Jenny was fantastic with our dog and made me feel so at ease knowing she was in good hands. From the start Jenny was professional and made sure she knew everything she needed beforehand. Will definitely book again!

About: I’ve had dogs in my life since childhood . Nearly all of them have been a handful in their own fun and unique ways. From German Shepherds to my current dog - a 42 kg Weimaraner. Based in Holmes Chapel and covering surrounding areas . For house sitting I will be available for mostly weekends and some school holidays . I will spend a minimum of 14 hours at your home including over night and walks will be included. I’m available for dog walks at any time of the day (around school runs) during the week. Please check my calendar and and the drop down box for each service required. Recently retired(but still a full time dad to 2 daughters ) after 28 years of being a firefighter , during which I was also a P.T at the station. So if your dog needs a relaxed walk or full on run for 5km I can cater for both or even just a chill on the sofa . I’ve been DBS checked through out my fire service career and I was also DBS checked in recent years for volunteering at my daughter’s school . I will only be walking / looking after one dog at a time (unless from the same household) so I can concentrate my full attention / efforts on looking after your special one.

About: Previously have had a Weimaraner and short haired German pointer, having grown up around animals, I’m loving & caring, adore furry friends, they’re the best company! And would look after yours as I would my own! I currently work part-time, and mostly from home with access to gorgeous countryside on the doorstep. Living alone I love having furry animals to stay to keep me company, including our own family dog which I regularly look after. I appreciate that pets are part of the family and should be treated that way! I have a fenced garden and no other pets in the house but having grown up around dogs I appreciate their needs. Living alone I can be adaptable and flexible to meet their needs. With access to walks on the doorstep I would be able to make sure they get lots of walks and fresh air!

About: I've had pets in my life since being very young - from dogs and cats to rabbits and guinea pigs! I adore animals, and after having a dog of my own, I've realised how scary it is to be able to put your trust into someone to look after your pet. For me, you need someone that can give your pet the time, patience and love they deserve, especially when you are not there. I talk to my animals all the time so your pet can expect the same, including cuddles if they want those too! Myself and my wife are are a duo of pet sitter who are both Rover certified, so often you will have the both of us caring for your pet. My Wife is also trained in animal care which is a bonus! If I'm not available on your requested dates, my Wife might be, so we can discuss this when booking in, to try and fit around the days you require. Please get in touch for more information! I have a full time job but my hours are spread over 3.5 days. I currently have Tuesdays, Friday afternoons and weekends available. Please feel free to contact me to ask about my availability. My wife and I work opposite shifts so we can usually work around the days you require. I have a secure garden and a dog of my own to keep yours company. Although I have cats, if your dog is not good with cats please don't worry as I can easily separate the dogs and the cats for safety if needed! My home is peaceful and cosy and all pets are welcome on the sofa for cuddles and in the bed if they need some reassurance! I even have a lovely Wife (Stacey) who has a Level 3 qualification in animal management. She will be with me most of the time helping out! I also have CCTV outside the home and an indoor pet cam for extra security.

James is exactly what you’re looking for in a dog walker. He handles my high energy puppy well. Professional and great with animals in general. Lots of experience and does even a bit of training with him on the walk to work on recall/sit etc. Lots of pictures on the walks too. Highly recommended James if you’re in the area.

About: Myself and my partner Alex are both animal lovers, from both growing up in pet-filled households, we have looked after all animals from dogs, cats, rabbits, fish and even hamsters. We have looked after and had experience with numerous different dog breeds, all shapes and sizes, from Dachshunds to Labradors. We love learning about different breed behaviours and each dogs unique personalities which helps us to care for your pets in the right way. Me and my partner Alex live in a rural area with a large dog field a stones throw away. Our garden is a good size and very secure with grass, perfect for any sized dog. We are currently living without any pets of our own for the first time which is very strange/boring! This is our perfect opportunity to spend time with your furry friends and we can treat them like they are our own. We only take one booking at a time so each dog has our full attention & care like they would in your home. We offer both boarding in our home and house sitting. I have also undergone my level 3 in dog grooming, in hope to offer this as an additional service in the near future.🐕 Both myself and Alex work from home during the week and Alex takes an hour lunch, meaning walkies can be given multiple times a day depending on your dogs needs. We live a stones throw away from a huge doggie field which has multiple trails, perfect for long daily walks. Weekends are usually spent on walks/hikes so can easily include your dog in some fun activities (if wanted) happy to take dogs in the car if comfortable with this for days out. Doggie seat belts/crates can be used if required. Some of our doggie clients have been on trips to Wales and the Peaks with us! We can offer a home away from home for your pet and wish to create a comfortable environment where your dog will be settled and you can feel reassured your pets are being cared for throughout. We are happy to allow dogs on the furniture and have lots of snuggles (if wanted). I can use a crate at night time if that is what you are happy with. With a large secure garden, dogs will have access whenever needed. Fresh water and lots of treats will be on hand at all times, I will work with you to make sure food requirements are met.

Jonathan was great taking Buddy for a walk while I’m on crutches. The time I first requested wasn’t available but he gave me an option for another time which was fine for me. He took Buddy out on a nice long walk which tired him out and gave me some great advice to try when I’m back able to walk him myself.

About: I have lifelong experience caring for dogs of all ages, from young puppies to senior dogs, both male and female. I’m confident giving medication and meeting individual needs. I also have experience looking after rabbits and horses, so I’m comfortable with a wide range of animals. Currently, I live with my best friend and her 7-month-old cocker spaniel, helping with daily walks, feeding, playtime, and ensuring a safe, loving home environment. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine, as I already help look after my best friend’s 7-month-old cocker spaniel with feeding, walks, playtime, training, and cuddles each day. I’m organised and active, so I easily plan my schedule around pets’ needs, making sure they get consistent care, attention, and exercise while keeping to their usual routines. When caring for pets in my home or in a pet owner’s home, I always follow their usual routines for feeding, walks, medication, and bedtime to keep things familiar and stress-free. I make sure pets have plenty of attention, playtime, and exercise, as well as a safe, clean environment. I’m respectful of the owner’s home, keep everything tidy, and provide updates for peace of mind, while treating every pet as if they were my own.
