while I was traveling for work. She went above and beyond, and I could tell Winston had a great time with her as he was in high spirits when I returned home. She also communicated regularly and sent photo updates. I can't recommend Sarah enough for pet care/sitting needs!
I could have have found a better sitter for Oliver over the holidays. Oliver is a bit older and has some health problems, so I get nervous who I leave him with. I was so anxious to leave him for a full week and Sarah could not have been better. I received so many pictures and updates and always knew he was in good hands and enjoying himself. I was nervous he may not want to come home!
Sarah was absolutely amazing with Jax. She sent me so many pics while I was away that I didn’t have to worry about him for a moment. It was such a relief to have such a caring sitter. We could tell he felt right at home with Sarah!
Sarah was a good communicator and took great care of our dog! She spent extra time and was very thoughtful.

Schedule
When I'm home, I have a lot of flexibility for times to help with your pupper! Unfortunately I can't book up times too much in advance as I do travel quite a bit :)

Safety, trust & environment
Safety is a priority, as well as making sure your dog is comfortable and happy - getting to know your dog as much as possible would be my goal. I have a fully fenced in back garden and my home is quiet and a good size for your doggie to roam around wherever they please!!!

A typical day
We'll go on long/short walks, be silly, play, have lots of cuddles or just hang out and watch TV - I want to ensure I recreate your dogs habits/routines so they are as comfortable as possible :)
