“Linda took good care of Eve with plenty of outdoor play in the garden and kept me informed during the day with photos of Eve. Eve is still a puppy and nervous of new people - Linda was patient with initial barking and by the end of the first sit Linda was her new best friend.”

“Ella looked after our girl for our wedding, she was fantastic start to finish and made everything so easy when it was a busy time for us. Indi was very happy, and Ella sent us lots of pictures and updates of her having a great time. Lovely young lady, would highly recommend! Indi says thank you 🐾”

“Had Jennie dogsit our 17 month old Shihtzu for 2 days, she was excellent at sending updates and pictures whilst we were away. Our dog has got very comfortable with Jennie which is really reassuring too”

“Megan looked after McKenzie for us for the day. Normally McKenzie can be quite unsociable and stay in bed but she spent most of the day on the sofa with Megan, which was great. We now plan to have Megan look after McKenzie on a regular basis.”

“This is the first time I have used David. He turned up right on time and my dog Laika took to him straight away. David was respectful of my property and left it clean, tidy and secure. Very pleased as this is the first time I have used a home sitter/dog walker in many, many years. Already have further bookings with David.”

“Hannah came to look after Lola overnight for us again and Lola loved being in her care 😍. We were kept up to date throughout Hannahs stay, with pics and messages, and Lola was very well looked after and our home left very clean and tidy. Thank you again Hannah! Natalie and Nathan x”

About: I have lifelong experience caring for dogs of all ages, from young puppies to senior dogs, both male and female. I’m confident giving medication and meeting individual needs. I also have experience looking after rabbits and horses, so I’m comfortable with a wide range of animals. Currently, I live with my best friend and her 7-month-old cocker spaniel, helping with daily walks, feeding, playtime, and ensuring a safe, loving home environment. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine, as I already help look after my best friend’s 7-month-old cocker spaniel with feeding, walks, playtime, training, and cuddles each day. I’m organised and active, so I easily plan my schedule around pets’ needs, making sure they get consistent care, attention, and exercise while keeping to their usual routines. When caring for pets in my home or in a pet owner’s home, I always follow their usual routines for feeding, walks, medication, and bedtime to keep things familiar and stress-free. I make sure pets have plenty of attention, playtime, and exercise, as well as a safe, clean environment. I’m respectful of the owner’s home, keep everything tidy, and provide updates for peace of mind, while treating every pet as if they were my own.
“Hannah was wonderful with our very elderly cocker spaniel . We were very anxious leaving Duffy and we had never used a house sitter but we didn’t need to worry . Hannah was very reassuring and an excellent communicator. She came round to meet Duffy and she was very helpful about how everything works . Hannah kept us up to date while we were on holiday and again as so reassuring. She arrived early in the day and she is so easy to get along with . We came back to a contented dog and our home just as we left it . I would have no hesitation in recommending Hannah . She is lovely ! Thank you very much .🙏🙏🙏”

About: I've had pets in my life since being very young - from dogs and cats to rabbits and guinea pigs! I adore animals, and after having a dog of my own, I've realised how scary it is to be able to put your trust into someone to look after your pet. For me, you need someone that can give your pet the time, patience and love they deserve, especially when you are not there. I talk to my animals all the time so your pet can expect the same, including cuddles if they want those too! Myself and my wife are are a duo of pet sitter who are both Rover certified, so often you will have the both of us caring for your pet. My Wife is also trained in animal care which is a bonus! If I'm not available on your requested dates, my Wife might be, so we can discuss this when booking in, to try and fit around the days you require. Please get in touch for more information! I have a full time job but my hours are spread over 3.5 days. I currently have Tuesdays, Friday afternoons and weekends available. Please feel free to contact me to ask about my availability. My wife and I work opposite shifts so we can usually work around the days you require. I have a secure garden and a dog of my own to keep yours company. Although I have cats, if your dog is not good with cats please don't worry as I can easily separate the dogs and the cats for safety if needed! My home is peaceful and cosy and all pets are welcome on the sofa for cuddles and in the bed if they need some reassurance! I even have a lovely Wife (Stacey) who has a Level 3 qualification in animal management. She will be with me most of the time helping out! I also have CCTV outside the home and an indoor pet cam for extra security.

“James was great with Ozzy. He provided regular and detailed updates during their time together and a full report afterwards. I'll definitely be using him for animal care again :)”

I’ve been DBS checked through out my fire service career and I was also DBS checked in recent years for volunteering at my daughter’s school . About: Both my partner and I have experience of caring for cats and dogs. With experience of growing up with pets since we were young. It’ll often be myself (Lauren) carrying doing visits to clients homes with Jake doing looking after animals who chose to board with us. We have joined the app as we unable to commit to getting our own furry friend as we currently love to travel and at this point in our lives it would be unfair to commit full time to one. However, accept any opportunity to be involved in the care of our friends and family pets. We’ve been using Rover for nearly a year and have loved our experience and met so many lovely furry friends. Both my partner and I work in the NHS doing day time shifts. We would be able to feed pets in the morning and evening ( spending quality time with them in the evening after work). We live in a large apartment in Alderley edge which would be suitable for cats or small dogs to stay over. However, we feel would be too restrictive in size for a larger dog. We have access to a communal garden for toilet breaks for dogs.

I currently work part time from home, so will be around for your pets for drop ins throughout the day to feed/let out, to sit with your pets whilst you are out, or to stay at your home/overnight care. Available for drop ins throughout the day to feed/let out, to sit with your pets whilst you are out, or to stay at your home/overnight care.
“Great communication from the beginning - we arranged a meet and greet to introduce our dog and establish what to expect from both sides. Olivia was considerate and attentive to our dog’s needs throughout the session and gave us a rundown of how he was when we returned. Overall a great experience for us as pet owners!”

About: I share my home with six of my own beloved dogs, and caring for them is genuinely the best part of my day. Walking, training, playing, rehabbing, and just hanging out with them is my happy place. Every one of my dogs has been a rescue, and I’ve always had a soft spot for the pets who need a little extra patience, understanding, and skill. If you're worried yours is “too much,” a bit reactive, or needs a handler who won’t be fazed, I’m your woman. I’m experienced with multi-dog households, large-breed handling, and reactive behaviour management. My biggest dog was a 70kg mastiff, and my current crew includes a Dachshund, a Dachshund cross, and a Terrier cross. I’ve cared for everything from kittens to Maine Coons, and Chihuahuas through to Beagles, Spaniels, Huskies, Great Danes, and more. I’m also IVDD-rehab experienced, with hands-on knowledge of crate rest management, mobility support, medication schedules, sling-walking, and caring for extra-needs pets safely and compassionately. Because of my own dogs, I have limited availability for house-sitting, but please feel free to message me and we can always chat through options. I know how stressful it is trying to find someone trustworthy, reliable, and genuinely experienced, and my goal is to help you give your pets the safest, happiest care possible. If you want someone who truly understands dogs with quirks, challenges, medical needs, or big personalities, I’d love to help. I'm self employed and having my own dogs dictates most of my schedule so I'm flexible. I can accommodate on-the-day walking and drop in requests. I can offer a calm and quiet environment with play and training depending on your particular pet's needs. They want to snuggle under a blanket and watch reruns of Gilmore Girls? I got them. They wanna hike until they can't stand up anymore? I can do that too. They like their dinner warm and their water bowl with ice in it? At your service. I am here to help you provide the best life for your pets.
