Ben went above and beyond with our little Reggie, this was the first time we had to booked a sitter, so I was very nervous, but Ben, was contacting me and sending lovely messages and updates and photos of Reggie through the entire week we was away on our holiday, which i so appreciated from him, it made me feel at ease and I knew Reggie was being cared for and in safe hands with Ben, and in the extremely high weather temperatures we was having at the time, having a frenchie you can appreciate it is very hard due to Reggie’s breed, but yet again Ben took care of it and made sure Reggie was safe and comfortable, Which once again was down to Ben. From the moment I saw Ben as we introduced ourselves and with his own dog Noah, I knew Ben was the person for us. I want to thank Ben again personally and to Noah for making Reggie’s stay so welcome for him, and definitely will be having Ben again for Reggie’s stay in future, many thank Ben ☺️

Chester enjoyed his time with Lone and her young family . I would fully recommend Lone to look after my puppy again in the future. Chester was not stressed or anxious on collection. In fact he was still happy to be there once I came to collect him. Thank you Lone it was a big help today see you soon 😀

Percy went to stay with Sarah and her family for the first time. We had previously had a meet and greet when they made myself and Percy very welcome. It was very obvious from all the photos Sarah sent whilst I was away that he was having a wonderful time and enjoying himself. I would most certainly recommend Sarah to anyone lovely family who love dogs!

About: I’ve had dogs in my life since I was 10 years old, so caring for them comes naturally to me. Over the years, I’ve experienced all stages of a dog’s life — from energetic puppies to gentle senior dogs — and I’ve learned how to adapt my care to meet their changing needs. I have a deep understanding of canine behaviour, routine, and comfort, and I take pride in providing a safe, loving environment where dogs feel relaxed and secure. I’ve cared for senior dogs with mobility issues, medication needs, and age-related health concerns, and I always approach this with patience, attentiveness, and compassion. As a healthcare professional, I’m confident in recognising subtle changes in behaviour or health, which can be especially important for older pets. I treat every dog like a member of the family, and my goal is always to give them the same love and care I give to my own Cockapoo. As a full-time professional during the week, I focus my pet care services around weekends — when I can give your dog my full attention in a calm, relaxed environment. My own Cockapoo is a big part of my daily life, so I’m used to balancing routine, exercise, and affection — and I bring that same level of care to every dog I look after. On weekends, I’m fully available for daytime sitting, walks, and overnight stays, making sure your pet feels comfortable, safe, and well looked after while you’re away or enjoying a break. I also offer occasional evening availability during the week for walks or check-ins, depending on location and my work rota. Whether I’m caring for your dog in my home or visiting them in yours, you can trust that they’ll be treated like one of the family — with a warm, secure environment and lots of tail wags guaranteed. Your dog will be welcomed into a calm, dog-friendly environment where they’re treated like one of the family. My home is clean, secure, and thoughtfully pet-proofed — with no access to hazards, and always supervised playtime. I stick to familiar routines and ensure each dog gets plenty of exercise, rest, and positive attention. I only take in a small number of dogs to ensure each one gets the love and care they deserve, alongside gentle socialisation with my Cockapoo (if appropriate). I can easily crate your dog if required.

About: Having owned dogs all my life, also experienced leaving my dog in another person’s care, I understand how worrying it can be trusting someone to look after them as you would yourself. Be assured, I will care for your pet as you do. My care for your dog will be tailored to your pets individual needs. Every dog is different and has its own personality and needs. Rest assured, your dog will be safe, loved, spoilt and cared for. I work 3 half days per week, so plenty of time to spend with your dog. Varied length of walks, tailored to your dog’s preference. Fully experienced with dogs of different personalities, traits and vices. I have a fully fenced off garden in a quiet rural area, close to numerous walks. I have an elderly Border terrier who is the most perfect gentleman. All dogs have their own personality unique to them. Your wishes on caring for your dog will be respected- adhering to their individual little ways. Your dog will be treated as mine, being allowed on the sofa/ bed or crated if you require.

My elderly (but sprightly!) dachshund had a wonderful first stay with Becks. She was treated like one of the family but Becks was also careful to note my advice on her various foibles. She had walks everyday and came back in great spirits. Becks is clearly very professional in her approach but at that same time has a real affinity with her ‘guests’. I wouldn’t hesitate to book Poppy in again.

