Ellie had a great time at daycare. Andrew's garden is beautiful with lot's of space to run round crazy which she did. She came back exhausted after a fun day playing with other dogs. We'll definitely use Andrew again in the future.

Kerri and Paris are the sweetest pair! I adore them and I think Lucy does too. Kerri was gentle and warm with Lucy, putting her instantly at ease. She took wonderful care of Lucy and kept me updated with little notes and photos throughout the day. Her home is very friendly for my elderly dog and I know Lucy is comfortable there. I’m very glad to have met Kerri and I’ll definitely call on her again knowing Lucy will be cozy and well cared for. Thank you, Kerri

Lauren and her girls treated our Fergus like he was part of the family! We are so grateful to have been able to book for doggy day care while we were on holiday and couldn’t take our pup along to the theme park! Lauren was very responsive and kept us updated with pics while she took care of Fergus. Highly recommend!

Amazing, Emily and Dan took great care of our dogs, a Labrador and a GSD 6 month old puppy. Took them on a great walk and they got to play with their lovely dogs. We really loved all the photos we got so we could see how our boys were getting on. It was very clear from the first conversations we had and the questions they had from us that they love dogs and really cared about looking after them properly. We would definitely leave our dogs with them again.

About: Me and my husband (Nishant), we both have grown up with Dogs and have had these furry bundles of joy around us pretty much all our lives. We have a 3 year old Golden Retriever called Buddy. We love our lazy walks and playing in backyard all day long and not to miss our basket full of stuff toys Me and my husband maintain a flexible working routine allowing plenty of time to play with your pet and giving them the attention and care they need while they are away from their loving family and safe space We have a fully fenced and a decently big back yard for your pet to play. Our own pet (Buddy) is extremely friendly and would love to give your pet the much needed company. Area we live in is blessed with vast green spaces and fields, ideal for walks and socializing with other pets. Will make sure we stick to the routine your pet is used to and also if there are any specific needs, those will be looked after as well.

About: I’m a passionate dog lover with over 15 years of experience caring for dogs of all shapes, sizes, and personalities. From giant Bernese Mountain Dogs to tiny Yorkshire Terriers, I’ve had hands-on experience with a wide range of breeds and understand that every dog deserves individual care, attention, and love. I live on a fully enclosed farm with plenty of open fields for safe exercise, playtime, and adventures. There are no other animals on the property, giving your dog a calm, secure environment where they can relax and enjoy themselves. For me, dogs are family, and that’s exactly how they’ll be treated while in my care - with lots of affection, attention, and a home-from-home experience. Whether your dog loves long walks, playing outdoors, or simply curling up for cuddles, I’ll make sure they feel safe, happy, and loved. All breeds, sizes, ages and personalities are welcome! I am especially experienced in juvenile puppies and those who need more care and attention in their old age. Pet care naturally fits into my lifestyle because I’m already surrounded by it every day! I work from home 5 days a week and I am also me on weekends for day care and sitting. When your dog stays with me, they become part of the family. My home is a farm which is a fully fenced for dogs, for safe, secure outdoor play and plenty of fresh air. Inside, they’ll find comfy beds, cozy corners, and a calm, puppy-friendly space to relax. I offer constant love, attention, and companionship — whether it’s playtime, nap time, or just following me around while I work from home. Your dog will never be left out or overlooked — they’ll be cared for just like my own.

We wish to thank Kerri for Jazz’s daycare. Considering how awful the weather was that day Kerri took him out for 2 walks & Jazz came back home a very happy doggie. We hope that Kerri will be available to look after Jazz again as we live very close by. We found Kerri to be a very friendly and caring person. So thank you Kerri hope to see you again. Pam & Peter

FAQs for Doggy Day Care - Cheshire East

Frequently asked questions about Rover

The average cost for Doggy Day Care in Cheshire East on Rover is £28.75 per day (as of June 2026). However, all sitters set their own rates based on experience, location, and availability.

Rover makes budgeting the cost of Doggy Day Care easy. As long as your dates and pet profiles are correct, the price you see before you book is the same price you pay for Doggy Day Care. For more information on service fees, click here .

There are 2,385 sitters on Rover for Doggy Day Care in Cheshire East. About 85% of Cheshire East sitters can respond to requests in under 60 minutes. Whether you are planning ahead for public holidays, need last-minute care, or need same-day cover for an urgent trip, you can message multiple sitters at once to find available care.

Once you find the right match, you can arrange a Meet & Greet to ensure they are a perfect fit for your pet’s personality before confirming.

Sitters on Rover can offer flexible scheduling, so you can coordinate times that work best for you and your pet—whether that’s early drop-off or later collection to match your Cheshire East commute.

If your schedule changes, it’s best to let your sitter know through the app as early as possible. Many sitters can adjust collection and drop-off times when needed.

Your dog’s first day care experience is a big milestone! To help your pup settle in comfortably, we recommend:

  • Food and treats portioned for the day, with feeding instructions
  • Your dog's lead and collar (ensure tags are up-to-date)
  • Any seasonal gear, such as paw-safe wax for winter or a cooling vest for the summer
  • Medication, if applicable, with clear dosage notes
  • Any special care instructions or training tips to help your sitter provide the most personalised care possible

Tip: Upload this information directly through the Rover app before drop-off. The more context you provide, the better your sitter can tailor the day to your dog.

While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog's vaccines is the best way to be 'boarding ready'. Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.

Sitters in North West England may request that your dog be up-to-date on core vaccines, such as Canine Distemper, Canine Parvovirus, Canine Adenovirus (also known as DHP or DHPPi), Leptospirosis and Kennel Cough. Cats may be required to have Feline Panleucopenia Virus, Feline Herpesvirus, Feline Calicivirus, and Feline Leukaemia Virus up to date.

By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.

If you would like updates while you’re away, you can discuss with your sitter how many or how frequent you’d like those updates to be. The Rover app allows sitters to send photos, videos, and messages about your pet, including how many pee or poo breaks occured. You can message your sitter at any time through the app and our support team is available for dedicated customer support by email or chat if you have concerns.

The personalised, in-home nature of pet care through Rover can mean more individual attention for your pet.

Every sitter on Rover must pass an identity verification before they can list their services. An identity verification confirms that the sitter is who they say they are based on their documents.

Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to £25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit our Trust & Safety page .

Emergency support is available by phone or email in English, French, German, and Spanish from Mon-Sat 9am to 6pm. When an incident occurs, we recommend that sitters contact our Trust & Safety team immediately so that they can connect your sitter with a qualified vet or offer other resources to help.

If a sitter needs to cancel at the last minute, Rover’s booking protection means Rover Support will work with you to find a suitable replacement as quickly as possible.

The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes dedicated customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement programme for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.

All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to £25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

We require sitters to operate in compliance with applicable local licensing requirements. In England, pet sitters who board dogs or provide doggy day care as a business may need a valid licence under the Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities Involving Animals) Regulations 2018. When vetting your sitter, ask if they meet local licensing requirements for dog boarding. This confirmation is important for coverage under the Rover Guarantee. Read more about our requirement for following local licensing requirements .
