Nicola was very friendly and confident with Monty. She spent time with him, took him a good walk and he's looking forward to seeing her again soon.

Great experience. Mel looked after Harry in my house for a 60-minute drop-in visit. Did a meet and greet beforehand, responded quickly and kept me updated. Lots of photos of Harry too. Definitely recommend.

About: I’ve been caring for friends’ and family members’ pets for over 5 years, building up plenty of hands-on experience with both cats and dogs. I have a real passion for animals and I’m a proud cat owner myself. I love spending time outdoors, so I’m always happy to take dogs on walks, including longer, high-energy outings. At weekends, you’ll often find me out on hikes, which makes me a great match for active dogs who need plenty of exercise and stimulation. I take my friends spaniel quite often on long walks, have him for sleepovers and I love building a bond with dogs and fitting them into my routine. I’m reliable, caring, and treat every pet as if they were my own. I currently work full-time, but I’m looking for something else in my life where I can help out and spend time with dogs. I’ll do my best to be available if you need me at specific times, though I do work from 8:30 to 5, however I do have the option to work from home if needed. I live in a semi-detached terrace house with a fenced garden. The stairs are quite steep, so any dog allowed upstairs would need to be able to manage them. There are plenty of nearby walking routes, and I also have a cat who is comfortable with dogs once she gets to know them - so a dog with prior experience around cats would be ideal.

About: I adopted a rescue German Shepherd cross 2 years ago and trained him from 5 months old. I love all animals and feel they should have the chance to live life to the fullest. With me your dog will have adventures, fun walks and play, socialisation with my dog, and a cosy place to relax. I am a full time dog walker and boarder. I provide solo and group walks, day care and boarding to give you peace of mind and your dog the best experience. I have a fenced garden and lovely walks along the canal. Merlin (my dog) is here to keep your fur baby company. I have separate rooms for if your dog needs some space. Dogs are allowed on furniture for cuddles and lots of treats and toys for fetch, tug and chewing.

I highly recommend Larna. She was wonderful with my border collie and very patient with her , my pup is only 4 months old so as you can imagine she is extremely giddy 😆 and gets very excited around everyone especially new people. Larna came by for a drop in visit beforehand to meet Aurora, I felt confident everything would go well for their first walk. Aurora was very good for Larna although she does pull . Aurora is in the middle of training and Larna was continuing to follow through demand training. Thank you Larna

Our first time using a cat sitter and Nicky was amazing! She went above and beyond, kept us updated daily, and our cat Moustache was so much happier at home than in boarding. Professional, friendly, and gave us real peace of mind. Highly recommend!

About: I’ve been lucky enough to spend my life surrounded by animals of all shapes and sizes – from playful pups and cuddly cats to tropical fish, and even bees! 🐝 Animals have always been a huge part of my world, and caring for them comes naturally to me. I have hands-on experience looking after dogs, cats, and fish. I’ve also trained my own dogs, which means I understand how important patience, consistency, and positive reinforcement are. Whether it’s a puppy learning the ropes, or an older dog who needs a gentler pace, I adapt to each animal’s unique needs. With bees, I’ve learned the importance of calm handling, respect, and attentiveness – skills I bring to all the pets I care for. Safety, trust, and making sure your pet feels comfortable are always my top priorities. Your furry (or finned!) family member will be cared for as if they were my own – with love, attention, and plenty of fun. A Day in My Care 🐾 • Morning Walks (7am – 9am): A refreshing start to the day with plenty of exercise, sniffing, and tail wags. Perfect for dogs who like to burn off energy first thing. Session length can be discussed. • Midday Visits (11am – 2pm): Feeding, toilet breaks, playtime, or a calm walk — tailored to your pet’s routine. • Afternoon Adventures (3pm – 5pm): Shorter walks as welcome as the longer ones, or quieter sessions in the garden depending on your dog’s needs. • Evening Check-Ins (6pm – 8pm): Dinner, toilet breaks, and some quiet companionship to wind down. Your pet’s safety and happiness always come first. I understand how much trust it takes to let someone else care for your furry family member, and I take that responsibility seriously. • Safety: I keep walks controlled, calm, and enjoyable. I only use secure leads and harnesses, avoid unsafe areas, and always pay attention to your dog’s comfort and limits. It’s always good to get to know your dog beforehand so let me know what they’re like both inside and outside, any behavioural quirks or anything else you might think useful. • Trust: Animals respond best when they feel safe and respected. I will take time to get to know your pet’s personality so they can relax and enjoy themselves while you’re away. • Environment: I adapt to your pet’s routine and surroundings to reduce stress and keep things familiar. Walks can be energetic adventures or calm strolls, depending on what your dog needs. You can feel confident knowing your pet will be cared for with patience, consistency, and kindness — as if they were my own.

About: I have owned family pets since i was a child and have always been trusted to take care of them. My family travel often and i have always been the first to offer to pet sit their animals ranging from only a few hours to a week. I am confident in walking dogs not matter the size and can bathe and feed when needed. I am currently working part time so i have plenty of free time to do things. I have a dog of my own who i walk daily in my local woods or around the village. My dog is a very energetic pup. He gets walked twice daily and has free roam of my garden when he wants to play. The garden is fully fenced off so no escaping. I can handle dogs, no matter the size and age, with care. I can also crate them when needed.

About: Hi, I'm Kelly, I work in the NHS and love animals! I have always had cats as pets amongst other animals - I currently have a cat and two miniature dachshunds! I absolutely love cats & dogs and have a passion for loving them (on their terms, of course!). I currently have my own cat called Will who was a stray cat but now has a loving home with her two furry dog sisters who she loves (more like tolerates...). I used to work with my mum who had her own pet sitting service and this is where I got inspired on caring for other people pets in their own homes whilst getting an extra pet-fix for myself. I would love to care for your beloved animals whilst you're at work, visiting friends/family or if you've gone away for a break. I'm happy to do whatever your pet(s) loves whether that's playing, cuddling, grooming or being fed and left alone. I have many years of experience having owned cats and dogs and worked with my mum as a pet sitter. I am happy to give medication if needed but we would need to discuss this prior to any booking. I live in Chesterfield but work in Sheffield so happy to cover any of these areas but if you aren't sure, please get in touch. If you have any questions or queries I am more than happy to answer them I usually work four days a week but am able to visit early in a morning (before 8am) or in the evening and I'm also available on the weekend. There may be occasions where my little girl accompanies me (only if your pet is okay with small children of course) If you prefer for your pets to be crated I am happy to do this on leaving, also if you would usually leave them with toys such as kongs/snuffle mats/lickimats I am also happy to refill these prior to leaving
