I work from home full time, meaning I am always on hand for both young and old visitors who may need more regular access to toileting and attention. We walk our dogs twice a day, one long walk for the puppy and a short walk for our senior dog, and can be more active if required. We spend lots of time playing, cuddling and training our dogs - and rarely can I say no to taking a quick break from work to pay them some attention.

Safety, trust & environment
We have a fully fenced, extra large garden allowing pets to run freely off lead. We live less than a 5 minute walk from Cannock Chase and multiple local parks, perfect for pets to enjoy. We have two resident dogs, who are both very accustomed to strange dogs coming and going. One of our dogs is crated, and we have a spare XXL crate readily available if crate care is needed or preferred.

Information Nicole T. would like to know about your pet
We would need to know first and foremost that your dog is microchipped, and insured. Any medications, behavioural concerns, toileting or physical additional needs will absolutely be considered but would need to be discussed ahead of time. We are open to taking care of all level of needs, as long as we are fully briefed and prepared!
A typical day
We wake up early and take the dogs for a walk over Cannock Chase, before myself and my husband start work. Our dogs settle into their own routines for the morning, involving snuffle balls, sleeping, cuddles, and likimats. They get an afternoon lunchtime walk where we often meet other dogs at the local park. Throughout the day, they have access to a fenced dog-friendly area of the garden, and of the evening they have open access to the whole garden for runs, sniffs, play time and training.

Pet care experience
My husband and I have adopted 5 dogs in our time together - from senior to puppy - as well as fostered over 10 dogs for three different rehoming charities. We treat every dog like a member of our family, and ensure they leave full of love, confidence and TLC. We are used to introducing new members of the household to our current fluffy residents (a puppy GSD and a senior Greyhound) in a positive, planned manner. We love to send pupdates to the families of our residents, so you'll always know what's going on with your baby. All pets that come to stay will be my full responsibility at all times, while my husband will be around to give extra love and cuddles.
Reviews

Nicole and Matt were amazing with elvis, we were feeling anxious as it was the first time he has stayed out but they really listened to his needs and we felt totally at ease. The photo updates were great and elvis looked like he was having his own little holiday. Would highly recommend and will definitely be using them again.

Nicole was great, and really looked after our pup. It was his first time away from us, and we weren’t aware of how much of a diva he is. But, Nicole went above and beyond with his care, and sent regular pics and updates which we really appreciated. We would definitely book here again, and highly recommend Nicole. Thanks.

Nicole was amazing with poppy and I couldn't have asked for better dog sitter, Poppy loved her stay and I would definitely rebook

Slinky had the best time as always! He gets a holiday as much as we do when he goes and sees his friend Ben! The other dogs in the home are so lovely with him and Nicole knows so much about animals. We always feel safe when she has him.