What an incredible dog sitting dynamic duo (well family to be honest). Not being sure what to do after our mum was diagnosed with an illness (our regular sitter) and wanting to find someone who will look after our babies like we would want, we came across Tom & Nico on Rover. We met up a couple of times before our dogs boarded with them for 9 days and we knew before they even got there, they would be looked after. Little did we know, how well they would be looked after!! During our whole 9 day holiday, the dogs were treated like their own, walked 3 times a day, washed, brushed and generally given all the love they could ever wish for. Everyday we received good morning pics, further pictures and videos of them playing, relaxing. or out on walks and then a goodnight pic. Both Tom and Nico are incredibly loving and caring and with their family made our dogs safe and happy, which is all we could have ever wished for. Our only concern throughout the whole experience was, would our dogs ever want to come home as they truly lived their best life, it was like their little holiday. We’ll be booking again and would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone! Thank you, Tom, Nico and family, you made panicked parents very at ease!

Fay was very reassuring throughout the process of boarding our puppy, especially as we’d never done this before. She kindly met with us beforehand and arranged for both dogs to get acquainted, which really put us at ease. She was incredibly helpful and accommodating to the whole family, as well as to our dog (who admittedly is a bit of a diva!) Alfie obviously had a great stay, he was happy and content when we picked him up and even smashed toileting outside as well. Although he missed us, he clearly enjoyed spending time with Fay and Ralph. She's a lovely woman, very respectful of your dogs needs and cares for them as though they're her own.

About: I hold an Extended Diploma in Animal Management, which has equipped me with in-depth knowledge of the pet care industry, particularly in feline care. Having grown up around cats, I developed a strong understanding of their behaviour, needs, and routines from an early age. I currently work in the pet care sector and have received training in animal behaviour and body language, with a focus on interpreting subtle cues—skills that are especially valuable when caring for cats. In addition to my professional training, I have hands-on experience caring for cats of various ages and temperaments, including kittens, adults, and senior cats requiring medication or specialised support. I understand the importance of creating a calm, stress-free environment tailored to each cat's individual needs.

My current cat is a Ragdoll rescue who likes to walk in the garden and on holiday in her harness, to chase chocolate wrappers and play fetch and hide and seek. I am a recently retired teacher. I am a governor of a local secondary school and keep busy locally, and by looking after my family's cats and dogs too. I have a motorhome, and she and I love to travel and explore together. About: I currently have a beautiful British Shorthair cat who is almost two years old, so I understand just how important it is to find someone you can trust to care for your beloved pet. She’s very spoiled and loves her Lick-e-Lix treats, so I’m used to giving plenty of attention, affection, and playtime! I genuinely care about every animal’s health, happiness, and overall wellbeing. Whether it’s keeping them active with games, giving them treats (with your permission!), providing cuddles, or simply keeping them company, I make sure they feel safe, loved, and comfortable while you’re away. I have also grown up with dogs, so I’m confident caring for both cats and dogs of all ages and personalities. About: Hi, I’m Nina 👋 I’ve been surrounded by animals my whole life — from growing up with dogs and cats to caring for small pets like rabbits and guinea pigs. Looking after animals isn’t just a job for me, it’s something I truly love. I understand that every pet has their own personality and needs. Some are full of energy and need long walks to burn it off, others are shy or elderly and just want gentle company and care. I take the time to get to know each pet and make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. 🐾 What Sets Me Apart • Lifelong animal lover: I’ve owned dogs and cats since childhood and know the ups and downs of pet care first-hand. • Cat & small animal specialist: I don’t just walk dogs — I’m experienced with cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, and more. • Solo, tailored dog walks: I offer one-to-one walks for dogs who prefer their own space, with plenty of exercise and sniffing time. • Reliable & communicative: You’ll always get photo/video updates so you can relax knowing your pets are happy. • Pet safety first: I’m fully insured, DBS checked, and committed to giving your pets the best possible care. 🐶 Services I Offer • Dog walking (solo or with one other calm dog) • Cat visits (feeding, playtime, cuddles, litter cleaning) • Small animal care (rabbits, guinea pigs, birds, etc.) • Administering meds where needed • Extra cuddles and reassurance included at no extra cost! ⸻ 👉 My goal is simple: to treat your pets as if they were my own. Whether it’s a walk, a cuddle, or just sitting quietly with a shy cat, I’ll make sure they feel loved and cared for.

