About: I grew up with a rescue collie, dog sat for my brother's recuse dog and now we have our own fun loving 3 year old cocker spaniel! My partner Tim and I both work from home, which means your pet will have plenty of company and supervision throughout the day. They’ll never be left alone for long and will always have someone around to give them a fuss! I am happy to send regular updates and photos so you can relax knowing your furry friend is comfortable & settled. We have a secure garden where dogs can safely play and take regular toilet breaks. About: We are a dog-loving family with plenty of experience caring for pets. We had a much-loved Cavalier King Charles Spaniel for 9 wonderful years and, although we sadly lost him a few years ago, we haven’t felt ready to replace him. Instead, we’ve loved welcoming friends’ and family members’ dogs into our home and treating them like part of the family. Our children absolutely adore dogs and are used to helping with feeding, playing, cuddles, and making sure every dog feels safe, happy, and loved. Dogs staying with us receive lots of attention, affection, and companionship. I also love walking, so your dog will enjoy regular exercise, fresh air, and plenty of care. We can care for dogs during the week and are happy for them to spend short periods alone if they are comfortable doing so, with access to a large, safe kitchen space. We’re available to spend quality time with your dog every day before 9am and after 3pm, as well as weekends and school holidays. We work from home time to time so will be there to keep your pup company. We also have a large, fully fenced garden, perfect for playing, exploring, or simply relaxing in the sunshine. Your pup must enjoy being around children. Between me and my husband someone is usually home whether working from home or being here with the children. They’ll be plenty of playtime and walks which can be both morning and evening. We have a fenced garden which is suitable for your dog to play and run around in. If you have a crate to bring we have space, if not they can happily sleep in the basket downstairs .
“Cannot recommend Chris enough! Rocky is my first pup and I’ve never left him with anyone other than my parents whilst away. As he is so young I was really nervous he wouldn’t settle. But I didn’t need to worry, Chris gave me daily picture and video updates of his walk and playtimes and it was extremely reassuring. Rocky is with me pretty much 24/7 (even comes in the bathroom) while I shower and whilst I wasn’t with him physically the videos helped a great deal especially as he hadn’t been apart from me for more than 2 days! Due to the collie in him he is very active and I appreciated that Chris was able to keep up that schedule and allowed him to still keep his routine at home. He got dirty on walks (to be expected) as he does love water but Chris ensured he was washed before my mother came to pick him up. Couldn’t recommend Chris enough. Thank You ☺️”

About: I've had dogs my whole life and believe dogs are not pets but family members. Your dog will be in the safest of hands and will be spoiled rotten, whilst you're away. My dog goes to doggy day care, when I go on holiday so I understand how people feel when leaving their family member behind (this isn't easy to a lot of people). I have my own dog and i've looked after family members, since the age of 21 (when they go on holiday). I've had and looked after a variety of dogs from Cockapoo to Staffy's to Grey Hounds. Currently have a 10 year old Cockapoo, that doesn't tend to have an interest in other dogs. Your dog will be walked, allowed on the furniture and beds and they won't be left on their own. I can bath them (at an additional cost) if required. They can also sleep on the bed or you can provide a crate, if this follows their usual sleeping arrangement. Currently work Monday to Friday so my availability is for weekend stays only. During the weekends, I will always be in unless i've notified you of anything different in advance. I have a fenced garden and live a 2/3 minute walk to a large park. I'll be in all weekend so no pets will be left alone. Your family member can sleep on the furniture or our bed. You can provide a crate for them to sleep, if this is the usual arrangement for your dog. Have access to the whole house. If I wanted to take your pet anywhere, I will always request this with yourself first.

We are willing and can be as flexible as possible in order to suit you or work around your needs. My wife has condensed work days for childcare so works 3 evening shifts a week and one of those shifts will be either Saturday or Sundays when I’m always at home so very little time or occasions when your fur babies could actually be alone but if they were it would only be for short periods. Our son is now 4 years old and does love all the dogs that come to us but is not over bearing on them as he’s more interested in playing with his hot wheels cars or diggers! We have a lovely home in Norton canes with a fenced garden which has Astro turf grass so no muddy paws! If walking your dog I’m on the doorstep of chasewater and other smaller parks which I also love walking my own dog. You can be rest assured I will never release any dog I care for off the lead.

Poppy can sometimes be a little unpredictable with other dogs and yet, they were fully mindful of this, gave her a lot of exercise, love and attention and gave her free reign of their house - their dog, Evie, is clearly very comfortable with other dogs around and overall I felt that this family go "above and beyond", even going so far as to drive over to my house to drop her off at the end of the day. Honestly one of the best experiences for myself and for Poppy and I would certainly use again. Just an amazing experience!! 5******”

“Wow, well after non stop searching we have found the loveliest couple in Mark & Sue! They came to our house to meet Stanley prior to him having a day at their house on a "trial run" We took him, along with a car full of his toys and treats to their house and dropped him off, and to say he made himself at home was an understatement! He settled in so well and got on with Mark and Sue,playing with his toys and in and out to the garden "helping" Sue!!!!! We felt so happy leaving him, we knew he would be well looked after and he sure was, he had a ball! I have no hesitation in taking him back again and leaving him for week ends away and holidays!!! About: Natasha and I have all the required skills to look after dogs of any size and breed. We have a number of years experience with different breeds and have chosen to do this as a job because we like being outdoors, we constantly walk around and go on long walks so why not do it with an animal and get their steps in for the day too. Also they say dogs are your best friend, which is true. We would treat all animals the same way you would treat a human. We are kind, outgoing and have so much love for animals. We hope to look after your dog sometime soon. Be assured that they will all be well looked after and loved. Due to working from home I can tend to their needs at anytime in the day and on weekends too. I have a high fenced garden which is a decent size for your fur baby to run around in. About: Having pets most of my life I’m experienced in taking great care of them, from puppies to senior. I love to go on walks/hikes & luckily I’m surrounded by plenty of great walking trails where I live. I work from home during the week, which would allow me to take great care of your pet and provide plenty of walks during my breaks. My ground floor apartment is private, spacious and cosy, your pet would be very safe here. Although it doesn’t have a garden, it does have a veranda and I can provide regular toilet breaks. I have no children or other pets and it is a smoke free home.

About: I have owned and cared for a vast array of dogs over the last thirty years including Jack Russells, Collies and Atikas and currently own a crazy little Lakeland Terrier called Ted. I understand that you want your dog to be safe, comfortable and relaxed when you go away. I live in a spacious house with a large, totally enclosed garden and we have a nature reserve nearby for daily walks.. I will follow any feeding or care instructions and treat your babies like my own. I am home most of the time being semi retired . My partner is fully retired and spends his day pottering in the garden and shed. I drive and am fit and healthy. Ted is never alone more than a couple of hours and you can rest assured your dog will have plenty of company. Ted is an escapologist so our home and garden is escape proof. Stairs can be closed off if you don't like your dog to climb them. Access to the garden is always available as is fresh water and comfy sofas.
