“Ruben stayed with Maria and her family for 2 nights. I would highly recommend Maria and her family. They were so warm and welcoming to Ruben and myself, I had no worries when leaving him. Maria took on board how Ruben is cared for at home and was really accommodating with what he needed. Ruben was so happy and I could tell he was calm and settled when I collected him. Maria kept in touch with photos an let me know he was happy and that was really reassuring. A huge thanks to her and I will definitely look to Maria for care for Ruben whenever I may need agsin 💕”

I think it's safe to say he's been one of the more challenging pets to manage, being fear-aggressive amongst other difficult behaviours; and Adam has been great dealing with and deescalating situations in which Tali has misbehaved. His kindhearted approach, with emphasis on positive reinforcement, has been the heart of his affinity with animals and theirs with him. I have no doubt he'd excel at caring for any pet as if they were his own!”