About: I have five years of personal experience caring for my own dog. He is now 9 years old and lives with my mum in Ukraine, but he was part of my everyday life for five years. Caring for him taught me a lot about a dog’s daily routine, walks, feeding, playtime and the importance of patience and attention. I understand that every dog has their own personality and needs, and I always try to make them feel safe, comfortable and happy. Although I’m new to Rover, caring for my own dog has given me genuine hands-on experience with dogs. I would treat every dog in my care with the same patience, kindness and attention that I gave my own. I have a flexible schedule and am available for dog walks and drop-in visits throughout the week. I can usually accommodate morning, afternoon and early evening bookings. I’m happy to discuss specific days and times with each owner and will always make sure I can give each pet the time and attention they need. I always make sure pets feel safe, comfortable and cared for. I follow each owner’s instructions carefully and take the time to understand their dog’s routine, personality and individual needs. During walks, I keep dogs secure and pay close attention to their surroundings and behaviour. I always use the equipment provided by the owner and follow their instructions regarding leads, treats and other routines. For drop-in visits, I make sure pets have everything they need, including fresh water, food if requested, and plenty of attention and playtime. I treat every pet with patience, kindness and respect, and I will always contact the owner if I have any concerns or notice anything unusual.

About: Hello! My name is Sarah and I live with my husband Matthew. I have been looking after people's pets since I was a child, and I've always loved animals. We are an animal loving family (the kind that throw their dogs birthday parties). I am very trustworthy and love having dogs around. We have a detached house and a secure garden with a large lawn for them to play on. A dog in our care will be treated as a family pet and have the run of the house and garden. The can sit on the sofas with us and come upstairs at night . My dogs mean the world to me, and I pride myself on giving all dogs the best possible care. We only take small to medium dogs due to having a little chihuahua who finds large dogs a bit overwhelming, so you don't have to worry about your dog being upset by larger breeds. We may consider a slightly larger dog if it is very calm and/or older. I work part time (2 days per week), and my husband does short days, so the pooches are never on their own very long. We like to take them on at least two good walks per day (45 to 60 minutes) in different locations, typically parks or forests. We make sure all dogs on our care are really happy, and I send regular photos and updates about your pooches because I know how nerve wracking it can be leaving them. We typically look after only one client's dog(s), so your pet(s) would get our full attention. I am happy to give any medication and I have done doggy first aid. Please let us know your dog's routine and likes/dislikes and we will do our very best to accommodate them. We're happy to answer any questions you might have, and we are looking forward to meeting you and your dog! I work part time (2 days), and my husband works from home sometimes and does short days, so our dogs (and yours) will seldom be left alone, and never for very long. We walk them 2 to 3 times a day in a range of locations to keep it fun! We have a detached 4 bedroom house with a large, secure rear garden laid to lawn. Your dogs will have the free run of the whole house. We always keep your dogs on leads for walks, and we will make sure they only eat the food you provide.

After a welcoming "meet and greet" with Brian and his wife we booked Chester for his first day care stay with them. Chester is a typical cockapoo, but rather anxious and it takes him a while to gain people's trust so we were somewhat worried about leaving him. Brian and his wife are such kind, considerate, and patient carers so our concerns were addressed and we were reassured by Brian's feedback and photos as Chester enjoyed his long walk with them. We have no hesitation in recommending Brian a will definately ask him to care for Chester again in the near future.

I was very nervous about leaving Tucker with anyone, as he is a very anxious dog around both people and other dogs. From the very beginning, Chloe’s communication was fantastic. She was happy to meet beforehand and do a meet-and-greet so Tucker could be introduced in a calm, relaxed way, which immediately put me at ease. The way Chloe interacted with Tucker made me feel comfortable straight away. When we dropped him off yesterday, her communication continued to be excellent. She kept me updated on how he was settling in and sent regular updates throughout the day, including lots of photos, which I really appreciated. I will definitely be using Chloe again. In fact, I’ve already booked her for next month and plan to continue doing so to help Tucker build familiarity and confidence. We’ll then be introducing overnight stays, which will make such a difference for us as a family, knowing we finally have a reliable and caring person to look after him when needed.

