“This was the first time we have been away from 4 year old Gracie, however after the meet and greet we were 110% she would be cared for, spoilt and loved. And so Annabelle gave us regular updates on settling in, and what Gracie had been up to. Although she was super pleased to see us when we picked her up, when Annabelle phoned about Gracie's feeding bowl as we were leaving and came out to us in the car, Gracie's little tail was going like a propeller 🥰. Jasmyne kept us regularly updated with pictures so we felt reassured Koda was okay. She was so kind and accommodating when our trip had to be extended due to an emergency and looked after our boy an extra day. He clearly had a great time at Jasmyne’s and was sad to leave her! “Alba was the best person we could have chosen. What gave us the most peace of mind during the days she took care of our babies was how frequently she kept us updated, which allowed us to truly relax and enjoy our vacation. Alba followed all the instructions we left, especially regarding the amount of food (our dogs are predisposed to pancreatitis). She gave them natural treats like broccoli, carrots, and fruits that they are used to and are allowed to eat. Our babies clearly loved staying with her, and the feeling was mutual. Alba truly loves animals and cares for them as if they were her own. We were so satisfied that we’ve already booked her a second time. Even though it’s for fewer days, she will always be our first choice.”

“Ka Yu was very professional, and our cats were very well cared for, especially Cola, who has chronic kidney disease. Communication was easy and effective. We received clear updates every day about how the cats were doing, together with photos and video clips. Whenever Ka Yu noticed anything unusual or had any concerns about the cats’ condition, she would let us know promptly so that we could decide whether any further action was needed. She was also very reliable and punctual, visiting at roughly the same time each day. If there was any change to the usual visiting time, she would always let us know in advance. Overall, I highly recommend Ka Yu. I would definitely choose her again whenever I need a cat sitter in the future.”

“It's ok they do make mess at times, Teddy had a few markies this morning as I did try and feed them . But, Donald nicked his food, we have been to the vets about his behaviour again and waiting for a specialist. He has gone back to bulling and nicking teddy's food, so we are concerned. And, have been told to separate them when feeding but Ted won't eat when we do that, so we are in a no win situation. Just give him treats if he doesn't eat, if it persists we may have to consider rehousing Donald. Great job,thanks for doing your best.”

About: We have a resident cat, Stanley, who we have had since he was a kitten. Stanley has grown up around dogs until our beloved TJ passed last year and he absolutely loved snuggles with the dog. Stanley is a very lazy indoor cat and normally sleeps most of the day. He does venture out in to our back garden (supervised) but thats as far as he goes. He is up-to date with all flea and worm treatment and has his vaccines.

About: It’s safe to say that I absolutely love dogs, every breed, every size, and every personality. From tiny Chihuahuas to big German Shepherds, I truly believe every dog is unique and reflects something special about the people who love them. These do not have any interaction with visiting pets and usually go completely unnoticed. If a dog were ever to show interest or feel unsettled by it, the fish tank or fish can easily be moved to another room, as he has another fish tank in another room, to ensure everyone feels comfortable. I’m not involved in caring for the fish, my partner takes care of them, so they don’t play any role in the pet care I provide. For this reason, I haven’t listed them as pets on my profile, as they don’t affect the environment or the care of visiting animals in any way.

About: We are the proud parents of an 8 year old spaniel who we have had since he was a baby! We both work from home - Naji full time, and I have 1 office day which I can move as and when needed. About: I lost my dog to old age in December 24, he was a 15 year old Patterdale that had been with me since May 2011. So I've cared for both young and elderly dogs. I also care for the dogs of family when they go away. I live alone and mostly work from home. I have a secure back garden and have a choice of parks nearby for walking.
