“Paulina and her daughter did an excellent job of looking after Blanche and Dolly. They were well looked after and safe. I only needed my girls to be looked after for a short amount of time, but it was their first time in a new place and away from me so naturally I was nervous. Paulina sent me regular updates so I felt very reassured that my little ladies were safe and looked after, I’m very grateful.”

“Lennie loved his day at Marcia's. He went on a lovely walk and then spent the day curles up to lovely Lola. Marcia sent me photos throughout the day and I could see how happy Lennie was! He is looking forward to his over night stay in a few weeks time. Thanks Marcia!”

“Jess has been fantastic in looking after my pups. She is punctual and caring and my dogs love being with her. She will often do lunchtime check in’s when I am on long day shifts as well as having them for me when I was abroad for 2 weeks. She would send me check in photos and short video calls when I wanted; even when I would be but annoying! My dogs have to have medication (tablet) in the morning and this has been no issue for Jess. There is no one I trust more with my fur babys!”

About: Myself and Dan have taken care of dogs since we were both young, having multiple family dogs. We’ve always been around animals of all sorts and can care for dogs of all ages and exercise needs. We currently both work from home so someone is always here. We walk our own dog everyday for around 3 miles but can do shorter walks if that suits your dog better. Our dog Carlos is full of energy, but he is very submissive with other dogs. He is excitable when first meeting other dogs, but most of the time sleeps around the house! If your dog prefers more mellow company, please just be aware of this. We have a large fenced garden and quiet roads to walk on. There’s plenty of country side and off road walks we do nearby, so can be flexible.

“Cannot recommend Chris enough! Rocky is my first pup and I’ve never left him with anyone other than my parents whilst away. As he is so young I was really nervous he wouldn’t settle. But I didn’t need to worry, Chris gave me daily picture and video updates of his walk and playtimes and it was extremely reassuring. Rocky is with me pretty much 24/7 (even comes in the bathroom) while I shower and whilst I wasn’t with him physically the videos helped a great deal especially as he hadn’t been apart from me for more than 2 days! Due to the collie in him he is very active and I appreciated that Chris was able to keep up that schedule and allowed him to still keep his routine at home. He got dirty on walks (to be expected) as he does love water but Chris ensured he was washed before my mother came to pick him up. Couldn’t recommend Chris enough. Thank You ☺️”

“Layla is absolutely incredible! During our first meeting, she wanted to know everything about Pablo - from his normal routine to his likes and dislikes and applied all of this to his stay. We got regular updates and pictures so we knew that Pablo was happy in his new surroundings and knowing that he was being treated like one of the family allowed us to relax more…he had such a lovely time that he didn’t want to come home with us and instead took himself off upstairs for a sleep on the bed! We are so glad we came across Layla and will definitely be booking Pablo back in with her when we go away again.”

I won't be using anyone else from now on (although it's not often we leave our little man behind!), she kept us updated for 5 days on everything Slinky did and gave us loads of photos and videos so I felt safe and relaxed on my trip knowing Slinks was so well loved!