About: Hi, I'm Emma! I'm a fully licensed and insured pet carer with a Level 3 Diploma in Canine Care & Management, as well as Pet First Aid certification. Caring for animals has always been my passion. I grew up on my family's farm, where I helped hand-rear lambs, calves, and foals. From there, I went on to work with horses, greyhounds, and hunting hounds, giving me experience with animals of all ages, breeds, and temperaments. I started my pet care business because I struggled to find someone I truly trusted to look after my beloved pug, Teddy. That experience inspired me to create the kind of service I was looking for myself—a safe, loving, home-from-home environment where every pet is treated like one of the family. Whether your dog loves long walks, cuddles on the sofa, or simply having company throughout the day, I'll make sure they receive the care, attention, and affection they deserve. My priority is ensuring both you and your pet feel completely comfortable and confident while you're apart. Pet care at In The Doghouse is around the clock! Our bed is your bed, your pets needs is my priority, they're not just your family they're mine too. I have a fully secure good sized garden with plenty of toys. Double locked gate, with CCTV. Dog cam is also used inside the home.

About: I had 2 beautiful staffies that have now passed on due to old age and I know how hard it is to find good people to look after your pet last minute or even for holidays or days out, I miss having dogs but like to travel so can no longer be a permanent dog owner, but I'm happy to share the love and look after your furry friends In your time of need. I have experience looking after cats and dogs in my adult life and had various other pets as a child (all had fur or feathers) I do not allow animals on my furniture or on/in my bed, these are my non negotiables as I like the spaces I use to relax to be free of dog hair and dirt. This doesn't change the fact that your pet will be loved and fussed (if that's what they like) I prefer dogs to have a crate as my 2 loved theirs and it helps keep boundaries in the home, however, I am flexible with each pets individual care needs, I can sleep downstairs or have your pet sleep in their bed in my bedroom if needed for anxious pets or those used to sleeping in bed with their owners. I would prefer a visit/meet before any official booking to ensure I am the right fit for your pet and vise versa, but I appreciate this won't always be possible, communication is key, as I want to offer the best care possible for your pet. I have experience in crate training, muzzle training and puppy/toilet training. I have also have experience with teaching dogs of all ages new tricks, commands and stimulating their minds so they are more receptive to learning. I have been looking after other people's dogs before for years including family members, friends and a few friends of friends. Ive had dogs stay with me for weeks at a time too. Whatever your needs are give me a shout, I used this service myself for my boy years ago and was very anxious to leave him with a stranger so please ask any questions you may have, I'm an open book. I work from home on certain days of the week, this can change as sometimes I may need to visit clients but this is rare and usually pre planned. Pets will be walked first thing in the morning before work and then again after work, or whatever is required for each individual. It's important and animal is stimulated and gets exercise if they are able. I have a small grass back garden that is fenced off for fresh air and toilet needs, there is a park 2 minutes form my house for walks etc. I don't currently have any pets at home

Having your companion will be my excuse to move between online meetings meaning we are looking after each other. About: Hi, I’m an animal lover through and through, with hands-on experience caring for dogs, horses, and a whole variety of pets. I have my own Beagle, Hugo, so I fully understand the energy, curiosity, and affection our four-legged friends need every day. We’re big fans of long countryside walks, playtime, and plenty of cuddles, so your dog will always be kept active, happy, and well cared for. I’m calm, reliable, and attentive to each pet’s individual routine and personality, whether that’s a lively walk, quiet companionship, or structured care while you’re away. You can trust me to treat your pet like one of my own, providing a safe, loving environment where they’ll feel settled, cared for, and part of the family while you enjoy complete peace of mind. Licensed dog boarder, with Newark and Sherwood District Council. Pet care is a natural part of my everyday life. I work from home, which means your dog will have constant company, attention, and supervision throughout the week — they’ll never be left alone for long periods. We enjoy two walks a day as standard, along with plenty of playtime and affection in between. Our walks are usually through our local village and nearby woods, giving dogs a mix of stimulation, exercise, and fresh air in a safe and relaxed environment. At home, it’s a calm and caring space where pets can settle in comfortably and feel part of the family. I tailor care to each dog’s needs and routine, whether that’s energetic walks, downtime, or extra cuddles. At weekends, we’re often out and about too — usually enjoying longer countryside walks together — so your dog will still be included in an active, happy lifestyle. Overall, it’s a true home-from-home experience with consistent care, companionship, and attention throughout their stay. Your pet’s safety and wellbeing are my top priority. I have a fully secure, fenced garden, giving dogs a safe space to enjoy fresh air and outdoor time under close supervision at all times. I understand how important it is to trust someone with your pet, and I will care for them exactly as you would yourself — following their usual routines, preferences, and needs to ensure they feel safe, settled, and happy throughout their stay.

