About: We have recently been introducing new pets into our flat including a hamster (Tako) and a cat (Miso) and would love the opportunity to begin introducing a dog into the family as well. Personally, I have some dog care experience as I used to own 2 dogs (Cairn Terrier) - intended to be just a single rescue but found out it was pregnant (puppy was an unknown mixed breed). I looked after it for about a year before I had to move away for university. Me and my partner work during the weekdays, but are generally free over the weekend (starting from Friday evenings). We will need 1 weeks notice in advance in case we are travelling somewhere. Me and my partner operate together so we can give extra attention to your pet whether it's house sitting at your place or boarding in ours. We have a cat so if you intend to board at our place, we will bring our cat for meet and greets to ensure your pet gets along with ours (super important!). I also want to point out that we stay in a flat, so preference would be to house small dogs or if bigger then slightly older / mature is preferred. No restrictions for housing at your place as long as it is a clean and safe environment with clear instructions and ready supplied food.

About: I have had 3 dogs in my lifetime one as a teenage child the other one as a adult. My current dog who I have raised from a plant hungry , dust pan brush lover puppy to a more chilled golden oldie. As owner of a very senior labrador i am familiar with attending to their unique needs, quirks and routines . I feel i am quite intuitive with dogs characters and behaviour styles and so can adapt to their care accordingly. I have large secure garden which all my four legged visitors seem to love to play in with plenty of space to have sniffs. I'm the only adult living here and only care for one dog at a time making for a quiet and calm environment so undivided attention can be given to your pooch during their stay so ideal for nervous or senior dogs. I work set rota 2 X long days per week ,so the rest of time i' m available to lavish attention on your furry baby I try to keep my calender regularly updated to reflect my working rota I work within a healthcare organisations which means I have up to date criminal reference and now police vetting clearance, due to current work environment. Every year i am required to under take health and safety training relevant to my role. I have completed practical animal first aid course. I find my time as Dog sitter an extremely therapeutic and rewarding addition to my other job as I get to take care of some amazing and unique four legged characters along the way.

About: I am experienced in dog walking and dog sitting. I have looked after several dogs. I have a Maltese X I have had for several years. I love spending time with dogs and hopefully one day make this more of a career eventually. Sammy adapts very well to other dogs. I understand dogs are apart of the family and need to be cared for in the same way. Over the past four years since being back in the UK, I have been to Dog shows all around the country me and Sammy love meeting new people and learning about the health and interesting facts about different breeds. I moved back from Adelaide in 2019. I’ve owned 4 cats in my time. I did volunteering work for The RSPCA in Adelaide and was apart of their fundraising. I raised money through baking. It was through the volunteering I adopted Sammy my Maltese X. He is everything to me he was extremely anxious at first but after time and dog training he is now a very confident dog. He would go to day care a few times a week while I was at work. This was great for him to be social with other dogs, so when we went out for walks & the beach he was very comfortable around dogs and people. I love being around dogs and cats they are so good for companionship. I work full-time, but work from home quite frequently. I live alone and have no other responsibilities. My parents look after Sammy if other Dogs are not social with other dogs. We know dogs have certain needs and are aware some dogs are often very anxious so offer time and patience when walking and caring for them.
17. Michelle L.
“Michelle has walked my cavachon on numerous occasions, he is always happy to see her and loves going on walkies with her. When I can’t walk my boy myself I wouldn’t consider anybody else other than chase pets.”
