“A True Cat Whisperer! Ella’s a star! She wins over shy Miley for fuss, treats & the cutest photos, and keeps Percy posing & playing and happy with a treat too. Both cats adore her... and so do we! Thank you Ella xx”

“Martin was brilliant as always and took excellent care of my two cats. He is extremely helpful, a great communicator and left the place extremely tidy. I would definitely recommend him!”

“Michelle was lovely. She came for a meet and greet and we had a lovely chat. She asked what she needed to know to look after my girl. My cat is not a sociable girl and Michelle understood that so was happy to leave my cat in Michelle's care. Michelle sent me updates when she stopped by which was reassuring. Will be booking with Michelle again.”

“Bow was AMAZING with our 2 cats Carmelo and Lorenzo. They usually have a hard time when we go off and come back to find them stressed out or anxious, but after we came back from Bow's sit they were both so calm and at ease. She gave us plenty of feedback daily which gave us lots of peace of mind and she was very thorough with the instructions. Will definitely invite her for future sits and 10/10 would recommend her to other pet parents!”

About: Hi, I’m Nina 👋 I’ve been surrounded by animals my whole life, from growing up with dogs and cats to caring for small pets like rabbits and guinea pigs. I understand that every pet has their own personality and needs. Some are full of energy and need long walks to burn it off, others are shy or elderly and just want gentle company and care. I take the time to get to know each pet and make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. 🐾 Reliable & communicative: You’ll always get photo/video updates so you can relax knowing your pets are happy. Pet safety first: I’m DBS checked, and committed to giving your pets the best possible care. Cat & small animal specialist: I don’t just walk dogs — I’m experienced with cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, and more. 🐶 Services I Offer • Dog walking (in your local area on your dogs usual routes) • Dog visits (feeding, playtime, cuddles, toilet breaks) • Cat visits (feeding, playtime, cuddles, litter cleaning) • Small animal care (rabbits, guinea pigs, birds, etc. feeding, playtime, cleaning out) • Administering meds where needed PLEASE MESSAGE ME FOR PRICES the prices in this app are generated from them and are sometimes over inflated for multiple animals etc, Also, there are possibilities of dog overnight boarding if your dog gets on with mine, this would involve presents to determine first. Again message for details ⸻ 👉 My goal is simple: to treat your pets as if they were my own. Pet care fits perfectly into my daily life. I structure my mornings and evenings around walks and visits, and I love having animals as part of my everyday routine. Spending time with pets isn’t something I have to squeeze in — it’s genuinely the best part of my day Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I always take time to build trust with each animal, moving at their pace so they feel relaxed and secure. On walks, I use your own leads and harnesses, and stick to routes that suit your dog’s needs — whether that’s a quiet stroll for a nervous pup or a more energetic walk for those with plenty of energy to burn. For home visits, I make sure your pet’s environment stays safe, clean, and familiar. I’ll refresh water, feed according to your instructions, clean litter trays or hutches, and keep everything tidy. Just as important, I spend quality time giving them company, reassurance, and play — so they’re not just cared for, but truly happy. You’ll always receive regular updates with photos or videos, so you know exactly how your pets are doing while you’re away.
“Our dogs took to Anna instantly during the preliminary meeting so we booked a drop-in visit straight away. We received gorgeous photos of Anna interacting with the dogs throughout her visit and excellent communication before/after. Thanks Anna!”

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience administering medication or managing dietary requirements. You can also find pet sitters who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and request a Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