About: I have been passionate about dogs my entire life, having grown up with them and always surrounded by their wonderful company. I currently have two dogs of my own, who are truly part of the family, and I extend that same love and care to every dog that stays with me. I have extensive experience working with dogs, including volunteering at my local dog grooming parlour, where I handled a variety of breeds and sizes. For the past 6 years, I have been running my own dog boarding and daycare business, and I absolutely love it! My home is a semi-detached house with a spacious, fully enclosed grassed garden, secured with 6ft fencing for safety. Right across the street, there is a large playing field where I take dogs for walks at least twice a day—this is always included in the service. I take great pride in providing a safe, comfortable, and loving environment for every dog in my care, ensuring they feel right at home. As I run my dog boarding and daycare business full-time from home. My entire week is dedicated to ensuring that every dog in my care feels safe, comfortable, and well-loved. Each day includes plenty of playtime, walks, and one-on-one attention, with at least two walks a day on the large playing field just across from my home. I also make sure to follow each dog’s individual routine, whether that’s meal times, training, or quiet rest periods. Because I’m home all week, I can provide constant supervision and companionship, creating a stress-free and enjoyable environment for every dog that stays with me. Their well-being and happiness are always my top priority! In my home, dogs enjoy a secure, spacious setting with a fully enclosed garden for play and exercise. About: Fully insured, DBS checked pet sitter I was very lucky to grow up surrounded by cats and dogs. From a young age, I was taught how to care for them, respect their boundaries, and understand that every pet has their own unique personality and needs. As I got older, I began looking after friends' pets while they were away. It never felt like work—it was something I genuinely loved doing. My goal was always to make their time away feel like a little holiday, full of care, play, and companionship. Everything changed when I adopted my rescue cat. Caring for him deepened my understanding of the trust, patience, and love that animals deserve. It inspired me to turn something I had always enjoyed into a service I could offer to other pet owners, giving them peace of mind while they're away. My aim is simple: to make sure your pet feels safe, comfortable, and loved until you're home again. I am working full time on rotating shifts (mornings and afternoons) Monday to Friday. I can take care of your pet around my working schedule. I am observing pet’s behaviour to understand and fulfil their needs. I enjoy playing with them, take them for walks, and give them down time when they need.

About: I’ve spent my life in a home where there was always a dog or cat around, and I honestly can’t imagine it any other way. For me, pet care is just about making sure your animals feel comfortable and loved while you’re away. I’ve had two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, but I am more than happy to walk and care for any breed of dog, big or small. I also have plenty of experience with moggies and am equally open to looking after cats of all kinds. I’ve learned over the years that every animal is different, and I’m happy to follow their lead-whether they want to be active and play or just be left to nap in peace. I’m a local here in Mansfield and mostly just want to provide the kind of reliable care I’d want for my own pets. I’ll make sure they stay in their routine, keep everything clean, and send you a quick photo so you know they’re doing fine. Since I work a hybrid schedule, I have a lot of flexibility during the week. I can easily pop in for morning or evening drop-in visits to make sure your cats or dogs are fed and settled according to their usual routine. On the weekends, I’m available for dog walks at any time that suits you. I’m happy to work around your pet’s specific schedule so their day stays as normal as possible while you’re away. I know it’s a big deal to trust someone with your home and your pets, so I make safety my top priority. When I’m dropping in, I’m careful about more than just the pet; I always double-check that doors are locked, alarms are set, and windows are secure before I leave. I grew up in a household where the pets were part of the family, so I’m naturally mindful of things like keeping 'human food' out of reach and making sure gates are properly latched. I’ll always treat your home with total respect, keep everything tidy, and stick strictly to the security routines you have in place so you can feel completely at ease while you’re away.

