“What can I say, this by far is one of the best home stays Rio has had! Bruna and her family have been fantastic from the moment I made contact with them. From the very first conversation we had I knew Bruna was the right fit for Rio from the questions she asked. I could tell straight away that she and her family will love and care for Rio in the same way that we do and I wasn’t wrong. Bruna knew I was nervous about leaving a very precious member of our family with her but from the moment we dropped Rio off she made sure to put my nervousness to rest. She was prepared with lots of questions before we left and whilst we were away I got regular updates throughout the day. She has kept his routine that he has at home and looked after him really well during this heatwave. Bruna and her family have done everything to make their home welcoming for Rio and taken exceptional care of him. I would not hesitate to leave Rio with Bruna again, if anything I hope Bruna and her family can be regular carers for Rio. We received clear updates every day about how the cats were doing, together with photos and video clips. Whenever Ka Yu noticed anything unusual or had any concerns about the cats’ condition, she would let us know promptly so that we could decide whether any further action was needed. She was also very reliable and punctual, visiting at roughly the same time each day. If there was any change to the usual visiting time, she would always let us know in advance. Overall, I highly recommend Ka Yu. I would definitely choose her again whenever I need a cat sitter in the future.”

I was a post lady for 27 yrs so i can give your pet a good walk and i have a small but secure back garden. i have always had pets especially dogs...i find them such good fun and very loving . i have a van to pick up and drop off dogs or take them to the vets or any other places they need to attend. I have done a short first aid course for dogs. I do dog walking and sitting as well as drop in services or just a taxi for pets, but only for local areas I am home 24/7 but sometimes will need to go out and leave the dogs alone for upto 2 hours in a safe environment to do my food shopping . I have stair gates in my home and a small garden, the pets will be treated as part of the family and looked after as if one of my own, with upto 4 walks aday. On occasions i go to the beach with the dogs or parks in the van permitting the owners are fine with this. I have pet insurance too.

Due to the passing of my beloved Hugo (seen in pics) last year, I have missed the bond of having a pet and getting out in nature as much. Carr mill dam is literally at the end of my road, so your dog will have the luxury of the various walks available in the area. I’m looking for well behaved dogs who are good around children as my young son is likely to join us on our walks. I am a teaching assistant by day so I can occasionally provide drop-in checks after school hours, but mainly available for long weekends and school holidays. Perfect for families who are looking for breaks away but not wanting massive expenses for kennel boarding. I have a large astro turfed garden with high fences. Dogs are allowed to roam freely around my home and garden. My home is essentially theirs and wish for them to feel as comfortable and safe as possible.
About: I lost my dog to old age in December 24, he was a 15 year old Patterdale that had been with me since May 2011. So I've cared for both young and elderly dogs. In his later years, TJ was blind and unsteady on his feet, so we became very experienced in creating a calm, safe, and comforting environment for him. Our cat Stanley absolutely adored TJ — they were best friends — and since TJ passed away, Stanley has definitely missed having a dog around the house. Both myself and my partner (Paul) work from home full time, meaning your dog will rarely be left alone and will get plenty of attention, company, cuddles, and toilet breaks throughout the day. We also have two caring daughters aged 10 and 8 who love animals and enjoy helping with walks, playtime, and giving lots of affection.
