About: I have had dogs and cats all my life, I have just completed an Animal Biology degree and worked as a dog walker/groomer for over 2 years. I am about to start my masters in vet physio I am currently studying my Master’s degree in Veterinary Physiotherapy on a part-time basis, which gives me excellent weekly flexibility. I am fully available for pet care all weekdays (Monday to Friday) and all day on Sundays. Because my schedule is highly adaptable around my studies and flexible part-time work, I can easily accommodate regular feeding times, structure routine walks, and provide plenty of dedicated companionship throughout the day Safety is my absolute top priority. We found ourselves last minute needing a place for our dog to stay after realising the hotel didn’t allow dogs. Sabina was fast to respond, great with our dog and very accommodating. She made a stressful situation an enjoyable one and we also got to do some other things without the dog - thank you so much.

Vivien looked after our dog for 10 nights while we were are holiday. I was a little worried about leaving her due to her old age and the fact she is blind but she was well taken care of and Vivien kept me updated throughout with messages and photographs. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
We require sitters to operate in compliance with applicable local licensing requirements. In England, pet sitters who board dogs or provide doggy day care as a business may need a valid licence under the Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities Involving Animals) Regulations 2018. When vetting your sitter, ask if they meet local licensing requirements for dog boarding. This confirmation is important for coverage under the Rover Guarantee.