About: I have five years of personal experience caring for my own dog. He is now 9 years old and lives with my mum in Ukraine, but he was part of my everyday life for five years. Tom met Barley for the first time today. We were a little anxious as Barley is an energetic, young cockapoo who has never been walked by anyone other than ourselves. Tom arrived early. Discussed Barley’s needs and then took him on an amazing walk. Tom was professional, polite and showed a natural rapport with dogs. Barley returned happy and tired. We have no hesitation in recommending Tom and hope in the near future to book boarding with him. Many thanks Tom.

About: I've lived with dogs for the majority of my lifetime. I grey up with a collie and a whippet cross, and my wild rabbit Rosie. As soon as I settled down and got a house and got married, we've had dogs, rabbits, hamsters, rats and even ran a guinea pig rescue for 5 years. I currently have 4 rescue dogs, an ex racing greyhound, 2 Romanian Street dogs and a staffycross. I am used to administering medication, and owning both nervous and reactive dogs. I have had my fair share of different dog sitters, I've found brilliant ones who stopped doing the job or I moved from the area and was out their area covered. I've had some poor ones who didn't listen to us, those who lied or left my dogs alone for hours and hours. You can rest assured whatever I say I will do, I will. I will listen to you and I won't make any guesses. Generally I will only offer a maximum of 3 nights to a sit, however, if you need more than this, always feel free to message me and discuss. I work from home and can work anywhere with WiFi, so I will be home during the day and at night, unless I need to pop home to see to my own dogs, I would aways make you aware of this before you book with me. I currently work full time Monday to Friday. I can work anywhere there is wi fi and a quiet space to sit and work from. I am looking to offer pet sitting from your home. I cannot currently commit to more than 3 night stays, but I am always open to requests and if I am free and able, I will help with slightly longer stays. I am happy to listen to you and do what you need. I can offer pet sitting from my home, but this could only be for small animals.

About: Services Dog walking, enrichment games, feeding, topping up water, administration of medication, cleaning where needed including litter tray and ensuring calm time. I love dogs/cats/tortoises/Guinea pigs and enjoy spending time with them. Prior to having dogs I grew up with cats in my parents home then have had cats of my own for over 15 years. When the last cat passed away I was to upset and didn’t get another. I can visit homes any day if the week 1 or 2 times a day. I can only stay over with prior notice as I do work part time but will book those days off as I like to dedicate my time to caring for the animals. I can discuss your needs when you’ve made contact. I can walk and play or be relaxed with less energetic dogs. I can crate dogs or have them with me in bed.

About: Hi, I’m Nina 👋 I’ve been surrounded by animals my whole life, from growing up with dogs and cats to caring for small pets like rabbits and guinea pigs. I understand that every pet has their own personality and needs. Some are full of energy and need long walks to burn it off, others are shy or elderly and just want gentle company and care. I take the time to get to know each pet and make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. 🐾 Reliable & communicative: You’ll always get photo/video updates so you can relax knowing your pets are happy. Pet safety first: I’m DBS checked, and committed to giving your pets the best possible care. Cat & small animal specialist: I don’t just walk dogs — I’m experienced with cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, and more. 🐶 Services I Offer • Dog walking (in your local area on your dogs usual routes) • Dog visits (feeding, playtime, cuddles, toilet breaks) • Cat visits (feeding, playtime, cuddles, litter cleaning) • Small animal care (rabbits, guinea pigs, birds, etc. feeding, playtime, cleaning out) • Administering meds where needed PLEASE MESSAGE ME FOR PRICES the prices in this app are generated from them and are sometimes over inflated for multiple animals etc, Also, there are possibilities of dog overnight boarding if your dog gets on with mine, this would involve presents to determine first. Again message for details ⸻ 👉 My goal is simple: to treat your pets as if they were my own. Pet care fits perfectly into my daily life. I structure my mornings and evenings around walks and visits, and I love having animals as part of my everyday routine. Spending time with pets isn’t something I have to squeeze in — it’s genuinely the best part of my day Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I always take time to build trust with each animal, moving at their pace so they feel relaxed and secure. On walks, I use your own leads and harnesses, and stick to routes that suit your dog’s needs — whether that’s a quiet stroll for a nervous pup or a more energetic walk for those with plenty of energy to burn. For home visits, I make sure your pet’s environment stays safe, clean, and familiar. I’ll refresh water, feed according to your instructions, clean litter trays or hutches, and keep everything tidy. Just as important, I spend quality time giving them company, reassurance, and play — so they’re not just cared for, but truly happy. You’ll always receive regular updates with photos or videos, so you know exactly how your pets are doing while you’re away.

About: I’ve had dogs since I was a child. Looked after the tiniest breeds to gentle giants. Dogs make me so happy, I love dog cuddles! I’ve looked after puppies, golden oldies, and large groups of dogs. I love teaching dogs new tricks, going for nice walks and cuddling on the sofa to watch films. I’m currently working part time and am looking to dedicate the rest of my time to looking after dogs! I have a decent sized garden which backs onto a park. I live with my boyfriend and we both love dogs. My step daughters are often here at the weekend so any dogs coming to stay need to be safe around children. I’m very easy-going and laid back. Happy to follow your instructions in your home, but equally more than able to use my own initiative. I love playing with pups and being out about, also love sitting in nice cafes and parks.

About: I've taken care of many pets over the years and have loved every minute. As I've been able to get to know so many different personalities that come with all pets, I've learnt some tricks and games to play to keep them entertained and happy. I've cared for many different breeds and ages of dogs, including older ones that required medication and extra care. I've also had experience with puppies who need that extra little bit of attention and help with training. I'm currently working from home so I'll have plenty of time to give your pet's special attention whilst you're away. My schedule is flexible so walks and special requirements can easily be fit in to my day or week. I always want to leave a home I've stayed in as clean as possible so owners can come back and instantly relax (I hate the stress that comes from cleaning after travelling home too). When a pet is at home, they tend to be relaxed and comfortable, so my main priority is keeping it that way and keeping things clean and organised, so there are as little disruptions to their environment or routine as possible. This service requires a level of trust that I always want to keep at the highest level as it can be daunting to leave your pet or home with a stranger. But I hope to gain your trust with the assurance that I respect your space and your pets and want the best outcome for us both.

About: Here’s what I can offer:
 🐾Home visits & house sitting
🐾Dog walking & playtime
 🐾Feeding & fresh water
🐾Medication administration (oral & injectable)
 🐾Regular photo and message updates
🐾Loads of cuddles Your pet’s happiness and well-being are always my top priority! As a final-year Veterinary Nursing student, I do a lot of my university work from home, so I really enjoy the company of pets throughout the day. I only attend classes two days a week and have large gaps in my schedule, which gives me plenty of time to provide care and attention. During holidays and study breaks, I’m even more flexible, making pet care a natural and fulfilling part of my routine. I prioritize safety, trust, and comfort by tailoring each visit to the pet’s usual routine and personality. I offer house sitting in the pet owner’s home, which helps reduce stress and anxiety, especially for more nervous pets. I also provide free pop-in visits before the booking to help anxious dogs feel more at ease. With my veterinary training, I confidently manage pets with medical needs, including oral and injectable medications. I always maintain a clean, secure environment and provide regular updates so owners feel reassured while away.

We will have no hesitation in booking Ava in again. She does have anxiety in being left but clearly she had settled in well and her needs catered for. Many thanks to you both.

What an amazing dog sitter Helen is. How lucky I was to find her. It was a last-minute decision to leave our Labrador, Flo with Helen when we went on holiday. Fortunately, she had availability. We had not left Flo with anyone apart from family before. When Flo and I met Helen , she put my mind at ease and I could see that our dog was going to be so well cared for. Helen kept in touch regularly sending me updates on Flo. I could see that Flo was happily settling well into a routine. Enjoying lovely walks with Hugo, Helen’s dog, playtime with her family and chilling in her bed. She really had the best time. I feel so grateful to Helen and her family for looking after our dog as if she was one of their own which allowed us to relax totally on holiday. I would not hesitate to recommend Helen as a dog sitter and will definitely use her again to look after Flo.

Each day includes plenty of supervised socialization, enrichment activities, and at least two daily walks. I tailor my care to each dog's individual needs, following their usual feeding, exercise, and rest routines to help them feel at ease.
